I did not say he was WEAK. I said he was not on par with Xemnas, Xigbar, Saix and Xaldin. He was, however, in the range of strength and mind, in the realms of power as Axel, Larxene, Lexaeus, Demyx, etc. There is nothing there that shows he has any more power by HIMSELF than each of them do. Any of those people could take one another in a fight and he's included. He showed nothing that would place him above the others in fighting or in brains.

Intelligence - There is -no- way Marluxia was -MORE- intelligent than any of the other Org members there. They were all very intellectual and had a lot of knowledge. There was not a single -stupid- Org member at the Castle Oblivion. Zexion was a genius and everyone knows that. Lexaeus was super smart and figuring out moves. Vexen was quirky and the mad scientist of the group but he was still very intelligent. Larxene was well read and intelligent, Axel was super smart etc. He did not have intelligence above those people at all. He was on par.

Power - There is nothing showing that he has MORE power than any of those members at the Castle Oblivion. He fought Axel and there is nothing showing Axel would lose. It seemed to me that the fight could go either way and this is why Marluxia used Namine. He could not take a risk that Axel may win. It would ruin plans. If he had so much power, when he drew his weapon on Vexen, he could have taken him out for being a -traitor- right there but instead he has Axel do it. I believe physically he was probably stronger than Vexen and Zexion but I do not see it with the others there and I know that with the right circumstances, Vexen and Zexion could defeat Marluxia just as easily as he could defeat them.

So then, if there is NOTHING that puts him above the others, why is he in charge? Because Xemnas placed him that way. I have some theories about it but nothing is canon told yet. He does have order to him to get things done and I think Xemnas did perhaps have an idea that some people were acting a bit less than trustworthy. Placing Marluxia in charge would be an insult to Vexen, Lexaeus and Zexion who were senior members and of the original 6. It may have been a test to see how loyal all of the Nobodies assigned there were. He may even have known that Marluxia and Vexen had knowledge they should not have and set this up to make them fight or just suffer with each other. Vexen probably assumed he would be in charge as he was higher in number, but it was stated by Nomura that number only reflects what order the Nobodies came into the Org, and not necessarily power or rank. The chairs were more for rank.

What's he get for being in charge? He gets control of the Castle Oblivion and can order the others to do things and they should not question his authoriteh. After all, obedience was one high thing that Xemnas was big on. He could probably control the lesser Nobodies there to include his big pal at the end. He could take projects away from others as he did with Riku Replica from Vexen. He probably also had Vexen make the other Replica of himself or had access to being able to do so. In the end, the power Xemnas gave him put him above the others and he also had control over Namine who could boost the Castle's power and do things. He had the highest cards in his hand. THIS is what seems to me to be where Marluxia gained power over the others and he was using it to play a coup.

So, for the last time, he's not weaker than the other Nobodies. He is on par. However, having been put in charge gave him authority, more power, and a position to plot to get rid of Vexen, Lexaeus and Zexion who would not cater to his plan in no way. If there is anyone who was underestimated in the end for brains etc, it was Axel; not Marluxia. This does not by any means mean that I am saying Marluxia was dumb. He was not. Just he was not smarter than everyone else there. There is nothing at all anywhere that reveals to me he had the upper hand in intellect or power when on his own but there is also nothing anywhere that shows he was weaker than any member there on their own either. That's the non-fan boy, non-hater opinion here pertaining to Marluxia. The evidence speaks for itself.

Hmm, the reason I said Xemnas was out and well, in a position that was not so good to him was because in some cut scenes there is evidence to show that Xemnas had gone either to sleep or was doing something compromising in the chamber, or at least Marluxia and Vexen believed so. In one scene Vexen approached Zexion about it and wanted to know what Xemnas was doing and tried to lure Zexion into it. Zexion wanted no part of it. It's then hinted in parts of CoM that Marluxia also knows about Xemnas to some degree and also was investigating things and that is the whole reason Marluxia was doing a bid for power. He did feel secure that Xemnas was in some vulnerable state and if he had the right tool (the Keyblade Master) he could win. He also had Namine. These scenes are in the KH2:FM and COM:RE stuff and are posted here on these forums in the fmvs. I'll go ahead and dig up which ones specific and also look up the actual scripts later if there needs to be more proof.

As for whether Marluxia was one of the -stronger- members...I really still do not see that he was. And no, it is not because of the pink hair and flowers and pink scythe. I would think he was weaker if he looked like Duke Nukem, because his demeanor was all bravado but when it came down to it, he was more of a person that was strong if he could use something else or strike you unaware. Also, Xemnas was definitely the Superior to them all in power. He had the power to change any of them into Dusks most likely. Axel also was not one of the most powerful and yet he did stand toe to toe with Marluxia and then Marluxia hid behind a girl and used it as a way to side track Axel and get Sora after Axel so he could exit stage left. He also had to use a huge Nobody to fight in the final battle. I really can't see that he was in the upper powered levels. The most powerful to me seemed to be Xemnas, Saix, Xaldin, Roxas and Xigbar. They (other than Roxas) also seemed to know the most and be the most efficient. The others had varying ability and I wouldn't place Marluxia on the bottom, but I think given the right circumstances, any of the remaining ones could have had the potential to take each other out. None of the Org were what I'd consider to be wussies. Marluxia's power over the others in Castle Oblivion seemed to be the point that Xemnas made him in charge so he had access to Replicas, the huge Nobody and control over the Castle itself. He also had Namine. He had all the tools to hold a dominance over the others and Vexen knew it when he was called on the carpet for challenging. Really, in the end, he had the advantage over the others just by these bonus factors and though I don't see him as necessarily weaker than the others who were at the Castle Oblivion, he was not really superior to them either without these bonuses.

