Roxas was right on mine. And I'm pretty sure this one is Xemnas. He sure shoots a buttload at you in the end fight.
Crap.. we had such a good record going for a while. :/
Hmm, I think both are tasty. Just one is for breakfast and not so sugary and the other is sweet and has a ton of frosting. They are both scrumptious. And Kitty...learn to share. =:(
"Discreetly works for me. Can't go wrong with discreet flame." Riku smirked and leaned back in his chair. He glanced at Kairi and then at Namine's empty seat. That girl must be really powdering her nose and every part of her body for how long it was taking her. "Sooo...did Namine run out for pizza or something?" Riku then wondered if Xemnas knew all of these new people wearing Org cloaks. Suddenly Riku wished he had not tossed his off and had kept it because he could have left and came back all mysterious too just to mess with people. Yeah, he was kind of getting bored or something. Sora snickered and gave a shrug. "How discreet can fire be?" There hardly was ever anything that discreet about Axel except for the fact that people underestimated his cleverness.
I raise you a qwerty.
Yeah, I am pretty sure that Dawn Riku would kick the other ones' butts. The only debate may be Rikunort but I think since he beat Xehanort in CoM and knows Xehanort's powers etc after what he went through, he could probably take him too though it'd be more of a struggle.
"But Mewtwo did show the evidence to reveal that Marluxia for one thing was present at Larxene's suggestion and cleared it and he also took charge to say that Vexen's task was a failure. He did allow Larxene to do the deed and he was in charge of the Castle Oblivion and Namine, as has well been shown. Clearing a conspiracy is the same as doing it when you are a leader. I suggest you think on what I said about Charles Manson." "As I've said before, Nobodies may not have emotions but they have memes and react in 'emotional' ways despite that. You got by saying Larxene could be 'angry' so why can't Namine be lonely? She also, unlike all of the other Nobodies, came from a Princess of Heart and had no Darkness in her own Heart at the time of Kairi's change. She is a special Nobody and the only Darkness there was that of the Dark Keyblade used. If she felt loneliness and intimidated, who are you to say she did not? She was also not happy with DiZ and felt manipulated again and left that once her mission to wake up Sora was completed. She had something going on there. You cannot prove otherwise by just using what Yen Sid had said because she is a unique Nobody that doesn't fit the profiles, said by Ansem the Wise who knew more of them by being out there amidst it all." "Again, what I showed proves Marluxia sealed the door to the castle AND he gave the group suspicions that Riku and the King were inside. Also, he used Namine to make them feel emotionally as though the King and Riku were there. Riku and the King were NOT there before Sora was and this is stated that it was Sora and Riku's connection that brought him there when Sora was already present. He lured them there, trapped them there and then gave them incentive to play his mad little game that was to attempt to make Sora a puppet to his whim. I don't see how it can be any clearer." "A YEAR later they recovered them. Also, they did not get to recover EVERYTHING as they were unable to recall the torture they went through at the Castle Oblivion itself. Let's also remind ourselves that this also involved Roxas, who had no choice but to rejoin with Sora to get his memories back. Xemnas obviously had other plans for Roxas who was in fact an Organization member. This is mental damage and mental damage is not always permanent. It is long lasting and I consider the trauma they went through being stuck there, desperate to find their friends, led into a conspiracy where their memories were stolen from them, being used, and then having to wait an entire year for their memories of their former lives to be returned cause for Mental Damage as a charge." "Marluxia was in charge of Namine and the Castle Oblivion. In any court of law, the destruction of private property or defacement like this is clearly left to the responsibility of the person in charge. Whether he used Namine or the Castle, it does not matter. He is responsible and should be held accountable for the lost data that could not be replaced." "Your honor, I think we are ready for your decision and also wish to know if you would grant the charges pertaining to the Organization, Conspiracy to Murder Vexen, Murder of Vexen, and also Conspiracy to Murder Xemnas and other Organization top members to the list of charges or not. I leave it at your discretion now as I have nothing more to really add. I think I've said all I can and we don't really want to sit here and go round for round anymore." OOC: so Erkz knows for when he shows up: The charges presented by Harvey and Mewtwo are not all universal so I'll indicate Harvey's and Mewtwo's in agreement and then * to Mewtwo's alone. If I'm wrong, I'm sure Pika will put up the right list. Offense Charges by both Birdman and Mewtwo Threats of Namine Kidnapping/Hostage - Namine Coercion of Namine, Repliku Child abuse Namine, Sora Imprisoning Namine, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy Coercion of Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy Conspiracy to Control Sora mentally Mental Damage Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy, Repliku, Roxas Defacement of private property Jiminy's Journal Conspiracy to Murder/Murder of Vexen by Proxy Conspiracy to Murder Xemnas and other top members of the Organization Mewtwo's additional charges: (Bold under here indicates an additional change from above) Defacement of Private Property -Jiminy Journal & the Charm (kairi's charm) Attempted murder of Sora - Self Attempted murder of Sora by proxy - using Vexen Aggravated assault of Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy Child abuse Namine, Sora, Every minor Sora knows. Mental Damage Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy, Repliku, everyone Sora knows. Sora snickered. Yeah, that was Axel. It would be amusing to see files burning. Then they could leave and go off and play and eat ice cream or something. The ultimate recess. Sora of course did not really notice the guy walking in. His attention was on Axel and other things and his perception sucked and had to of course be played out here. =:) Riku chuckled softly at Axel's comment. "I would say I'm all for that but you'd probably take me serious and do it and then we'd both be screwed." Riku glanced back at the new fellow that entered and frowned. He hoped this was not going to turn out to be something bad. It usually was though when someone came in with a peculiar aura about him. Repliku stared at the new guy who had come in, curious as to who he was. He then turned away realizing it's just another hooded mystery guy. What was with all the attempts on being spooky and mysterious for? Didn't anyone show their faces anymore? This being said...when did Repliku honestly meet people other than Sora and his friends that did not disguise themselves? Today was a weird day.
