We can take guesses that maybe in 2010 it might come out, but as of this time there's no official word on its making. I'm pretty sure they plan on it and it's been hinted at but until anything officially announces it all we can do is guess and hope they actually will make KH3. At least we have 358/2 Days, BBS and Coded to tide us over till we hear something.

It seemed, despite how weird it is, that the kids were safe. The man dropping them was dropping them so they would bounce right and the guy at the bottom seemed to know what he was doing too and was very attentive. I don't know if I'd want a future kid of mine to be dropped down like that...but it really didn't look that bad to me and these people seemed very experienced. To hear that there have been no actual harmed babies from it is amazing and well, I would guess that's why this tradition still goes on. Losing babies would tick off a lot of people after a while and I'm sure authorities would have banned it by now if that were going on.

Hmm... I don't think I'd let a 6 year old play Halo...especially not Halo online. They cuss and are really obnoxious there with all sorts of racial slurs, gender remarks and sex comments. I don't think any 6 year old needs to hear that crap.

However, I do think video games themselves are not bad for kids. Video games are entertainment for people of all ages, and though I do think some games are inappropriate for kids, I think as others have mentioned, PARENTS are the key here. It's parents who tell kids that GI Joe is for imagination, that you can't go out and be Link, he's pretend, etc. Also, I'd be a bad parent if I say 'Here's GTA4, Jonny!" and Jonny is only 6 years old. There are some 16 year olds I don't think should play GTA because they are immature. There are some 13 year olds that I can say I would let play the game because they are mature enough, know better and would not even -think- of doing the things in the game in real life as acceptable. Parents really do need to watch their children and what games they get for them. Unfortunately, there's no way to monitor such a thing.

However, there are many sources of 'entertainment' people condemn and try to ban constantly. There were 2 or three serial killers, including the man who murdered John Lennon, who had an obsession of the book "Catcher in the Rye". This book has been attempted to remove from schools because of it and the notion that it is about a teenage boy and there's mention of sex, angsty emotions, cussing and anti-social disorders. The main character does turn his life around, but naysayers don't even -read- the whole book to know that.

In an era that continues to me to seem to take the fun out of being a teenager away because there are adults that actually 'fear' a group of teens anywhere, let people have their video games. As an adult, I can say I don't want to go out every other night and party and get wasted at bars, but it seems often that's all to do on the public scene unless I go hiking or do something of meandering about in malls. Video games are entertainment that lets me relax and not go out and be stupid. I think for teens it's become that way too. No one wants them loitering at McDonalds in the parking lot. Not every teen is in a gang etc. The opinions some adults have of teens is stifling to me and I've had very many arguments about it lately. Teens do know what's going on out there even if they don't get it completely and at least if they are playing video games and getting out some aggression trying to beat the snot out of some villain, they aren't out being bored and being coaxed to do bad things by their peers or older people that try to sucker them into lifestyles that ruin their lives.

To me, video games give kids something to do and no, I don't think it should mean they should be inside playing them all the time etc. I can say it's a stress reliever too. There are tests that psychiatrists try to say, video games make aggression levels go up while playing and it can last after. This is also 'adrenaline'. I know I get frustrated fighting some boss that won't keel over...but I tell you what...when I defeat it, I'm like WHOO HOO! It feels good. I am not angry. I'm energized. So aren't -most- people. Also, we all know that the digital baddie is just that...a character. It's like watching the Rocky movies and getting into the fights and yelling at the screen for Rocky to kick the other guy's butt while moving around. We're part of the story, the scene, the moment.

Most people are just fine with this stuff. The only people that aren't really are a small percentage of society. These people may have mental disorders that are very severe such as schizophrenia. If someone is chronically depressed, they have problems with real life that need addressed. A video game isn't going to make the person worse. Real life avoidance is, and if parents paid more attention....... So yeah, it takes someone pretty blind to not realize the kid is depressed or has something wrong day in and day out. That's neglect. In the end, some mental conditions such as ADD can actually be alleviated when playing video games and help someone focus better in real life. There are no negatives to video games that I can see other than 'some' games may be inappropriate for minors, which then adults should deal with and obsession which those who are obsessive about things any way chose video games for it, and need some help.

All in all, nice report you did, Keyblade Spirit.

Technically Xehanort's Heartless was not -killed- by Sora. It was killed by Riku. Riku didn't have a Keyblade. He had Soul Eater. However, since the battle was done as a way of determining who would 'rule' over Riku's body, Riku technically had to fight Xehanort's Heartless and vanquish it. After he did so, he said that he still felt the Darkness within and had to come to accept it and this is why he also was later stuck in the form for a while.

