I liked the Org robes. Also Leon's clothes are cool and I liked Riku's too because they weren't so outlandish in their way. The Org robes look so comfy and I'll know if they are when mine gets here.

lol, I don't think Riku would want them. Also, for some reason I don't see Ansem's apprentices wearing those type of clothes. As I said, they seem pretty 'regular' to me as in he just probably picked them up at some store. Ansem was rich. I'm sure he paid his apprentices well and I don't see really any of them with their personalities wearing anything so mundane. But I did laugh at the hand-me-downs thing. It would be funny!

I am interested in what they find out about this shooter and where he came from and just what caused such a decision to make such a calamity happen. How dreadful.

Jack Thompson and people like him want to live in their ideal society where there is no diversity, no outlet for fun, no nothing for enjoyment. I start to wonder if people like this seriously should not just go find some island somewhere and populate it so that they can all have no video games, only Christian music 24/7, Christian media television programs, the same sort of attire for all people that covers everything neck and below, etc. Here comes my rant. Whee~

According to these sorts of people:

- Video games are responsible for violence: Reality: How so? If anything they are ways for people to explore, imagine, and enjoy a world of some game design. It's like watching a movie but you get to play in it.

The only people affected: Those who are mentally unstable. Those who also take drugs which are mood altering and mind messing drugs like Meth, cocaine, etc. These people can be pretty darn out there.

- Music such as heavy metal, rock, rap etc is evil and causes people to act wrong because it is full of hate: Reality: Many people have enjoyed it and just because some music sings about the devil, a hard night, rocking till the morning, dancing around, getting drunk, having some fights, dragons and mystical stuff, darker emotions some people try to deny...it's music. Not everyone likes to listen to how Jesus is going to save them 24/7. There are other things out there. Also, a lot of these people love 'country music' which sings about getting drunk, violence to women, cheating people, shooting people, gambling, doing sexy line dancing, etc. It's just as bad as any other genre of music out there but sounds debatably more 'pretty' to the ear.

The only people affected: Those who don't have a real grip on life and the mentally unstable. Those also who are stuck in areas where the environment socially around them sucks and they have to fit in somewhere. Fixing the actual environment may change the way people do music and produce different things. Music is an expression of what is going on around. Don't blame the music, blame the people that make others live in crappy areas that they feel stuck to.

- Movies, TV and media cause violence: Reality. No, they show things. As for the news (which somehow also gets picked on for sometimes being too graphic), what is there in reality is really there. Why are we dodging the truth? As for tv shows and movies with guns and swords etc...for most of us they are fun! It's a chance to imagine, see and visualize an author's design of a world, and let us escape some b**** reality for a while.

Who it affects: The mentally unstable again. Those who cannot separate reality from fiction or make themselves want that reality so bad they go out of their way to make it happen in their lives. Lets also add in the people that take mind affecting drugs because this also makes them unstable mentally.

Clothing that is inappropriate gets women raped: The Reality: Most women or children for that matter, are raped by someone they -know- at least cordially. They are not all wearing smuttastic attire that says 'rape me now'. They can be wearing sweat pants and a jacket, business attire, etc. I've been to seminars at college that I interrupted because some man who was a zealot Christian was trying to preach to girls there and some guys were there as well, and saying that 'men can't help themselves' so women should cover up more. This is utter stupidity. I refuse to believe the p'enis controls someone that badly that they see a woman with a slinky dress, or skorts or whatever and suddenly, ker-blammo! I'm a rapist?? No way. Rape is done by men or women out seemingly mostly a problem with the answer 'no', the will to dominate over someone else, and much of the time, a seeming inferiority complex they want to rise above. Rapists are generally 'angry' people. It has little if anything to do with clothing, but more the woman becomes 'prey' or the kid does.

Who it affects: no one. Men have used this as an excuse in court and judges had in the past even excused a man of rape for how a woman dresses or if a kid is proven to 'act' promiscuous. However, in reality, only a deranged mentally unstable person can possibly use that as an excuse because his reality is through a twisted mind. It simply is not true. Rape has happened probably since the dawn of mankind and I seriously doubt women who were in villages ransacked by the Crusades and other major wars, were all dressed sexy for the soldiers that barraged through. Rape really needs to be re-evaluated on the Christian front of things. It's a dominance and hate crime, as well as a sexual one.