As for Zexion being followed, it isn't in Zexion's nature. I really do not think with how his demeanor was that he cared to actually -lead- anything. He was more a person that liked his independence to research and do things and not be bothered with power more than that. He was brilliant but he never seemed to want to be over others as much as he wanted to ensure his own survival and his abilities to do what he wanted solo. He also seemed to get along well with Lexaeus, who I bet he'd rather have seen in charge because he had no real trust or liking of Vexen or Marluxia in the end.

I would have wanted Riku to be the main person with the central Keyblade. He was a good kid and yes, he had some darkness in him but so did Sora all along. They were both not pure and Sora just lucked out that Riku was foreseen by the evil side as being the official Keyblade wielder and not him or he would have been duped instead because Sora actually was jealous of Riku more than the other way around which can be seen even as Riku is talking and Sora was sitting in the tree on DI and Riku thanks Kairi. Riku did a lot of things that showed he merited the Keyblade even before he left. After all, he did train a lot of those kids on the Kiddy Island and seemed to be like an older brother and protective. He was also not as naive as Sora and so had roles been reversed, I think things would have been dramatically different. Riku not only didn't get the girl but also got screwed out of his own right of having the Keyblade till he gets his own later. Kind of a bum deal all around for the actual smartest character out of the three kids.

I like the idea of seeing Sora and his two friends relaxing on DI fishing and what not, eating candy bars and being lazy. Maybe they have little pot bellies and have to work them off and do some Rocky thing where they get to working out etc with Eye of the Tiger playing in the background. This amuses me greatly.

The other way would be the way others have suggested...that we just won't know why the character became such a wuss again.

And the final way is that Sora ends up getting sucked into this other world where his powers don't work right because of some lame excuse and he has to work his way up to earn them back because of the new weird reality.

Lastly, he ends up on the space station in 'The Black Hole" Disney movie rendition and his powers get pulled into the black hole. But somehow he doesn't, of course, or maybe he does...and that's how he ends up having to learn his abilities over again.

Maybe they'd be smart and let you use Kairi first off so that she can get abilities and not be worthless and then switch characters to Sora or Riku. Then Sora would not have to be totally wussified. Any way, fun topic!

It is most likely Roxas. Just as Sora when he went on the platform in his dreaming state, his shadow grew out to be a Darkside, Roxas turns and sees the Nobody which is his memories as a Nobody that were taken probably. I thought at first it was Riku or Xemnas too, but he really would have no place in a dreaming sequence of Roxas's that I could figure out.

Yeah, that's how I feel too. I studied religions on my own around the age of 12+ but it was really intriguing to take the classes of World Religions in college. We even had representatives from each religion that were able to speak and teach the religious stuff to us how they learn instead of just the way it is presented in the text books and it really clarified some things. I think High School students really could benefit from it but college is a different realm than High School and not as controlled by zealot votes. It's sad such an easy solution probably won't be accepted in quite a few places because teaching religions side by side in a class for tolerance, understanding and broadening minds is frowned upon. Religion is really taking a strangle hold on societies and the evangelical movement to me seems the worst. They are the most pro-active and I'm kind of sick of hearing in politics too, how their -vote matters- as if they are a national body. Please Europe, don't let these people do what they are doing here to your places. It's spreading more dumb. I hate to be biased but anymore evangelicals seem to be our zealot worst thing to happen while other groups of Christianity are more tolerant and accepting. I feel the U.S.'s IQ rating drop another 10 points every time I have to see these people get in the news big as if they are supposed to matter more than others. It's sad the disease now spreads outward to other countries. Sorry, those across the pond! We just couldn't hold them down.

Many people don't agree with the law on music exchange etc. He could have though not made it into a business where he took so much profit and redistributed it to the musicians etc and he'd have been legal. I like Pirate Bay but yeah, he's in some trouble and kind of deserves it for taking that much income over just running a site and servers. Millions of dollars is a bit much to be talking like he's any better than the corps he dislikes. I can't stand the RIAA because they steal from the artists' work too and then cry they are going broke but the artists are fortunate to get 10% of earnings while record companies keep the rest. If a site like Pirate Bay could run advertisements that give so much money to it, it makes no sense to not support the artists a bit because then no one pays but advertisers and they make profits by people seeing their adds. It could have been a nice solution.

