Why would he wear an arm brace if he wasn't injured? Kind of makes no sense. Also, Riku can fight with either hand and did so in CoM and KH. In KH2 he sticks predominantly to one hand and just fires off Darkness powers with the other that has the brace. Also, Roxas had bandaids/strips on his fingers. It seems possible to me this was Nomura's way of showing that Riku and Roxas had taken some damage from their battles but didn't really mess each other up badly. An arm brace like that isn't that serious any way and is probably meant to just keep his wrist straight but I'm not seeing why he'd wear it as a fashion statement. He's not really the kind to play up sympathy or whatever.

Also, again, Riku never lost his Heart to Darkness. He had gone down a bad path and had Darkness in his Heart but he was never consumed. Ansem took his body but Riku remained with his own Heart and all inside. When Sora's friends came under danger, Riku's spirit came forth and saved them, forcing Ansem to be frozen and have to contend with him to allow the others to leave Hollow Bastion.

It is after this, Ansem sends Riku's spirit (Heart, Soul, Mind..whatever else) to Darkness. Riku's spirit though never fell and he kept fighting Heartless and met up with King Mickey, assisted him and was helped too. Riku was in the realm of Darkness and yet talked to Sora who was fighting Ansem to coax him on. Afterwards, Riku remains in Darkness because though his body was returned to him, it had the Darkness of Ansem, which meant that Ansem could get back out sooner or later through being tied to Riku. This is why Riku remained and King Mickey had to remain because the door had to be locked from both sides to secure Kingdom Hearts.

I explained it in more detail since Pika...since when he was an 'apparition' he was not consumed at all. He was the spirit within that after Xehanort had cast him to Darkness still endured. He was sent to Darkness and did not go to KH but by getting there with King Mickey it seems. There's nothing that shows he went to KH since he had his entire spirit sent to Darkness and endured; not just his Heart. Also, he still obviously had a link to his body because when Ansem was defeated, Riku's body was returned to him. Riku probably -could have- given up in Darkness and been consumed but did not.

Hmm, big choice. I'd have to say first the economy is the worst problem we face. The dollar doesn't have real value anymore and jobs are so hard to find that are decent.

The war is another issue and we never should have gone into Iraq without first clearing up Afghanistan. Yes, I do think Saddam Hussein was a problem and was going to be one, whether they found WMDs there or not, but he was not the immediate concern. Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban were and we seriously lost focus going after Hussein. Had he made more of an offensive maneuver I'd have justified this more. Also, I feel that we should have done more against Hussein in Desert Storm when we actually -had- feasible support because he was trying to lead people through Jordan to attack Israel and had taken Kuwait. We did not have a reason in the current to go after him but speculation.

So the war has also had an effect on us economically and it blows. We really need to focus on making business happen more at home, less jobs that mean something going overseas and to go deal with Afghanistan and move soldiers out of Iraq if we are to be alright. Also, working on better relations with nations again is important. We have such an awful reputation right now from all of the cowboy politics from both Bush and Clinton. Both knew of the impending threat of 9/11 and did nothing. Both also gave out jobs etc to other countries we could use ourselves and really we have a nice hole now to dig ourselves out of because other nations truly hate us for the yeehaw attitude. All Americans are not like this. Most of us aren't. It's just hard to prove to other places when these idiots keep getting elected.

#4 ...Really, why do religious people believe in this nonsense?

You really believe people cannot be -good- and have compassion, benevolence and comprehension of life without having some deity to believe in? That people cannot be decent without some book telling them what to do? Seriously, are people this shallow to think that without religion, human beings have NOTHING to keep them working, loving and capable of being in stable social groups? We ARE more than this! The book is a 'guide'. The deity shows a path. If those two aren't there, it doesn't mean that the paths aren't there. I find the actual 10 Commandments to be more disturbing and outdated than how humanity is today and yet people want these old fashioned notions in schools and outside courts. Really, other than some stupid war which is partially spurred by religion, most people seem to want peace regardless of if they are religious or not.

We are not horrible creatures that cannot guide ourselves. There are some bad apples but seriously, for all the condemning people do of humanity, there are also very good people out there and not all are religious, despite what religious leaders try to spread. Our parents teach us morals as we grow whether they are Christian or not. We all learn it is painful to hurt others and we should not do it because we would be hurt ourselves from the same event. Just because some people might be sort of psychopathic doesn't mean all of us would revert to that without Christianity...and sad to say, enough psychopaths and serial killers have really -believed- in Christianity and it has led them to their downfall.