Harvey gave a nod. "Well then I think we can let the Judge decide and put those in then as well as your side. He will be the one to say whether guilty or not, and I think we can just go ahead and place it all towards him now or you can continue to debate with the Defense but I think the charges I have are done here. Are you ready to present them to the Judge now or want to discuss more?" Sora blinked over as Axel suddenly seemed to spring to life and then collapse out of his chair, hitting his head and all. He winced noticeably. "..ow..are you okay, Axel?" Riku turned and looked over at the calamity of Axel as he tried to clamber back into his seat and look like nothing had happened. "This is that boring, huh?" was all he could think to say and yet make light of it. He knew Axel and any Nobody really was pretty durable or he'd have gone over to check on him. Repliku turned and watched Axel make a fool of himself because he had zoned out and pondered if there was such a thing as Nobody ADD. He didn't much like Axel but that kind of looked painful there. He then turned back to look at Sora and chuckled at him wincing and then yawned slightly. He would have hated to admit that he was starting before to fall to sleep before Axel made all that noise and woke him up...because he might have fallen out of his seat if he had. It was about time Axel did something useful other than killing people.
I heard about this but that video is so sad. What a shock to see him smiling one moment and then just falling over the next. It really choked up the whole team. It does certainly give some incentive for people to pay attention more to the health of an athlete's heart. I will say though that at least he died doing what he wanted to which was playing soccer. It probably mattered very much to him by the smile on his face. It just really is startling to see that look of happiness and then that tragedy after.
There isn't a person alive that can be happy and cheerful all the time. You are awesome and we all get kicked down at times. Let us be there for you and I hope you feel better but if something is going on that's wrong, or if there's a million somethings going wrong, you don't have to put on a happy face about it. It's real to react to real pain. *hugs*
You do bring up an interesting thought that since Sora did fight Xemnas who was cloaked for a 'test' that it would make Sora even more wary than just being stuck in a trap and all. Marluxia, after all, did approach him also with a hood up and acted with some of the same bravado. However, I don't think he wanted to 'kill' Marluxia until after he realized how bad Marluxia really was and that he was using Namine as a hostage and wanted to use Sora as a puppet.