Abortion is wrong and yet in the Bible, God does the biggest out of the womb abortion ever, by killing the Egyptian first born male babies after having the Jews paint lamb blood over their doors to mark they aren't to be hit. He also orders people to go to war and kill the men, women and children of places while only keeping the 'virgins' or those 'without men' so that the Jews can have them. I'm sorry but the Bible is the last reference I would use to support the issue of Adoption over Abortion. Also, on a last note, there were rules that if women were raped in the past or unchaste, they were to be killed for being defiled or impure. There are so many ways the Bible and the monotheistic followers have all dealt with unwanted pregnancy. We are in a new age so lets use modern day issues, even though in some areas women are still stoned to death for being raped in parts of the world. I don't see also where Jesus supported women having babies out of wedlock either. He gave support to a woman for having a job as a prostitute, as if she had a super choice till he came along, but she also had NO children so really, Jesus didn't seem to touch on this issue either.

Now onto the other thing that bothers me and I hope you will all (who read this long thing) give this a chance to be said because I feel it is important and though some touch on it, no one is coming out and saying it as I will now. It is the mother's choice, but fathers too need to think so I think it should have been reworded to say would -you- get an abortion or give up -your- child for adoption instead of having the poll be so general as to say people have a right to decide whether someone else does it. There are people here that have not gone through the experiences of life yet where they are living out of their homes and facing a life of poverty, no support from parents on the issue, rape, being taken advantage of at a young age and getting pregnant, sickness that won't allow a female to carry a child or her health is at jeopardy, an oops the condom broke mistake etc. I think each individual person's opinion matters when it comes to that person, but why is it anyone else's right to condemn another person's decision? There ARE reasons to get abortions and anyone who makes the choice IS being responsible, despite the opinion to the contrary.

In nature, animals abort young or get rid of them for a variety of reasons. Human women have to make the choices too. If conditions are not met to raise a child or even have it successfully, adoption just may not be the option here. I agree with others that feel it shouldn't be used as a form of 'birth control', although I will adamantly say I support things such as the 'day after pill' because it does catch things early at the beginning of possible conception. However, the only people using it as a form of birth control tend to be those working in the 'sex' industry, such as prostitutes. Others tend to have reasons why they do it. Pregnancy is expensive. Parents are not always supportive and it can take young women out of school or work. Some men are not supportive or they are too young to readily get a job. Women or girls that come of age to have a kid and can't have any kind of support are alone. Pregnancy with the proper medical follow ups and taking the required vitamins etc can cost over 6000 dollars. Adoptions at best usually might give a mother 2000 dollars, and in many cases, the woman doesn't get anything. The government will help out new mothers to pay for the cost of having a baby if conditions are met but it takes a while to get approved for this support and if the mother has no family support, she may be living in very harsh conditions. Even if she -wanted- the kid, she's going to know that it's become a very hard world and she would more than likely be forced to give up the child because she knows she can't support it. Also, after all that work, she may just want the child but has no way to give it a good life, so all that work she spent having the child, and something will happen to possibly take that child away because she's not in the right economic group. So, she may opt for abortion for that too, because why give up something she's not ready for and give it to someone else? Her life is still screwed.

I think this is not a bad question in one way, because it does make people think if they were in the choice could they make it? I think it's also very admirable if a woman/teen girl can make the choice to have a kid and do their best to care for it and if needed, give it up for adoption. I find abortions after a certain point to be rather disgusting as a kid can survive outside of the womb with help at 7 months or even 6 months if lucky in an incubator. I won't say I like the practice of abortion. However, I think it defies nature and common sense to totally eliminate it. As I mentioned before, babies do NOT all get adopted. Most adoptions are by white people and they don't often choose babies of other ethnicities. If a baby is born and no one wants it, and it is not taken in the first year, it becomes less likely as it ages that it is going to be adopted. It will be in orphanages and/or foster homes all its life. You cannot assure where your child ends up unless two parents slide up right away saying they will take it. This -is- a reality. Orphanages exist. They wouldn't exist at all if children were being taken and adopted. Also, there are scams with foster care for kids and adoptions where some people have taken in these kids and use them for slave labor and government checks. There is no way to assure that your child you just sent off somewhere and wrote off ALL responsibility on is going to somewhere better. And what if that family that the fortunate child ended up with is less than ideal? There is a lot of child abuse out there etc.

So many issues in this were not raised or discussed and I think people ought to know them because often Pro Life people do not come out and say this stuff. They teach kids and others that there is a loving set of arms of some woman that maybe can't have her own kids and a loving father who has a steady job etc waiting there for any child that is brought in to an orphanage. They show pictures of babies and say 'how could you kill this baby with beautiful blue eyes' after the fact it is conceived. They show pictures of aborted fetuses to gross people out. They -never- though show the grim side of a woman's choice and the reality of how these children they give up may live their lives because the woman gave it up for adoption. And the woman has no real rights to the child at all anymore to check that the child is doing well, and if it isn't, well, her chances of doing something about it are close to nil. In either adoption or abortion there's no real turning back.