The only thing that makes humans good is the desire to be good. It isn't a book or a God. It's the person him/herself. I really don't see why people can't accept this and be more responsible for their actions instead of choosing to say if religion were gone there'd be no decent people. With all the incidences of abuse by religious organizations and individuals of religion...I truly can't see how it would be that people would grow worse. Also, if there was no God, there would be no 'Sin' because a sin is an act against God. How about instead we have 'wrong doings' that hurt other people or nature or whatever...like we already do in life? If people were so afraid of 'sins' then no one would be committing heinous acts in the first place. Considering most people who go to jail were raised Christian, this should tell you something. Also, isn't it now popular to say that Jesus will forgive just about any sin so long as you say when you die you believe in him and you'll go to Heaven? Christian groups already took your story of 'sins' away from you. People already commit sins on a daily basis and know they have nothing to worry about.

Just because the Bible says people can kill in the name of God and it's not murder does not mean without the religion people will kill just because they can. On the same note, Just because someone gives donations to churches or goes and does time in servitude of God to help others does not mean they are better than someone who genuinely gives money to someone to help them without preaching in their ear or goes to Peace Corps etc and donates their time without shoving a Bible in the person's hand. I think people sometimes have a very confused knowledge of what true benevolence is and without religion, I see it a lot more clearly than I ever did with religion. People can learn and be just fine without all of the fancy 'You are Sinning' crap. Just will people take the time? The morals are within us already. Just 'who' you do the morals for becomes the issue. Do you do the morals for some entity or do you do them for your family, friends, yourself, that new guy on the corner, that girl who fell down, etc. I think doing them for things I can verify are real makes more sense and also doesn't make it seem like I helped that little girl up off the ground because God wanted me to. Instead, I did it because she was hurt and I wanted to. How refreshing.

Again, you blame the girl for a lot of things that she'd be confused about as a teenager. Girls may develop the 'oh he's cute' thing and want a 'boyfriend' sooner than boys will care about girls, but in the end, boys want 'sex' before girls will. What I don't get is like I said much earlier, the day after pill would resolve a lot of this problem in the first place. It is no different really than any other contraceptive and it could make abortions a thing of the past. However, it also has to be available to people that want it. Then abortions could be saved for those needed points where a mother's life is at stake. However, until the day after pills are available commonly, abortions do have to be an option.

To me, Buddhism would make more sense since the basic path of it is not a religion in the first place but a way to help someone be content with life and to stop strife and pain etc. Religions are paired up to Buddhism often from local regions etc but in the end, Buddhism can just be taken for the base path it presents and also there is a lot of pressure point procedures and other such things that came from Buddhism practices that really do work. It's a structure to help life make sense, to control your actions and emotions better and to be at peace with the world and realize you are a part of it; not above it. You don't have to believe in any deity to practice the path of Buddhism. All it is in the end is seeking knowledge and peace and oneness with that around.

It becomes more complicated when it is added to other things such as local deities of regions and cultural traditions, but that is the point with Buddhism. It is very adaptable. There are even now Christian Buddhists. It also works with philosophy well and science. It's hard for me to think where Buddhism can't work except for being used by zealot religious people of other faiths.

Although people argue against it, I do think Riku actually injured himself and that is why he was bandaged. Also, Roxas had little bandages on his fingers which Ven doesn't so that suggests to me that both of them took injuries from each other. Also, people said the fight with Riku and Roxas was a year ago...both were not. They were sometime close to before the 7 days he spent in the fake Twilight Town. The procedure occurring with Roxas was quick to digitize him and move that part along. Riku was doing other things while waiting on Sora.

I doubt it has anything to do with doing something to himself like Auron did. He did not really use the hand for anything else other than in Limits and to fire Dark Aura or Dark Shield etc from. I'm pretty sure it's not just a decoration out of symbolism.

As for the second question, Riku has no Heartless. Riku's Heart was never consumed by Darkness. Riku gave his -body- to Xehanort's Heartless but never his spirit. He used his Heart and Soul to hold Xehanort's Heartless (Ansem) at bay to let Kairi, Donald and Goofy escape. Afterwards, Ansem sent Riku's spirit to Darkness but Riku was not consumed by Darkness even then. His spirit stayed strong when he had found the true path he needed to be on again. When Ansem was defeated, Riku's body was returned to him but he had to remain in Darkness to not let Ansem get back out, so he stayed behind.