In the end, it seems to me that some people are -born- or environmentally raised to become violent by not so loving parents etc. Even investigating serial killers and deranged serial killers, you can see the pattern of it and these people are NOT just watching movies or playing video games. We have to learn to accept that some people are as they are, with some wiring different from others and deal with -them- and stop -them-, not our activities that make people happy. If we cater to fear all the time, we won't have anything left to enjoy, be back in a Dark Ages period and STILL there will be homicidal people out there.

What killed the people of 9/11 was zealous fanatic religious people. What makes people burn books, torture others, etc is that fanaticism and a fact that these people cannot decipher reality from fiction because they are fed the 'facts' that they are born into a world of 'sin' and they utterly are soaked into this thinking habit. I know plenty of Islamic followers that are not zealots and you know what? They are mentally sound people and fun to be around, some also play video games and listen to 'devil music' etc. They are regular people. It's not Islam that is bad. It's those who are teaching these people to believe in a fictional world without the use of video games etc, and instead they point at video games as a reason to condemn us all. The same with music and movies etc. The same with having money.

In simple, we are -evil- to fanatics, whether they are Christian or of Islamic faith, when these people are trained as zealots. We have our fanatics here that try to remove the fun of the regular normal people because THEY live in a fantasy world of their own creation. They may never touch a single game and yet have fabricated for themselves this delusion that if they got rid of anything that they think is blasphemous, evil, and spurns on aggression in humans, that life would be just dandy. They also want to remove anything that brings people joy at all because that too is a sin. It seems anymore we have two fronts to fight and one is extremist fundamentalist Christians and the other is the zealot fanatical Islamic followers. Most of us just want to be in between, enjoy life, believe in what we do and be left the hell alone because we are not trying to hurt others or go out of our way to control anyone or make life miserable.

My apologies on yet another wild long rant, but the real problem to me in the end seems to be that the extremists are the ones living in a fantasy world and those who have mentally incapacitating diseases that block them from seeing reality for what it is are also the problem. I just don't want to see all of our freedoms sucked away because of 'fear' that some people have and they target the wrong things, as usual.

I used to love the Street Fighter games back when they first came out. I haven't played a 3d version of it so I might check that out, but the good old 2d games were entertaining.

In the end, as Laurence here said, people do sometimes like to imagine their own pairings of characters as they will. I don't see Demyx and Zexion hitting it off ever because their personalities are totally opposite but eh, some people like to imagine and who am I to say 'oh hell no' (even if I would laugh and say that if someone brought it up as canon). I only bother to debate it when I see people actually 'believe' these things as absolute canon because there's nothing of an indication of it shown. However, I laugh at some yaoi and yuri pairings and don't mind it otherwise because it's just fun and exploring things. Some people take KH too seriously and some of those fanfics and fanarts/cartoons are hilarious.

Really? It seemed to me he took a while to warm up to because he had sideburns and all that girls picked on. Most of the fangirls I know all seem to love and adore to bits Zexion, Axel, Demyx and Xemnas mainly. Really most of the time I hear that Lexaeus and Xaldin are 'okay' but nothing they really go ga-ga over. Though I think Xaldin has more a fan base than Lexaeus.

Lexaeus had some parts prior to his death of talking with Zexion and also dealing with Vexen's erratic behavior. Sure, he didn't have a very colorful role because he fit to being a silent warrior for the most part. However, he was very smart and I think that Zexion actually admired him in a way. People assumed he was dumb because he was big and quiet, but it is not correct.

Also, what is boring about an Earth element? He could smash the ground, was made solid and very hard to damage and really, countered Riku, who also is very strong and of raw power, which for most enemies means Riku walks away not easy, but well, better off. In a way, being he had earth element and Riku seems to have the meaning of "Land" and is also sturdy and strong, Lexaeus was physically more of a match, though slower. In KH2:FM, Lexaeus is shown to have even more he can do and looks better doing so, so maybe that opinion on having a 'boring' power will change in some people's minds. I do agree that the tomahawk was a weird weapon, but I thought Saix's claymore didn't look like a real claymore either lol.