So, yeah, I find abortion to be a very harsh thing, sure, but life is harsh. There are no guarantees either way that you are doing the better thing. Also, some people use the excuse of 'the baby could have been the next Mozart or Picasso etc. What if the baby is the next Charles Manson or Hitler? No one likes to say these things but these are a reality too, though of course there's no predicting how a kid is going to turn out, so in the end, it is a silly thing to bring up by Pro Lifers. I think that people answering the question for themselves is important and so I won't say what someone else did as far as this being a question that is 'above teens' who answer here but I think it should be a more personal question as in 'would YOU give up the child, abort or for men, would you do whatever you could to support the child or want it adopted or aborted? Then I think the reasons why are important to each person. It makes this less ugly because we all are forced to think suddenly for just us as if it is happening to us and it doesn't involve the rights of other people. As much as I personally would want to do whatever I could if I'm caught in the scenario, I'd say I don't like the options of adoption or abortion where I'd be concerned. I find both to be something on the less favorable side than trying to take care of the kid. However, if a real conundrum came up, I am not sure what I'd push for out of the two options because wow, it's not really in me to want either of those choices. It's up to the woman and I'd probably say if she didn't want it, I'd take it myself and pay for her to go through what she has to. But not all men are like that. Responsibility is something a lot seem to think comes with adoption but it also comes with abortion and even more so, with raising the child itself and giving yourself to that duty.

Sorry if I offended people, but we are missing some of the most sincere reasons here on why people get abortions over adoption at times and though you yourselves may opt to go the other way, it is a very personal choice and I don't think others should just be labeled as horrible people for choosing abortion. I can see why both are done. The world is really less than ideal and I'm not saying that people -should- choose abortion over adoption but I cannot condemn or dislike the person for doing so. The pretty pictures done by Pro Life people are lies just as Pro Choice people down play things. There should be no misconceptions so that we can each answer the question of this with all of the information instead of just one side.

As annoying as it is, it seems part of human nature, as CtR said. When it comes to religion beliefs, how things work, mechanisms of design etc, people will get ugly because you choose where you are going to sit and others simply don't like it. Many people, I believe, try to be pretty tolerant of others because they realize, as social creatures, you only get so far being a jerk to others and pushing your beliefs on them. However, when cliques form with like groups of people, some 'leaders' spread hate as their message and try to push the followers to do things. It's brainwashing to me, but these people will insist it is their rights being squashed because they do not have 'voices' despite the fact the loudest speakers crying martyr are the most numerously populated. Groups of people can do miraculous things, both good and bad. They can save wildlife or make up stupid laws that get in the way of productivity and enjoyment of others. These can be groups from religious or those who aren't religious.

I do think people have a right to be -heard- and all, because regardless of how I might want some people to stop certain things, I know it is human nature to be identified and spoken for. I do hate to be pushed though and it is what has turned me away ultimately from following religions in the end. As a person that likes to 'think' for myself, I've met free-thinkers who are religious and who aren't and I find that crowd to be much more tolerant and enjoyable. They do feel how you do, about who cares who is better with their beliefs...we have them, so what? However, there are others that will -never- feel this way as long as they live because they make things into 'wars' which cause people to fear and hate. Every major cause seems to be a 'war' anymore when militant sorts of people speak. There is a 'war' on drugs, a 'war' against Atheists, a 'war' on poverty, a 'war' on getting people educated, a 'war' against Abortion, a 'war' against video games, a 'war' for and against gay marriage, etc. It makes things seem so much more important and that people have to arm themselves up mentally to be on one side of the line or the other. You are either the problem or part of the solution. There are no ands, ifs or buts. It's this thinking that gives us people full of hatred and slows us down as a society from progressing.

The more of us who don't fall into just accepting certain things as cold fact and we keep our minds open, we debate, discuss and share things etc, and we teach our children the same things, the better humanity can become. However, there is a lot of hatred brewing, especially when it comes to religions and we are headed for some hard times pertaining to it. I wish it would blow over before we do something really stupid, but it just feels to me that we are heading for some serious problems if people do not stop thinking that there's a 'war' between Atheists, Agnostics, Christians and Islamic followers, Jews and Hindus especially. Some of the things said even on this forum show that the tensions rise even as many of us just want to try to feel safe believing in what we want and not having to answer to another human as if we are an 'enemy'. I do hope that more people learn tolerance before it is too late. The whole world seems to be fighting over this junk and because it's about religion, it bleeds into everything we have 'rights' to do because it can all be labeled as sins by those who are zealous. I don't want to see a day where people have to pick their absolute 'alignment' on each thing to determine what kind of person he/she is. People can be decent and benevolent people regardless of religion or having no religion. We really need to hold onto that concept and thought as there are plenty of people who don't believe that at all and continue to make things progressively worse.

So, sadly, I don't think people are going to shut up about it, even if I too wish in a way they would. It would only let things brew amongst cliques and the need to show people tolerance and acceptance is now very important.