Xehanort's Heartless though is one thing that bugs me about Xemnas. Now, if Xemnas had wanted to go back to being 'whole' why did he pay so much attention to Sora and -none- to Riku? It does lend me to think that the Heartless may have been the Apprentice of Master Xehanort in the past instead of Xemnas's...which his Heart may have been the Enigmatic Warrior which unlocks to fight after defeating Xemnas with Sora the first time.

Anywhoo, I sidetrack, but just wanted to say that Xehanort's Heartless was defeated by a Keyblade but not vanquished and that is why Riku had to stay in Darkness at the end of KH.

I still am of the opinion though that Ienzo was probably 17ish around in BBS time as I can't find anything eluding to him being 7 at all. However, I could be proven wrong with BBS and I really hope they do put something about it out because Xehanort in the picture looks exactly like Xemnas which would be 9 years later.

One thing to add about Nomura's statement on what happens to Nobodies and Heartless that makes me think that Nobodies don't age. Since they are separated from their Hearts, wouldn't it make sense that they would not age as the Heart that is possibly within a Heartless would be in a sort of postponed state as well? It would seem to me that the body, heart and soul separated would mean they'd be in a sort of suspended state until rejoined to be whole, and if that was not possible, it would make them vanish if they died because they'd never be complete. It then makes more sense to me what Yen Sid was getting at. Since though knowing what Nomura did say...it makes me wonder exactly what Xemnas was up to because he just showed no interest in Riku at all, and also he and the others had the cure all along, which they themselves could have just asked Sora to help them since the Heartless are drawn to the Keyblade...and used the -real- Kingdom Hearts which seems to be a holding place for lost Hearts...to get made whole. I really hope KH3, 358/2 Days etc explains more of this because it is leaving me wondering really what was Xemnas up to.

Sora seemed alright to me. Yes, he's kind of a person that misses perceptive things others would notice in a heart beat, but he does try to see into people's hearts and is helpful etc. It was cute..kind of refreshing after so many FF games with emo lead characters. I am hoping in KH3 that Sora will 'grow up' some though and be more perceptive to obvious reasoning things around him and the game will be a bit more mature because of it.

As for Kairi, she was nothing much in KH. In KH2, she showed a bit more flavor and was fleshed out just a bit more but she's still the Mary Sue of the game. I really think it hurts to see someone who is supposed to be a main character that will sit there and just get captured all of the time, but at least this time she had a bit more fight and maybe that's Nomura's direction is to show how all 3 grow and alter and that she did just start out as this delicate thing that needs molded.

At least it's my hope. Riku, had he not been corrupted and all, should have been the one to hold the Keyblade power etc and he was pretty shafted. He had the most commonsense, reasoning etc. His flaw of not wanting to be alone and feel worthless is what got him into trouble, which tells that the character probably did not just have a perfect childhood. He lost something or someone important at sometime.

So Sora to me is fine because it is a break from the usual 'angsty' characters that have little reason to be so miserable and hate others. With some maturity in KH3 to show he's growing up, I think he'll be fine. Kairi needs more work to show she's not just a damsel in distress or someone that can only use her abilities at points where the other characters might be screwed (or just Sora since well, she never does much for Riku even if he had tried for her). I think they will both be okay if Sora just matures some and Kairi is out there more doing anything other than getting captured again and being helpless. I also hope this doesn't mean though that Riku gets screwed over more and made worse because the focus will again go off of him entirely but for shadow work. I mean seriously...the guy can't even have his own action figure but Kairi has one. There's something wrong with that.

Kairi did get -some- character adjustment in KH2 when she said she no longer wished to remain behind. She did stand up more but she did also try in KH1 when Sora refused to let her go on to help get Riku back. She is a damsel in distress but I guess I will hold out for KH3 and hope to see more out of her.

I will say though that just by seeing the trailer with Aqua, I seem to like that character more so far because already you can see she's part of the story and does things and may be on par with Terra and Ven as far as her usefulness goes. With Kairi, her usefulness is great but also subliminal in that healer way and her connection to Sora. I really do have hopes for her in the next KH after these games to see her develop more and also have hopes on seeing Aqua in KH3 because I just have a suspicion she'll be there too. Of course, maybe that's the fan side of me hoping Riku gets a girlfriend too so he's not totally shafted as he has been throughout the KH series heh. Sora and Kairi do go well together and I'd like to see them as more mature where they both are more developed in personality. So I don't write her off totally but right now as it stands, she's kind of someone that -should- be a main character but just does not feel like it yet. That's why I put I don't care. I can't think a character is awesome that just rides on the coat tails of two others or uses some subliminal light powers to bring them home or restore Sora back to being himself. She needs more personality, better attire and to show that spirit more that she had at the end of KH2.