You are right though that he didn't have much to 'bond him' to the game as some others did and his silent stance made him more in the background. I always tend to think of Lexaeus as a sturdy samurai that was there for supporting the team, was brilliant and all, but did not try to stand out to get attention, just to get the job done.

That's an interesting question, and one that can be as complex really as asking 'do any gods exist' truly. I will answer that with 'my' point of view and realize that of course it can be labeled as incorrect to someone else, because this also comes down to an opinion on the part of each person. Since people give and assign various attributes to any deity, including even just a singular entity, it changes. God (the monotheistic one) has many characteristics assigned to it.

Omnipotence (all powerful), Omniscience (all knowing), All Loving, Jealous, All Creator, the Great Mover, etc.

Gods, regardless of who they are, tend to be beings that are assigned various tasks of life, death, nature, etc, showing that something is behind what goes on around us. If you want a good harvest, you'd pray to a god to make it happen. If you want to be healed of some disease, praying to a god who specializes in healing would save you, etc. We have conditions of existence and a deity can change those as they (or he, or she) are able to manipulate fate, motion, existence, life and death to do so. The other trait is that they are immortal, though in some mythologies they required a magical fruit or something to prolong their existence. Some gods are bad or what would be coined as tremendously hideous and evil, some are good, some represent emotional things such as Aphrodite is about love and relationships. Others represent states of the moment such as Ares is the God of War.

The monotheistic God of Jews, Christians and Islamic faith is supposed to be above all Gods out there and be capable of doing anything at all. If something happens it is 'God's will'. He is the force behind all things that transpire in a person's life and though loving, when bad things happen, you accept it because that's how it is just meant to be. Belief in any deity in the end means that you believe in an outside force that yet is very much a part of your life and can make things right, and if you are not living well, you may have upset this being. They control your fate and the fate of all existence. Some control 'aspects' of life they are assigned to while the one monotheistic deity is able to control them all.

Of course, there are also Deists, which believe in God, but do not believe after a certain point that God involves himself in the lives of mortals and lets them make their own choices, to include not hopping in when someone prays for help. This isn't to say they think the God doesn't care, but more to say he wants people to figure out their own dilemmas and live without a controlled or altered fate.

That would be my take on it. I am interested to see other people's ideas on what a god is. As for why you would not be considered a god, you don't really meet the criteria of having mass control over some aspect of life where you can make things happen on an immense scale to control it, nor would you be considered immortal. Some humans though, in mythologies such as Egyptian, were able to later 'transcend' to a god-like status, such as pharaohs. Also, some people are said to be an 'avatar' of a deity which means a god lives inside them and uses them as a vessel, which is either permanent or occurs now and then so that they can do miracles (something extraordinary that no one can possibly yet just explain with science) in the name of that god. So, if you get some freaky powers, let us know!

Oh, I agree. In the end it is a matter of personal philosophy and examination. That is why when someone skews the deal though, it annoys me. It entirely cancels out the possibility of debate because what is said is totally slandered to one side. So really if it starts out lame, there's no point to a debate at all because the subject matter as it is goes off of personal belief. Faith can't be reasoned out. The details of a book; sure. The belief in a deity, no. It is a personal thing.

The man-made details sure can be torn asunder. This includes any book or mythos or philosophy or tales told by mouth. This doesn't mean, however, that you can disprove a deity but to say it cannot be as 'man' views it in the book. If there is a God out there or not, a book won't validate it, but personal faith will. Even if I do not personally believe in "God" of the Bible, it does not mean I can prove that -any- God exists or not by anything other than personal belief. So the argument to me is pointless since everyone always twists it around pathetically using what exists around them. If religion though wasn't such a mind bending and controlling thing which garners public reaction, I suppose it would not be debated as much as it is.

I actually adjusted this to my new statement, not liking much how the former one rolled. This repost I did above makes more clear what I was getting at. The revelation hit me after.

The point though is that this is entirely skewed and the statements by the 'Atheist' aren't even complete, and the answers by the religious guy are empty as well. It is stupid and trying to make the zealot fanatic look like he's so smart when in fact most zealots just say what preachers tell them on repeat patterns to defend against those 'evil' atheists. Add in a 'you are going to Hell when you die' and it just shows how ridiculous this is.

