Yeah, this was an awesome movie. I haven't seen it for years but now I want to go find it again. It is a pretty cult classic sort of film.
I don't watch many televised shows. If I do watch though... 1. Family Guy 2. South Park 3. Aqua Teen Hunger Force 4. Harvey Birdman ....hmm, I watch a lot of cartoons I realize. Mostly because I can go watch them on the Adult Swim website. Other than that sometimes I watch the History Channel, the Science Channel or Animal Planet. I'm so diverse I skip through the other sorts of shows for some reason, mainly I think because I have no time and I am either on the computer, fixing things, at school or out with friends.
I would imagine Utada Hikaru is singing the music and not sure if they are actually making new songs for the 2 games or not. At first when I read this thread I thought you were asking what character do you think will get stuck in Atlantica singing a song and in my mind I could see Terra versus Master Xehanort singing some weird tune like 'Poor Unfortunate Souls'.
I haven't seen Hitman yet but I will this weekend perhaps. Beowulf was pretty decent though.
I thought it was pretty good and went to see the 3d version and got some weird glasses to boot. It did deviate from the poem/story at certain spots but it was also detailed and the twists were not bad really. I wouldn't say it's my 'favorite' movie but I thought they did a pretty good job on it. Some people thought it would just be another "300" movie, but it was not. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 stars as a rating.
I've been to places like that too and they did not just even say I was 'too young' but rather that they would not cook a hamburger medium rare. Though you can get steak cooked as you want, unfortunately hamburger meat is not always the same quality so some places do insist on this because they do not want to take a chance with having someone get sick. It is funny, but at the same time, I guess this teaches us if we want something cooked up as we want to eat it, we can always just eat at home. I do find it weird though that she said it was because you were 'too young' to make such a choice. So if you were 18 or 21 it'd have been cool to let you rot or something? That's just bizarre.
Because food is definitely praise worthy when made right!
Hmm...I guess I'd say I'm kind of like a Zack Fair and Sephiroth blend from Crisis Core more than any other characters from FF. In KH I always end up matching Riku, or a couple times, Axel.
Not sure why people say 'Sony' ticked off its customer base when there have been great historic moments where Nintendo and Microsoft have done so too. Things happen. And not a one of the companies is perfect. Let's get over it and just get consoles and games we enjoy and stop the fanboy/fangurlism console wars already. I'm glad that there are people here who post up announcements for each of the consoles and games with links.
1. I didn't cry during the song etc, but I think it was a great song and went well with KH both with the upbeat version and the normal one. I'll admit my eyes got somewhat teary after seeing the ending of KH because they did such a good blend of the scenes with the song but the song itself doesn't make me sad really. 2. My Sanctuary was another strong song that could express emotion and was great for the opening of KH2 as well. It's as others have said...though we like the Simple and Clean song, it would start to get old and the new song was fresh and meshed well with the new game. I'd expect for KH3 we will also have another song or two, though not sure they'd do something for the BBS, 358/2 Days games.
Foamy rux and CtR is just as cool as the rabid squirrel. She should sing us CtR rant songs.
This is not a good situation and I'm very sorry to hear you are threatened like this. However, I will say that it is good you talk about it and please, whatever happens, realize 'he' is the one being wrong and killing yourself would be the ultimate wrong answer and let him be victorious. You need to gather your strength of will and your wits now. Be as strong as you can, okay? Next thing I'd suggest doing is if your parents don't want to buy what you say, you need to -show- them how much this is affecting you. You really need to come home after school, and get them together and then just say that you want to talk to them both and tell them everything you just said here, as plain as day. Lay it out on the line being sincere, honest, truthful and tell them you really need them to listen to you because you feel very threatened by this person and he is causing you to feel suicidal and pronounce out "I WANT HELP because I can't deal with this alone!" If they ignore you then, the next step is this. Go to your school guidance counselor when you get to school. If you don't have one for some reason, go to the Principal and talk to him/her and express everything you just said here sincerely, and tell the principal that you have talked to others and you really desperately want help and no one is giving it because this student has a great way with words but you have known him and have seen what he does. In the end express whether he/she believes you or not, you want to talk to someone who can help you and that you have even pondered suicide to get away from this boy and don't want to do such a thing, but in the end, you are running out of people to turn to. If that does not work, call the police. Tell them that no one, including your parents will listen to you and help you and that you feel very threatened in school and want assistance and a way out of this problem. There are child protective services that can help you that they may direct you to, and also they may have a way to get you to a psychiatrist or get you out of this scene. If your parents are that much into disbelieving you, at this point you may have to get out of the home to make them understand that this is no laughing matter. Your parents -should- do something, whether they believe you or not because if you were 'hallucinating it up' you still would seem to be needing help. I cannot fathom how parents would not listen to their child come home and tell them that they feel so threatened that they would contemplate suicide. If you feel that no one is on your side, call the police, call the suicide prevention hot line in your area, and ask them for what to do. Lastly, again, I stress the point to you, whatever you do, do NOT hurt yourself even though emotionally you are very hurt and the pressure you will go through and have gone through already is extensive. You are a good person and you do not want to make yourself a worse victim, so please keep your head up, gather your strength, and know that at least one of these ideas above is going to work to get you out of the situation you are in soon, even though it's going to be hard and a big change. If you've already been diagnosed with OCD, do you already have a psychiatrist? If so, you may want to call that person or at your next appointment chew off his/her ear with this stuff because assuredly that might get you some results too. Sadly, there are people like this boy that will do things to harm others and think it's cool while he's being a hot head and doing a stupid claim of dominance. It's up to you to make yourself NOT the victim and to not tolerate this behavior. Being a girl does not make you weaker than this person. He's scary and intimidating to you but that is the thing you must try to face and get over if you can. Physically, if he's that short, you may even be able to hurt him. A good kick in the nads, poking the eyes, punch to the nose, kick to the sternum, etc. If he ever touches you, do something and fight to get away. However, it seems he's being more a tactical bully and trying to gang up people instead to make one or two people's lives miserable. You can deal against this and get the help you need but you really are going to have to be sincere and get through to first your parents, a school counselor or principal, and lastly to the police if these other steps don't work. You have a pattern and outline. If you can think of better things to do, well you do them, but don't let this guy continue to make you something you are not and don't give in to this kind of pressure. Also, regardless of your past friendship, he is NOT being a friend now. Do not let him guilt you because a true friend would certainly never harm a friend. He has issues, but he's certainly giving you more of them and you do NOT deserve that. We all have issues. Throwing them on others is very wrong. When I looked in this I first was prompted to think it was a thread about KH pairings as in the regular SoraxRoxas stuff lol This was a funny surprise.