Also, I really don't get how people keep calling Riku emo and yet love Roxas. Everything Riku did, whether he was corrupted by Darkness for a while and duped, was for other people than just himself. He did care for others a lot. He just didn't want to be lonely or forgotten, which suggests Riku has somewhat a past where people may have abandoned him or he knows something Sora and Kairi don't. He made mistakes but in KH so did Sora. In CoM he was afraid of Darkness...I would be too after seeing what it can do and having some old guy crazy person connected to me...that's just freaky. In KH2, he went out of his way to help Namine, Sora, Roxas, speak to Axel, save Kairi etc. He did everything for everyone else. The only thing he was 'depressed' about was going home because he was not sure if people would accept him anymore after what happened. I think that's pretty darn reasonable and he still helped others despite the fact he might not ever go home again. All in all, I think if it were anyone but Riku to endure all that, they probably would not have come out as strong as he did. As much as I like Roxas, if anyone was emo, it was him. Riku knew what he was fighting for. Roxas was all about him and forsook friends.

Aerial Dodge - because it's just good stuff.
Strike Raid - throwing the keyblade for explosive goodness and it always returns just rocks.
Glide 2 - because flying is just awesome.
Scan - it's more important than we think, as others mentioned.
Aerial Recovery - because that flip in the air was fun and it let me get good attacks on foes instead of having to wait.
Counterguard - nothing like souping up Guard with a bonus strike at a foe.

Really? Considering many women are teenage girls when they get pregnant and 'least expect it' shouldn't older men be told to leave younger girls alone and males are just as dumb as females for not bringing with them a simple condom? Shouldn't sex education be better and encourage the use of pills, condoms and such and put it in kids' heads, male and female, that if you have sex a baby might come out of it so wrap it before you tap it? The world isn't a perfect place and people also are emotional and things happen. You can think high and mighty and all but guaranteed in life we all make some mistakes and choices that will make us have consequences for the rest of our lives. Girls get coerced into sexual acts often by boys or older men and so both males and females are responsible for pregnancies transpiring. However, men can run off unless a woman wants to pay 500 bucks for a paternity test and even then play games of unemployment and dead beat dad scenarios. There are many things girls have to consider and a one night romp in the sack is 'their fault' perhaps and that is why it should be their choice what happens.

Pro Choice means that a woman should decide not just to -have an abortion- as some of you keep saying. It is about the right to choose to give the kid for adoption whether her family fights her on it or not. It is the right to decide the girl is keeping the baby despite what the man or family want. It is the right of that girl to choose an abortion if she is not ready for a kid despite the family's wish or man's. Pro Choice is 'pro women' and those against Pro Choice are simply anti-women. Pro Life is not the opposite of Pro Choice. Adoption is not the opposite of Pro Choice. Adoption is a CHOICE of Pro Choice. Just because abortion is a choice of it as well does not mean Pro Life is the opposite option. Pro Life people want everyone to believe that's the truth but it is not.

The point here is that adoption might be right for any of us to choose for ourselves, but truly no one has a right to take away the mother's decision to be able to choose that or not. There are men that force abortions as options too. There are men that try to force women to give up their children. There are older mothers that do these things too. It really helps to know the facts and not let people con others into knowing half truths. And just so you know...regardless of what a woman chooses for the fate of that child, it will always be with her. She doesn't need others to tell her so or look down on her because she chose one option over another. Any choice is a responsibility.

I've already pretty well voiced my opinion of Paris and emoes earlier. But something just bothered me here about what people are saying to go against those that may 'hate' either. It is showing that the side defending them is also biased.

I do not agree with people saying others -hate- Paris Hilton because she's rich and they are jealous. It is such a childish response anymore when someone says "I hate this person" someone else automatically says "It's because you're jealous". If all these people have 'hated' others because they are jealous each time, that's pretty pathetic. Some people do have reasons such as perhaps they are tired of seeing Paris in the news etc and being fed Paris stories ridiculously when there are more important things to be concerned with in this world. Also, perhaps her music sucks to them and when she tries to influence others to act like her it always bombs for them and those actresses' lives are in rehab after. There could be reasons for it that you don't understand. On one hand people want others to open their minds and not hate on Paris or emos and yet they are just as closed-minded by giving 'reasons' for why people might 'hate' and it's so superficial and stupid. Give people a chance to explain their own biases and reasons for them. Then we truly understand either side of the fence and those of us who sit in the middle or who don't care so much can just go on too.

I chose Riku because he does train the others, helps them and also if he wins or loses in stuff he is neutral about it and doesn't do what Sora does and either cheer all whoo-hoo! or frown and pout negatively. He also plays around and all and seemed to try to encourage Sora to ask Kairi out even though he seemed to like her some too, figuring out that Kairi was more drawn to Sora. He just seemed cooler to me and had the potential to be an awesome person had he not been messed with so badly.