This makes no sense whatsoever, what you just posted and is all skewed and twisted. If you believe this is the argument, I am afraid that you should reevaluate things. The arguments even that are answered by the Christian side are as stupid as the Atheist side.

In the end, faith is up to the believer. If you believe, you do. Logic cannot be used to argue the existence of something someone else believes in.

There are those who are imbalanced mentally and have been serial killers...believing that people are out to get them, or they hear their mothers' voice telling them to kill people, or their fathers'. Delusional serial killers are very fun to study. Many have schizophrenia which is a mind altering disease that actually eats away at brain cells.

Schizophrenia makes people delusional and think that voices in their head come from outside it and even with examinations of the brain, when they say something verbally, they do not always acknowledge it the same way others do to show that it is 'their voice'. Just because some woman believes there are Nazis out to get her and she kills her roommate because of it, doesn't mean there are real Nazis out to get her, regardless of how many letters she wrote to the CIA, FBI, to relatives etc. However, you tell someone with this that it is fake. It won't work. Zealots have the same wild look in their eye. Regular people, regardless of belief in God or not, they don't look that freaking imbalanced, glassy eyed and are generally not people with I.Q.s under 100.

No matter how logical your argument it is, a person who is absolutely committed to something is not going to believe you. Just give up. They even do what this with writing this whole statement skewed as to what Atheists believe versus what fanatical Christians do. Extremists are bad. Period. This list is ridiculous and is so taken out of context, for shame.

This whole thing kind of reminds me of McCarthyism and the attack on 'communists' that weren't all really communists. We can't live our lives in fear and all and if this sort of thing happened, we were raised that we would fight. We wouldn't just sit and watch like Germans did with the SS and the taking of people out of their homes like that. We'd find out the truth of where they went, I would hope and not take such a thing well at all.

But if I was going to design one hmm...I'd make it some lion-like Heartless with longer claws, spikes down the back and tail, make the tail wicked long so it could be prehensile and catch people. A gaping maw of Heartless rows of teeth like a shark's and it would have antennae on its head, trails of black smoke that would follow it and emit a dragon hell fire sort of power at opponents. Its eyes would be yellow of course, but also have swirl green in them and it could hypnotize opponents to stop and everywhere it went it would emit terror in foes. Of course, it would be able to climb big trees or knock them over, and then toss on some bat-like wings so it could fly. It could also sink into the ground like the Shadows do. And it would be entirely black with no Heartless symbol and lastly it could darken up regions so that opponents could not see well.

Yes, any with the Heartless symbol on them are Emblem Heartless, and a Soldier is one of them.

Shadows, Neo-Shadows, Darksides, Xehanort's Guardian, Darkballs and Invincibles I believe are the only 'Pureblood' ones we've seen as of yet.

I do agree with you. Even though Lexaeus was one of the original 6 apprentices to Ansem the Wise and was in the top 6 of the Organization, very little is expressed of him by fans and all. I think the major reason is because he was a quiet person and fit his name of "The Silent Hero". Also, he did do things such as talking with Zexion and breaking up issues between Vexen and Zexion, and lastly going to try to get Riku's Darkness to come out by force. Other than that though, he was not doing much but pondering what Marluxia was up to.

I guess the fangurls are also not so crazy about him because he's this big hulking guy and they mostly seem to flock to Zexion, Axel and Demyx. I'd say that Lexaeus may be one of the 'least' appreciative members as far as fangirls go, while the other is Xaldin. Ironically, they look more 'manly' and bulky so apparently they aren't as liked. =:/

I don't think Riku got them from magic at all. They are just plain clothes you could almost see someone wearing on the street. Also there was nothing magical about them. Sora's could get him to have Forms and all. Riku's were just plain every day sorts of attire. Also, I don't think he'd just take off the robe, which was magical, and not know what he was wearing underneath, so I'd think he'd have gotten himself clothing. After all, he just wore the cloak to be incognito and examine the Org. I am sure he wasn't always wearing the robe every single moment until he actually had no choice but to, because he altered into 'Ansem''s form.