I'd guess the reason for that is because immediately after he does it and reduces you to 1 HP, he goes in to strike so you have to immediately cure yourself and if not, you are done for.
I assumed they were made of wood with foam around them to dampen the blow or some strong plastic or metal with foam around it.
Roxas I believe looks exactly like Ven, so really he's connected to Sora and all but I think he's a unique Nobody that lost his 'body' but well, he may have had his spirit more in tact than the other Nobodies did, and part of his Heart which let him be a Keyblade wielder at all. He had a lack of memories because as was described in KH and in the Ansem Reports in KH2 I believe, Sora was a Shadow and as he felt his memories begin slipping from him, Kairi changed him back to himself. Roxas did not receive the memories but he was formed because Sora had lost his body and willingly went to Darkness, but Sora did not completely lose his memories, so Roxas did not inherit them. However, Roxas obviously had enough of a will and spirit to become a higher Nobody and have his form as he could closely recall it. As for the pics of Namine, they look the same really except one is more 'chibi' in effect. She has the exact same hair, clothes etc. Nothing changes on her but the difference in drawing styles between KH-CoM and KH2. If you look at all of the characters from KH to KH2, they all grew taller and thinner in ways and lost some of the 'anime' looking eyes and Disney sorts of features. Their features became a bit more 'real' even though some of the kids are way too thin in KH2, where as in KH they had more exaggerated tones to them of the art. So I wouldn't say that Namine changed much at all from CoM to KH2. It could be possible though that as Sora and Kairi aged, perhaps Namine and Roxas did some too, but Roxas in 358/2 days pretty much looks the same despite the fact he should be younger than Sora in kh2, so I'm not sure. Of course, telling someone's age as being 6-8 months younger can be difficult, but with that growth spurt in there in the teen years, it could be easier. Since they do have 'somebodies' though, I would guess that theory may be plausible. As for the others though, I'm fairly certain none of them aged since their time as Nobodies. As for why the Nobodies are that way, when a Heartless consumes the Heart, it also destroys the person's body. However, a Nobody is formed from the probable 'soul' of a person remaining behind, along with an element that ties them to 'existence' and Darkness that forms the body. The body is not a 'real' body as in flesh and blood, and is from the memories of the soul which forges that element and darkness to a solid form. The 'heart' is absent but they do realize it is gone. Most of the Organization at least had 'some' memories and could recall what it was like to have their former Hearts. Especially the top 6 who willingly experimented on people and went to Darkness of their own volition. Since they have these memories (whether complete or not, there has to be a will that would let the person even bother becoming a higher Nobody or they'd come back as what they 'related' to in life..which would resemble one of the lesser Nobodies) they come back reborn into this new body that resembles the former one but is not that former one. Lord Knight Xiron I agree with you. I really am not seeing much likeness between Axel and Riku and the pictures you posted are even more glaringly pointing it out. Also, Axel ended up with Fire element as a Nobody. Wouldn't Riku's end up with Earth since his name and his strength seems to all symbolize 'land' which is his namesake? However, he looks nothing like Lexaeus. I'm sure all of the Nobodies are not also related at all to the Final Fantasy characters either. I don't think Nomura would take such a short cut and would want them all original.
Well...some people are allergic to pine and the sap from the pine trees too so I guess I'd buy it for those sorts but I doubt it does for everyone.

I was an 'accident' as my mother reminded me. I of course reminded her later that had she been smart and used protection, I wouldn't be here to plague her now so it's hers and dad's fault. She stopped nagging me about it after that. Good stuff. In truth though...I have to say that pregnancy is -always- a surprise thing, even for those who truly want a baby so parents who say those kinds of things should just be quiet already and figure that the only way to assure you don't have a baby is to not have sex. If they can't stop putting out, they can stop bringing it up about their wild romping night that produced a kid.