I really don't think that Namine and Roxas were speaking of 'romantic' things at all and were more in their brief time trying to become friends. They did have links but as someone else pointed out, Namine seemed to see that they were more like twins. Also, she said she wanted to meet him at least once. Going through his memories of the Org, she drew pictures of Axel and him on the walls etc and I think she was intrigued by Roxas because knowing someone by their memories is pretty deep. There doesn't seem to be this romantic flair to me that others saw, but of course since they are part of Sora and Kairi, there was a bond. In the end though, it doesn't really matter because as Roxas and Namine stated, they'd get to be together anytime Sora and Kairi are, so the cycle is pretty complete where all 4 got their friendships and probably more because of the two. This kind of meant to me that it gives more support for the canon pairing of Kairi and Sora as well. After all, there'd be 4 forces now, not just two, that would care.

Yeah, if Huckabee or Romney with their religious views had gotten the ticket on the Republican side and won the election I would be moving to Canada. I would have totally given up on this country had Huckabee won, and it hurts to say that but I could learn to love poutine easily enough.

Ron Paul had some good ideas but at the same time he wanted 'too much' to be turned over to corporations and I think we have enough already in their control. I don't 'mind' McCain so much because sometimes he can be more open to things though I'd rather now see a democrat in office...except Hillary.

Hillary has lied on a few more treasures such as saying she was involved in peace progresses in Ireland and instrumental. She was not instrumental. She also lied and said she was under fire in Bosnia, which also was not true. There are a few other missions and such she's used as 'experience' which were proven false. It's time she just fessed up that she was the 'wife' to the President and not the President or VP.

As for a VP ticket if Obama did win...she seemed to actually have told Obama he may be up for VP instead. I watched some report on that where Obama declared he was not running for VP but instead for President. I found it funny she offered him the job after saying he wasn't qualified for President and yet he's got the lead. I could see if he was second in place but she really has some audacity. I don't know why, but every time Hillary speaks, she gets me more annoyed lately.

I really do hope that the Democrats will stop tearing each other apart though because this is so drawn out and ridiculous. I have no idea why it is taking them so long when the Reps are already done. There's no need for all this pomp and circumstance and the more they draw it out the more it makes the Republicans look better and more organized. This is going to be a hard race in the end whoever wins it and then the Democrat has to really get on the ball to go against McCain who has time to relax now and situate himself.

Yeah, Halloween Sora would be cool for that or fall time with that picture and some pumpkins and other stuff from Halloween Town perhaps. Winter could have Santa's town in the background perhaps and Santa, snow and things around that. Maybe we could have banners along the theme of just using KH worlds for the scenes. Summer could be Destiny Islands with Sora, Kairi, Riku and Tidus Selphie and Wakka as a suggestion. and Spring could be somewhere with flowers and such on some other world. Maybe each month could be from a scene on a world that also goes with the seasons.

In the end, I don't think blue or green or any other color matters truly to say whether someone is good or bad. The yellow eyes are the obvious thing to look at here as signs of darkness taking over, or a person more giving into it. The orange as well, though in the end, DiZ/Ansem the Wise had orange eyes well before he decided to do anything of giving himself to Darkness. You can see this in the scenes of the past that have him in them when in his study confronting Xehanort and also meeting the King. It does seem odd that he had orange eyes and also Xehanort's Heartless did. Xigbar and Terra, Master Xehanort...they all had yellow eyes.

I really don't think that blue or green can be used to distinguish good or bad though and think they are just colors that are 'normal', same as brown, which Xehanort had in the beginning. Too many characters both good and bad and also neutral had both colors for it to even matter or be discerned with.

As for Larxene's color eyes, I'd also say it isn't important, whether you assume they are green or blue. I usually tend to go with the people's final decisions because that usually means there are corrections made so I'd say green, but I would not really argue strongly that they are green instead of blue, because they were blue in the earlier CoM. It doesn't really mean anything either way and we can pick and choose.

I never said Namine was -innocent- of everything. She did let herself get used until Sora showed up and she decided to stand her ground. She did mess up Repliku's mind and then didn't apologize for it.

The point is though that her linking to Sora was because that link existed already by her ties to Sora because she's Kairi's Nobody. She was luring him there to possibly help her have some company and get out of her predicament. It was Marluxia that saw this as a golden opportunity to get himself power and used it to contrive a whole scheme. You really don't see that? There's a difference between someone wanting to get someone to help free them from oppression and misery versus someone using someone else to kill for them and give them power. I never declared it was -all her fault-. That's really reading into things.