I think it depends on what the activity is for the time whether a class should be co-ed or not. Things like weight lifting, volleyball, softball and stuff like that, I don't see why it can't be co-ed. Other things like football, swimming and wrestling, because of the contact of it and all I think should be separated and pretty much is when I went to High School. Now that I'm in college, many of the sports are co-ed except for 'team' sports which then are gender bound because of having to compete with other schools and the like. I actually have fun playing sports with girls that don't act lame and lean against the wall primping their hair and acting like they are afraid of a ball or are prissy superiority complex girls. Co-ed sports can be enjoyable and so I don't think -all- should be divided up to genders. It also reminds us that girls -can- be competitive and some are really better than some of the guys out there. We also have a lot of fun joking around and all and to have a girl come out and kick butt is just awesome to me for some reason. lol
I think it does depend on the family. My parents had a -trust- for me to do things but at the same time, they were always in my business and not trusting me where it mattered. It's like they trust me on matters of responsibility so they can go out and have fun while I used to sit at home on weekends bored off my tush. My mom was also very abusive to me and I took the hits for the other kids too often so they wouldn't have to endure it. The only grateful thing out of that I suppose is it gave me an awesome pain tolerance. My dad did trust me with things because my mom herself couldn't do them. I.e. he worked 12 hour days when I was growing up and my mom couldn't use a gun and so he made me promise that if someone broke in to harm the family I would protect them and use it if I had to and get the family to safety. He also made me swear to never tell -anyone- where it was and that if I blew this trust he'd probably disown me. Needless to say, I took the responsibility very seriously because my dad was one of those types that you just feel that way about. However, I can also say that in other ways I had it a lot harder. I had to fight for privileges despite working odds and ends jobs since 12. I wanted to go out with friends etc at later hours because when I was 16 to 18, I worked from after school till 8 to 9pm and well, I had -no- social life if I didn't get to stay out later. I had a rebellious streak about it. Also, I had to buy a car with my dad, whereas my other siblings were given cars with help and of course they didn't have to share the car. They also had more freedom than I did which is probably why my sister ended up pregnant at 16 while I could not even -date- until I was 16 so that I didn't do anything stupid. I had a phone in my room at 14 which I bought. My sisters had phones in their rooms at 12. I had to buy my own computer. They were given computers for Xmas. It's things like that which made me feel rather ignored at times, but yet pushed a lot. My parents also said they weren't helping me for college so I went and joined the army to get the college fund that way and have worked continuously, and their reasoning was because I didn't get high enough grades. However, they are so proud of me now that I have a 4.0 GPA there and that High School didn't even matter when people look at my transcripts. My one sister who didn't get preggie had a great High School GPA and my parents paid for her and she flunked out so she had help from my grandparents to get her a job. I've really had little support from my family except for monetary relief now and then when I hit dire straights and the reminder to not party too much in college. In a way, I took after my father who also joined the military, and my baby brother who did too, but my family didn't even come to see me then. So, in the end, if older siblings had it like I did and had to learn to fight for every scrap but be depended on for anything of protecting the family etc...I can see why they might make it if they don't give up and just say to hell with it all. There are times I want to say that myself, but don't because I'm determined to not turn out bad due to a sucky past. Just I think in the end the first born is always the first kid that parents have to get used to and when they have more than one kid, somewhere in there many get kind of lethargic with parenting skills or base decisions on how the first is turning out as to what is good for the others. This isn't to say the 2nds, 3rds, babies of the family etc don't have their own issues too so I hate to say they are 'spoiled' because it's hard on each member to live up to expectations or to fight for attention etc. The more kids there are, the harder it seems to be for each member to be that happy about it. I think this is why I debate rather than having a big family, I want to settle for 2 kids because I want to be able to give them both positive attention.
I hope things work out for you and yes, I agree with you that K is in for a big surprise when reality smacks her in the face. School is its own little realm and she does seem sheltered a lot. She's going to have some nice doses of reality out there and you and C seem to be a lot better equipped to understanding that. CtR, I love ya like a sister. You are a strong person and even the strongest people at times crumble and are messed up. We all, no matter how much we help others, sometimes just need a freaking helping hand ourselves. It's rather lonely to continuously do things for others while no one sees that there is trouble brewing for you too, just like anyone else may have. However, suicide, of course, is definitely not the answer. You know that so I won't go on about it. You say you push people away and such, but I think you also feel that people will -view- you as weak if you say the things you really feel. You said your dad walked out on you when he was 5, but that wasn't just you, CtR. That was also to the rest of your family. I am sure it had more to do with your parents than it did you. He just wasn't a real man. That's on him. I'm sure you did nothing wrong at that age, but kids often feel that they must have when parents separate or divorce. I seriously hope you think on it and see that really at that age, you probably wouldn't know the real issues as to why he took off. Don't pin that on yourself. It's not your fault. Even if your mom won't tell you what happened because she's embarrassed, it's between her and him. Also, you won't let people down, CtR. You are a strong person but we all have our limits. You get hurt as do other people, but for your own reasons. You have a long line of tolerance and acceptance of things, but when it's reached, it just is. Anyone who expects you to be 'Super Woman' is lame. Most of us out here know we are all fallible, we get emotionally distraught or stressed etc. I have a lot of people who 'depend' on me too and I sure don't want to let them down, but I also have had to just let people know 'today is -not- the day for support. Today I need to think and fix up my life'. You may just have to tell some people that, CtR. If they don't respect it, they aren't being real friends to you. A true friend will ask you what's up and try to be there to support you as you have them. I know it feels awkward, but there are some people you can trust who would listen to you, give you a friendly ear and maybe help with some advice. There is also -nothing- weak about crying. Hell, I have to fight myself with that because I hate to break down but I know it's true despite how I was raised to think. If you cry, it's a stress reliever and it helps break up some of the tension. Don't let anyone tell you different. We have -all- cried at some point. Also, if you want to talk, PM me too. I'm not sure of everything going on, but you are a great friend on here to many people and I hope you will feel better and we are all human so we are all ****ed up at different points in our lives. It's a natural state of being. =:) Stick in there and keep talking to people and perhaps things will feel different.