My thoughts are not meant to be offensive but fangurls and fanbois are very frustrating at times. When something is very clearly NOT yaoi or yuri intended, it just isn't. It's cute to read the stories and get a chuckle that some make up but when people actually start believing in the junk and it becomes 'canon' in their minds, it truly ruins things. There's nothing so wonderful as hearing some fangurl hopping around squeeing when all you have to type is 'RoxasxAxel' or 'SoraxRiku' or whatever and it's so for real to them.

I have nothing against Yaoi and Yuri and have some anime with it or where it's hinted at and it doesn't bother me in the least. What does get on the nerves, as said, is the people that try to make up that something is that way just because they want it that way no matter what. It's also a thing to joke around about some movies with old guys in them and younger children and say there's 'something going on' but it's not cool if it is not even implied to just go on actually 'believing' it's true. That is really the only time I get irritated with it and wish it would kind of subside at times.

People around here and other sites are always seemingly too afraid to say they are sick of the Yuri and Yaoi fangirls/fanbois forcing it down our throats when we -know- it's not true. They get jumped by people saying 'you don't respect our rights!' and 'just because you interpret it this way doesn't mean it's right!' etc. Well, I'm saying it because I really don't fear the repercussions. I've gotten bad rep for it before because people assume I am bashing on gay love etc. It's simply not true. I have nothing against it at all and even though I am straight I can sit through anything if it actually has a decent story and reason to it. A good tragic love story is just that. I love a good chuckle at some of the deviant art I see or other places that have yuri or yaoi suggestive stuff and some of the artwork is actually decent. Some of the stories make me laugh. Just really...I just don't like to feel that yuri and yaoi people have to PUSH so hard on others to get us to have to accept a reality that just isn't there in the first place and is at best -suggestive- while there is a lot more evidence to suggest something else.

Some fanfics and yaoi/yuri things also pair up ANYONE at all. Let's take KH for example. What are the chances Ansem is boinking Riku? How about Lexaeus x Zexion? Well why not Larxene and Namine? How about Kairi and droves of Heartless? Aurora and Maleficent? Riku x Repliku, Axel x Marluxia etc. I have seen so many things people INSIST that this is hinted canon but yet it's just not happening. I also don't see Riku x Sora at all. I have nothing against people saying stuff but I just wish they'd stop being so darn pushy about it and then calling others names because they don't agree and hopping off somewhere else.

What's sad is the cure to this is a World Religions class in High School where then people can learn about the religions of the world, their beliefs and all and well, Creationism belongs there. It does not, nor has ever, belonged in a Science class where the teachings is about what we have actually -learned- so far. The only reason that religious people won't go for a World Religions class and why kids have to wait till college for it is because every religion thinks it is the ONLY one that is RIGHT and it would be sacrilege to teach kids anything other than what mommy or daddy or the preacher wants the kids to learn. Sadly, World Religions classes would also teach tolerance and acceptance of others and give kids the chance to express their religious feelings without badgering and condemning others to hell all the time. But ah well.

I just hope since Europe has more Atheists and Agnostics that these Evangelical sorts do not win ultimately and the others fight to keep this stuff out. The world is changing and it'd be nice if Evangelicals would keep up with the times instead of making our populations more stupid because they refuse to be educated in sciences and histories due to religion. Religion shouldn't be an excuse to make people dumber or left behind. It should be something that uplifts a person. People can make up their own minds and should know each side of the coin but it does NOT belong to be forced taught in classes that have nothing to do with religion.

I've been keeping up with this too and it's pretty interesting so far.

If Ron Paul hadn't of said he wanted to get rid of a lot of departments that I feel we need to keep balance then he would have had more of my support and probably others. There are just some things I do not trust in the hands of corporations. Insurance is bad enough and we pay exorbitant prices for it but have to have it or people don't have any and work for 50+ hours. It's just not right to me.

I'm also glad that though Huckabee won some states he's on the losing end. I really cannot stand that guy for his religious scheme position in all of this and do not want to see us degrade back 100 years instead of advancing our culture. I'm not sure I'd vote for McCain but if Clinton wins, I probably will.

I think right now, though I'm not sure I like his stance on the Iraq War scenario, I'm voting for Obama if he makes it through the primaries. I think he's not just all 'talk' and 'Point point, clap clap' like Clinton is and was happy to see he's 4 points ahead of her so far so people who thought he was out were wrong. I also think it's funny that the Clintons tried to say he got votes from all blacks when there are quite a few states that are predominantly white that he gained votes from over her and by a great margin. It just shows how biased they are. I'm really not here to vote for 'the first black man president' or 'the first woman president'. It's more I want the person in office I feel that is going to do the right job. I hope that a lot of people feel that way regardless of who they cast votes for.

I still debate that if somehow Huckabee or Clinton win, moving to Canada sounds like a good option as I feel they are both the most harmful to this country and we don't need another Clinton in office as much as we don't need another Bush. And Huckabee...I am so sick of religious zealots running for president. Every time we get one I feel we move back in time to the Puritan era.