OOC: Playing the bailiff is fine with me. Go for it.

Harvey sighed. He had no idea still why the Judge was so blind to the fact that it doesn't matter if a parent condones a harmful act against a child or not...it doesn't make the deed any more correct. But ah well. The fight was over. Just because Larxene did not get charged with it didn't mean Marluxia wasn't connected and responsible and had done worse any way. He let it drop.

"Alright, I'm settled with the decisions, your Honor." Harvey watched as his bird, Avenger, flew through the window with a new cup of coffee. He was grateful and sat down, patting Avenger and waiting for this to be done.

I don't really care about Kairi. She has potential but she's typically the white mage mary sue of KH. I think people who hate her are generally the ones who want SoraxRiku. There are some reasons that Kairi can be pinpointed as not so 'innocent' and pure as she was made out to be. After all, she did try to say to leave the guy who BUILT the raft for the main part behind and go off with Sora alone. Wouldn't a real friend have said to the other friend that Riku was really acting kind of weird and then both gone and talked to him instead? She also condoned the actions of the competition between the boys which was friendly but encouraged by her and later when Riku was crazy because of Darkness...he uses it as reasonings that Sora and he are rivals.

OOC: I still don't see how having your mind screwed over and rewritten is not utter ultimate mind rape, let alone coercion. She and Marluxia forced him. It was very clear he didn't want it. I'm sure Repliku could -wish- he was coerced as nice as Namine was. She may have gotten words and some beat downs but Repliku's whole mind was taken and warped. But meh, just to move on I drop the issue after this. Basically either way, whatever erkz says, Harvey's done with his betching.

Harvey let out a sigh. "I do not see why Repliku's scenario is still not permitted under the coercion factor considering they did in fact force him to give up his very mind and memories, whether Vexen 'permitted' it under a situation of stress or not. If a parent says it is okay that two friends load his kid up on liquor, cocaine and acid, and some mental drug to make him trip out and unleash him on others to watch for amusement, don't you consider that just a bit messed up? Coercion was the LIGHT way to go on this. It not only messes up the child at that moment, but also what about his later life? I am very lost how you do not even see this at all. However, even though I feel you are being very slanted in this decision, and also dropped the intent to murder to Aggravated Assault... I ask this one last time to change this decision as it is clearly unlawful."

"However, if you insist on not doing so, I am going to go ahead and say fine and just let this move on and hope that you are more reasonable when it comes to Marluxia and Vexen on the point. So, I will rest the issues." Harvey shook his head. Whether the man changed his mind or not, he was giving up his right to fight it anymore because things had gone on long enough. However, he had no idea how anyone would say it was fine and dandy.

Harvey sighed. "Xemnas cannot technically 'try' the members of the Organization anymore as he himself may have charges against him and his dominion over Nobodies is over."

"However, if Xemnas was in charge, he would have killed them. This we know pretty well for fact. He had very stringent rules on the Nobodies."

"The point comes to this in simple. He -would- have punished them -at the time- had he known and they were not already deceased because of their plans. However, it is after the fact, they have enough charges against them and this -is- our court. We can condemn the Organization members for harming and killing other Organization members. They were wrong to do so. BUT the Organization is also on trial for the wrong doings THEY did. This makes it a vicious circle to prove whether Xemnas and his side are right or Marluxia and Larxene were right, or Axel and Roxas were right, etc. In the end, I simply conclude that NONE were right in it and therefore judging them for acts against each other is folly."

"I hope that makes sense as I really think we are done here and that if we want to try them, in fairness, since all of the Organization against each other were not as mutual etc, it means to try them separately. However, with acts against one another, I believe we are talking about acts of people without Hearts, but strong memes to do things. We cannot justify Xemnas's leadership style. We cannot justify that those under him were not with his grand design and so rebelled because it seems two of them at least were out for power. So in the end, let's move this on. I am doing as Xemnas requested and I say the charges involving the conspiracy to murder Xemnas and other members of the Organization be dropped."

"I am sorry, Pika Power, but let's focus on the next person...and someone PLEASE get me some more coffee."

Yeah, Axel really dropped a tear there.

And I think it was because he finally was linked to his 'somebody' because it's there he dies and so he was moving back on to join his somebody at that point. Roxas and Sora were said by Axel to make him feel as though he had a Heart and I think it triggered in him a connection after he gave himself up. Namine eludes to this in the novel; that after he 'died' he went back to his somebody. So it all makes sense in that light.