Namine was not manipulating much else at all other than what she was ordered. Larxene was saying the things she did to unsettle things. She's not innocent but she was 'used' and held against her will. I really thought by now -everyone- knew that. I don't have to fight against myself. I never claimed her innocent of everything. =:)

Just because Larxene cannot feel emotions herself doesn't mean she didn't like to see other people's emotions and reactions. Saix did the same thing when he was messing with Sora and got him on his knees and then laughed in his face. It's for reactions from hearted. SHE doesn't want to feel the pain she causes. She does it for the reactions others do. It's the same thing as asking why do kids roast ants under a magnifying glass.

Larxene throughout CoM was thinking of this like an elaborate game of cat and mouse. She had reactions to people's emotions that were exciting. She kicked Repliku and thought it all amusing. She did tell Sora she was the 'bad guy' to fight him and play mind games with him. She also kicked him. She was toying with a couple other Org members too including Vexen saying that him failing with the Riku Replica was an act that marked him pathetic etc which spurned Marluxia to go into the 'traitor' thing. When she wasn't getting to do things she wanted her expressions were along the lines of 'oh poo' as she had been oppressed to not be let out to torment others. Showing her as a sadist is what Nomura wanted and he did a good job of it. It's the other sides of Larxene that were harder to be seen which was the disappointment.

Saying she's the 'bad guy' and beating up on Repliku wasn't showing it? Playing mind games while laughing and poking fun? Being in with Marluxia who was just out for power? Okay...

What is it with you and this self-preservation crap? She -wanted- to fight him. She had no doubts before the very end of the fight that she would kick his arse. Sora is not -evil-. He was over-protective of Namine, but at the same time, Namine had also decided to defend him and Larxene had been feeding Namine guilt to make sure the girl felt like crap for what she did do because of Larxene and Marluxia. Namine did not -want- to put ideas in Repliku's head, did not want to put Sora, Donald and Goofy through that crap or Riku for that matter. She didn't really care much about the others but Sora showed her something genuine in forgiveness and also showed Repliku too. Sora is NOT a Nobody hater. He had reasons to be angry in CoM easily. He didn't even know what a Nobody was. All he knew was that he was losing his memories and also being tormented and used. Give the 14 year old kid a break. He's up against adults that are manipulative.

Namine did not have -fun- doing what she was doing. Show me a scene where she's all giddy about what she's planning or when she's being told to do more to Sora or Riku. She seemed awfully down and lonely and not proud of much. She only began standing up for herself when Axel let her go and she was forgiven by Sora so she stood up for what she believed was right.

Larxene, on the other hand, told Sora things to torment him, just as the other Org members were. They were trying to -break- him. That's part of the story.

And again, I say that Namine wasn't 'innocent' of things because she could have said no. However, she nowhere shows she's proud of decisions she made. Larxene did what she did to have the thrill of it all and watch people squirm and suffer and laughed over it the whole time. Namine is -not- a sadist on any degree. Larxene was designed to fit the role and this is why I keep hoping somewhere there will be more details into her because we had 'glimpses' of her more in depth but truly she was underdeveloped as a character. It never really explains why she is the way she is and she does show intellect and all but again, is hidden under Marluxia.

DiZ has orange eyes. I don't think he can really be on the list.

And Riku has aquamarine or teal colored eyes. They are blue-green, not blue or green. His eyes also never changed except when he took on Xehanort's form, though in KH, you could see his eyes were beginning to glow more as he grew more connected to Darkness.

As for where Sora and Kairi's Heartless were...
Sora was a Shadow in KH and changed back to normal by Kairi and her connection bond to him.
Kairi did not have a Heartless because she is a Princess of Heart and so her Heart is pure and absent of Darkness apparently. Therefore no Heartless could be produced. Namine was formed by the Darkness of the Dark Keyblade used to open Sora's Heart which did have some Darkness in it. This is why there was no Heartless of Kairi's prior and it was her actual Heart that went into Sora at the Kiddy Island.

The yellow eyes does seem to show that a person has had a deep connection with Darkness. Xehanort as an apprentice had brown eyes but later shows up with more orange eyes and Riku also had the orange eyes in the form of Ansem, which I would consider possibly could be them lightening up to yellow in time. DiZ, as Ansem had orange eyes and also had them as DiZ after he crossed to Darkness so he's a quandary. I think that's just how his eyes are. Xigbar's eyes were absolute yellow as far as I recall and Terra's eyes also turned yellow. DiZ really is the one who seems to be unusual because his eyes were orange before he was corrupted by Darkness so perhaps BBS will shed some light on it.