Hmm..well some things in KH2 were more difficult. I'd say Xemnas in the final fight was more difficult than Ansem was in KH. I did both games on Proud Mode and to me, they were about equal though I think because KH is slower and the hidden bosses were more difficult, and you had no Reaction Commands, I'd say KH was a bit more difficult excluding the final boss.

I'd say I am kind of a mix of defensive and offensive. I strategically set up for each fight and do tend to use Items more and physical attacks etc over Magic. The only magic spell I ever really use often is Cure. It depends on which fight I do for how aggressive the attacks are but I love to use the abilities and see how many combo hits I can do etc. Some enemies, like the Ice Titan, you are forced to be rather more defensive so it just depends on the battle.

Ansem the Wise is from Hollow Bastion/Radiant Gardens. As for Xehanort, that's sort of a mystery. Ansem says he found him and took him in, and all of the incidences declared in KH happened at Hollow Bastion in that castle. We may find out he came from elsewhere originally in BBS.

Marriage had been a concept around long before Christians or Jews were around. It's a union between two people to tell others that they are together and shouldn't be sleeping around. It was also a way for a man to clearly claim a woman and that no other man should want to bed her. If we really think about it, marriage has evolved because so have the rights of women and it's been shown enough that some men are not the best providers out there and in fact abuse women or run off to sleep around. Marriage has some ugly connotations to it so I don't see why it can't adapt to mean more and be better. It should be a union between two people that symbolizes both will be honest, loyal and giving to themselves. If that's a man and a woman, a woman and a woman or a man and a man, what does it matter? The symbolism is there that they are married to each other and should not be cheating with others. If anything, nowadays, marriage is a lot more fair to women, so I'm not seeing why it can't mean a happier thing for any couple that wants to devote their lives to one another.

In the end, it is not just a religious ceremony. It is a tying of two people by agreement that will jointly own a home, items and if they want to, rear children. It gives an environment of safety and that the two people give to making their commitment to one another work. If religious people want to get married under the premise of man to woman, nothing at all stops them. Their rights aren't being violated. They can marry away and do it 5 or 6 times etc, after divorcing. The people who are being denied the right to marry are the ones who have existed since the dawn of man kind, whether people want to think of it that way or not. Homosexual and bi behavior are part of human culture and just because some religious people see it as an immoral sin doesn't mean it won't continue to exist. After thousands of years of humiliation, deaths etc, and we are coming to an age of more tolerance and acceptance that people have different genders, skin colors, ethnic backgrounds etc...why are religious people condemning something when they can -still- get married themselves without repercussions? They are not the victims here. Also, as said, marriage was a concept before Judaism which is the first of the monotheistic religions. Christians should not hold a dominance on what marriage should mean for everyone. If they want to marry how they wish, by all means, that's their rights. We as a people can alter a concept to mean what we want it to. It doesn't change the fact that people can't still have ceremonies and religious gala and festivities etc. It doesn't make marriage any less of a beautiful thing spiritually. It simply means that some things need analyzed and adjusted to the time period we are in instead of thinking back 2000 years or even 50 years.

Religion should not stop the progress of humanity. That isn't what it's for, is it? There are a ton of other things that are really much bigger 'sins' than homosexuality. One of those is -cheating- on your spouse. I find that to be really a stupid thing to do regardless of if the person is gay, bi or straight. It is a vow that is broken and becomes meaningless. That defies marriage a lot more than two gays marrying to me. Also, if gays could be married it would stop some of the things that were happening all through history of gay people getting 'married' to straight partners and then going and having gay sex on the side, spreading STDs etc because of multiple partners. If someone gets married, there would be less of a tolerance for adultery in this manner. It would be near inexcusable. So is gay marriage worse than adultery? I think a lot more people get hurt by adultery and cheaters than they do if people are gay and get married, giving their sex lives to just one another. That's just my thought on it.

This is a taunting and a ruse. He's only there to 1. confuse Sora and 2. make things harder on Axel because they want Sora to do his jorb they have assigned him. Who tells you 'non-threateningly' that they know how to 'injure' something? The whole point of that meeting was meant to confuse and irritate Sora to keep Sora doing what he 'should be'. He's not asking for Sora's help there. He's telling him 'this is the way it is' and 'you can't do anything about it' or you might end up like your friend, taken by Darkness.

Saix was not just more of a jerk here. He was downright infuriating. He is taunting Sora about having captured Kairi, makes him get on his KNEES and beg and then laughs because of course he had no intentions of returning her. He is a mental sadist and that is purely easy for most people to notice. All of the Nobodies I believe are kind of empathic, and he really finds it an enjoyment to feel other people suffering. It is also here that Saix dominates the Heartless around him and flexes his power, showing the Org did use the Heartless and could manipulate them.