OOC: At this point I agree. It has been drawn out enough and let's just move on to the next person. It's obvious it is getting rather exhausting and this has a lot of potential to be fun if we'd try to keep level heads and keep it moving. I think Larxene is done as all points have now been brought up and just off of Larxene all the data we had to do and the work, it's more like researching for college work I do at this point than Rpg entertainment.

Also, I'm sorry for asking Xemnas's actions but I thought at the time it would be appropriate to move it along and he wasn't asked prior. It was stated that ICSP just pulled out the papers without even asking the person who ran Xemnas. So it gave you a chance to put his opinion out there. It wasn't meant for added stress. =:/

"At this point, I can't really push for the charge if Xemnas wishes to drop it on Larxene. You can fight for it, but I truly just don't think there's a need. I would rather have a sentence charged on Larxene and move the case along because in truth, with the charges already accumulated she will be put away for a while and can be helped to try to make her better, and if not, they will handle it in the future. You can take it up with the judge though. I just don't feel it's the right thing to do." Harvey could understand why the Pokemon was so vigilant and persistent in this but at the same time, he just wasn't feeling it himself. He knew Larxene was clearly a sadist and all, but he couldn't help but wonder if she might have been a different person were it not for what the Organization had done to her, and Marluxia. Had she ended up in some other situation instead, was she so condemnable? He didn't think it right until after she had some time in a setting away from the others, to condemn her for life imprisonment. The pondering question of how long a Nobody might endure also struck him as he could imagine it could be a while if they in fact did not age.

Also, if they needed their Hearts back...well some prison and rehabilitation to hold them would be a good thing while people could perhaps try to help find their missing Hearts so that the whole person could be analyzed later. Maybe it was a mission that the heroes who were here as witnesses might uptake if he put it to them right at the end of this trial. Then those Nobodies here would have something to look forward to that they would receive aid and could work on their personalities and beliefs a bit more, even if they lacked hearts for other things. It was something that might be an intriguing proposition because then ...things might turn out right for them. He could not help but feel at least some sympathy for the Org, even if they handled things in such a rotten way.

I don't mind hunting, if the person is going to actually -eat- what was hunted. So fox hunting seems just a cruel sport to me that has no merit other than to kill something. I had a grandfather that hunted deer on his land, and we fished etc, but we ate what we caught or he shot. I can't really condemn that. Most hunters are very respectful of nature and animals so I think people give them a bad rap.

However, poachers and people that are going hunting of 'big game' such as tigers, elephants, fox hunting, etc where they have no intentions of doing anything more than stuffing an animal to display, I consider it pointless and just an ego trip to show they could 'take on nature'. Hunting for food is being part of nature. Hunting for a trophy isn't.

Animal cruelty though, as in abusing animals in nature or domesticated is a serious sign of a person having little empathy of life. It is often found to be a trait common in the past lives of serial killers as well that can't get the excitement anymore of torturing and slaying animals so it moves up to people. It's a very -common- trait amongst serial killers to have done this in the past. That alone tells me something is wrong with these people.

OOC: Aggravated Assault stands alone in any court case. But ah well. In any matter, I do see why Xemnas made the decision he did and wouldn't call it OOC. Also, at times it does seem to get a bit serious here. I hope it's not becoming too much a burden. Perhaps, Destiny, you should go ahead and run the bailiff or something to keep you relaxed. I don't see why you couldn't.

Harvey sighed. "The attempted murder of Sora, that is viable to remain and contest. The situation pertaining to Vexen and all, no, it should be dropped since that is the wish of Xemnas and we have heard it verbally as well as by written statement. I think that is all really we needed to know. Let's not keep on this with Larxene. There are other members here and we should move along."

Birdman really did want to get Larxene down and move on to the next people. The charges done were apt enough if Xemnas himself were not pressing the issue more. Larxene was just the tip of the iceberg and not even the worst of the worst. Yeah, he might not want her living next door to him but hey, that was not his problem! He just wouldn't tell where he lived. Good idea. After all, after this case, he didn't want any of these guys hunting him down for prosecuting them. Repliku blanched and slid in his seat. Vexen was not his dad. Just ew. He would not forget how he left him victim to that witch and her boss. He had liked him before that but oh he was mad now. Perhaps the relation to being called a kid of Vexen's made him now wish he was a doll instead.

"Well, it shouldn't be too much longer now on Larxene at least. Only 11 more to go." This wasn't said so optimistic as Riku wished it were. Larxene was a small time sidekick compared to what some others had done. The arguing was only going to get more fueled.

Sora smirked at Riku's slight sarcasm. "Well at least on the optimistic side we can say we -did- get one of the cases over. That's a start!" Sora's optimism could hurt anyone at times, including himself.