Also, in this scene, Sora isn't really 'siding' with anyone. He's bedazzled and confused. Maleficent shows up and he tells her that he doesn't take orders from her. He didn't just go and say 'Hey old buddy from KH that tried to slay me and devour a lot of worlds for power!" Saix told him some powerful words that pretty much meant no matter what he does, he's working for the Org and they are stealing every single Heart he frees from every single Heartless and they don't go to where they should. His entire goal there was to break Sora and depress him. Sora did not know what to do, and Maleficent stepping in was a break by happenstance. He was very hurt there. If Riku had not pulled Sora out of there at that time (and given him some ice cream and returned him to his ship), well Sora might have just been in a horrible hurt. There is very little malicious at all about what Sora does in this scene. It's all Saix.

He did not have a care of Sora's well being. He wanted Sora working on that plan and he was manipulating him through psychological warfare. He only warned Sora about Axel to confuse him more and to make it so Sora would be stubborn against listening to Axel who well...knows what the Org is up to, doesn't he? Axel could have narced off the whole plan to Sora if Sora wouldn't have already been 'warned' about him. It's not Sora's well being. It's the Org's plan that was being saved. Also, Roxas would NOT have been easier to manipulate. He ran off and had no intentions of returning.

Where does Sora say the Org deserves to die because they have no Hearts? How about all those Hearts that deserve to perish because Xemnas and the Org are using them and not letting them go where they should? This was not 'reasoning' with Saix. Saix was totally on purpose scheming words in each scene he was in. He says it right in the first convo you have with him. He knows how to ' injure a heart'.

There is no scene where Sora just goes in and would not have accepted surrender. The only one you can use is Demyx and he had full capability of running away from the mean 15 year old taunting boy. I'm really not seeing any point at all that Saix was so 'nice and helpful' to Sora. He's protecting an 'investment' since Roxas was lost to the Org. Their 'easy way out' had fled and Axel had failed to kill Roxas so that was the way it was.

Now for Destiny Force. See, I don't just pick on those on the opposite side? I just am clearing up what I disagree with! =:)

Destiny, he's right here. Yes, Axel did say 'Way to fall into their trap" and all and he was giving some slight info here into the plan of the Organization. However, he -did- intend to take Kairi and have her as bait to use against Sora to make him turn into a Heartless again to get Roxas back. Kairi had changed him back once before and he probably assumed she could again but his plans were clear to get Roxas back. He had his own scheme and Saix was against it because Roxas had ran off and was going to be -more- difficult to control. It was to their advantage to use the "oblivious' Sora for their scheme at this point. Again, Saix and the Org had no 'caring' at all for Sora. He was a tool. Sora was a tool for Axel too, to get back what Axel wanted. They all were trying to use him.

Also, it was said 'someone' stole the Olympus Stone, but Hercules was more having to contend with saving Meg than he was at all thinking about who would do such a thing. He didn't know who took it. Sora found Demyx and confronted him on the theft etc. The Hydra, as far as I remember, was an attack done by Hades; not by the Organization. This is one of the reasons I am pretty adamant here that Demyx was pretty much the Org gopher and had 'go fetch' missions while the rest of the Org that remained were corrupting people and making those huge Heartless they had planted around. Really, Hercules was pretty oblivious to anything having to do with the Organization at all.

To wrap this up, I am still not seeing proof of any place Sora was wishing the Org would just die. There are manipulations galore on the kid by the script. He had to go the route he did because what else was he going to do? He was being used by Axel. He was being far more used by the Organization. He had to still deal with fighting Maleficent and her remnants of the Dark Council like Oogie Boogie, and also fight against Hades etc. The Org was taking advantage of and causing a lot of mayhem. Roxas was -not- going to help the Org at all, whether inside Sora or walking free. They -had- to use Sora and so they did. To keep him 'collecting Hearts' for them, they pushed buttons, and they always knew what they were doing, weakening him, making him doubt, etc. This was a mind torture game on Sora and if he was fighting to not be used, well he -should-. After all, this -is- how Riku fell too. Riku was used and manipulated or he would have been the true Keyblade bearer. The Org did not care how they got their plan to work, as long as they did. There is still no sign whatsoever of any Org member desiring a change and asking Sora for help. He was a tool to the method. There is also no point where Sora says they need to die because they don't exist.

As I've mentioned before, if Sora had been shown one iota that the Org were NOT just out using Heartless to gain their Hearts back, which he found out later the reasoning behind it, and one had actually surrendered and given up some info, then the story could have been different. I do think if things had worked out different, perhaps some of the Org might have been salvageable, but it was not going to be possible from -Sora's Side-. He was ignorant of all that was going on. The Org members themselves had to do -something- different and Saix, being their taunting man on the front, was obviously not letting that happen and Xemnas, who was very well awake, was certainly not going to let his plan crumble. If they wanted 'free' of Xemnas, no one showed this. The only one who did was Axel who had his own scheme going which got axed by Saix, and Axel later apologized, realizing it was wrong to -use- people like that to get what he wanted. Saix had no guilt at all. So how is Saix more 'righteous' than Sora when he's the main one playing mind games? How is Xaldin so innocent of what he's doing? The only one at that point who might have had a chance was Demyx and he was probably acting on memes and didn't want to be a Dusk like Axel was threatened with so he never said a thing. He's really the only one that showed any signs of just being a gopher 'yes man' but he did make his choice too.

    So the debate continues. =:)

This is too difficult to answer truly for me because there are many kids who are -never- adopted and spend lives traveling around in foster care or in orphanages. Now if -any- kid could be had and -adopted- you know, probably people wouldn't mind doing the process but it simply is not the case and won't be. There are children that will never be adopted and if you can't get a kid adopted in the first year of its life, it becomes a lot harder to get them to be taken. Parents want newborns and such to bring into their families and yeah, it just doesn't always happen. So what about all those kids that end up never being taken because they have the wrong color skin or eyes or hair? People can be amazingly shallow.

Really, in the end, I am hoping more people catch onto the 1 day after pill thing which could make abortions even a thing of the past. If you don't want a baby and have unprotected sex, pop a pill the morning after and you are pretty well guaranteed that it won't happen. No abortions, no messiness, it's over. Of course, some people will say that this is abortion too, but it's no more harsh than using spermicides. Abortions could really be lessened dramatically if these drugs were available more readily and people stopped being lame.

I have to agree with this. There's no way Axel would have just stood by regardless and if Marluxia was showing a dubious nature, even as Axel had not come out and shared his knowledge with Lexaeus, Vexen and Zexion right away, they were already questioning his motives early on. Axel just found out and got in the 'plan' of Marluxia's because Larxene gave too much away and so Axel did his thing. If odds were that bad, Axel would have gone for assistance anyway. I really can't see Marluxia's plan succeeding at all.

Also, Marluxia seemed to just want power, period. Even if he wanted his Heart back, he wanted the power and where Xemnas might have had some reason for certain things, Marluxia was in it for himself alone with no real ambition but power. Also, had Riku actually run into the -real- Sora, Sora did still have memories of Riku and I don't think Namine, even if forced, was going to try to force those last memories of Riku away because he would be all that could talk/fight sense into him and she would hope for anything at that point. She became braver towards the end so I don't think Marluxia could have forced her, even with threat of killing her. She did care a lot about Sora and was the one who lured him there in the first place, causing Marluxia to think he had the ultimate plan to get rid of the Superior. Even if Riku was torn, I don't see that Zexion could have -killed- him. Lexaeus failed and it just brought out Ansem. King Mickey would have arrived and I'm sure they'd have taken Riku out and all. Even if somehow Marluxia could have had Sora lock up Xemnas, (if they could actually get him while asleep), the other Org members would have been on that and Marluxia, Larxene and Sora against all of the other Org members...I don't think it would work out; especially since sooner or later Riku would also show up and King Mickey.

In that scene, it might have even made it possible that some Org members might have not been so bad if Xemnas were locked up and well, they decided to change some things and work with Riku and King Mickey to stop Marluxia. Ironically, it could have changed the fate of some of the Org members from needing to die. I am pretty sure though I can't think of a way that Marluxia could actually 'win it all' because there was too much for him to contend against. He assumed a lot to include others would fall in line if he somehow were #1. Taking out Xemnas wouldn't be the end of the other Org members.

This really about says it all. I don't see how Riku was so -mean- to Sora as others mention except when he started falling into Darkness which well, if Sora were a bit more observant and told Donald to put a sock in it, Riku probably wouldn't have gone to Darkness in the first place and maybe the story would have been different. Riku teased Sora some on DI but it was all not meant for harm in any way. Riku also apparently trained a lot of those kids etc. He was a good kid that had a bit of an ego, but eh, I can't see him as being that bad at all. He never was intentionally malicious there and even apologizes to Sora if he wins or loses the race saying he was joking about the Paopu Fruit thing, and he also is humble enough to just shrug if he loses the fight, and doesn't hop around like Sora does if he wins. In some ways he seemed pretty humble despite the serious talent he obviously had. Sora and Riku were competitive but it was never anything bad. The Darkness that was corrupting Riku later made him feel and say worse things than he truly would have felt had Maleficent not opened his Heart to that power, and keep in mind the only reason he did this was to find Kairi and then try to save her. Had Sora actually figured out Kairi's Heart was within him, well, Riku wouldn't have been so against him for dawdling and not taking things serious while palling around with two others. He wouldn't have been so desperate, so really in the case of KH1, sadly 'Hindsight is 20/20" goes on for Riku and Sora throughout the whole thing. Both had things to regret and think on.

I think King Mickey is the guiding force, as mentioned above and someone Riku can admire and place some amount of trust and confidence in. It doesn't seem that Riku had someone like that before and may even have been at odds with parents in some ways. With how Riku acts about being afraid to lose his friends if he's not 'needed' it suggested to me possibly he comes from a broken home of some sort. So, it seems rather clear to me that Sora is his best bud and they had been friends for several years which made them close like brothers while King Mickey is more that person Riku has a ton of admiration for.