Xigbar is cool and one of my fave chars buuuuuuuut... 1. His appearance totally doesn't match his surfer dude voice. That was such a trip. 2. He seems to know things and it was questionable what he was doing but you don't get to find out or understand how he knows about the Keybladers of the past. 3. He needs to learn what movie stars with guns do and get the guns that don't need reloading until after 5000 shots fired. 4. He totally got gimped in the American version of the game where we didn't get to see his sniper abilities and him joining his two guns together for an awesome rifle of doom. Hmm who did I like that isn't up here..ah yes, Hades! 1. He's totally cool with his speech and motions. 2. He has blue flame hair. 3. He acts like he has control of people who are dead but always seems to have them screw him over sometimes. I find that funny. 4. He owns the best pets in the game. Cerberus and the Hydra. 5. The arena kicks butt. Now if he would stop being evil and just do that all the time, it would rule. He gets the best enemies to fight in there and it's good fun. It just makes me wonder where he gets them from.
"I removed the others because the Defense brought up good points and I see no reason to pursue them any further. It is clear that at least for a while the 'attempted' murder of Sora was not something that Marluxia was willing to do, even if he did send Vexen to do so and Larxene took her initiative. He intended to use Sora in a brainwashed state instead and perhaps down the road he intended his murder, but while he was under his control, it doesn't appear that it was his wish. Instead he wanted to use him to take out Xemnas and others that stood in his way." It is also clear that Marluxia had known Vexen probably could not take the Keyblade wielder and this was a way to get rid of him, by employing Axel to the service of assassinating Vexen, so of course, Vexen was used to get what Marluxia wanted. This is why I altered my stance on it. If Vexen voiced that he wished charges for the Conspiracy to murder him to go through, then we would press that but I don't think we can press it anymore that Sora was intended to be murdered at the time of this dubious plot. We could still but there are points the Defense brought up that would make it so arrangements can be done. After all, you realize we are just doing settlement now and Marluxia is not being asked to even take the stand." "The reason Vexen's murder and also the Conspiracy to murder Xemnas and others of the Organization was dropped and is on hold is because of the wishes of Xemnas. Aggravated Assault charges I also saw the point of the Defense to not necessarily need since Marluxia was behind the scenes. This is why I added in the Conspiracy charges instead. I await the Judge's decision though to know whether the charges against Marluxia versus crimes against the Organization members themselves can be part of the trial charges or not. I think his decision is pertinent on it. Then, either way, I believe we have enough charges here to put Marluxia away for some time, if the Judge feels he is guilty on those that remain. I think it is time for us to just now let the Judge settle it so we can move on and get to the next Organization member. If we hold up things much longer, it will turn out messier." "Also, we can put the charge in there of everyone else was affected too, but the Judge may throw it out. So in the end I think we should now just turn it over to him and let him decide and ask what he will and make the call because his verdict is what is going to matter to move things on."
Harvey gave a nod to the Pokemon. "I just think it will be too hard to prove mental 'damage' occurred to all who knew Sora and it would be better to go with what we have and if something gets cut we bring in the right to override Xemnas's statements saying that he cannot be tried for the crimes he did against Organization members. Tell me how you want to word something else but these are the charges as I have them so far." Threats of Namine Kidnapping/Hostage - Namine Coercion of Namine, Repliku Child abuse Namine, Sora Imprisoning Namine, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy Coercion of Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy Conspiracy to Control Sora mentally Mental Damage Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy, Repliku Defacement of private property Jiminy's diary, Sora's charm. "If you want to add Mental Damage to the others who knew Sora we can and present it to the Judge to dissect and last opinions. I also think we can remove the charm as it was not really ruined. It was altered but changed back, unlike the Journal."
Your friend 'K' sounds very stubborn and you say she's very 'sensitive' but also she's not sensitive to other people's feelings, including your own when you talk about your girlfriend. She shouldn't even mention to you that she -tolerates- that you are bisexual. That's your choice and if you and your girlfriend are happy, good for you. What I'd tell her is something along the lines of 'You are sensitive and set expectations for others and act like anything we do is bad to you...did you stop and think of how mean you are to us to think you have a right to tell us what we can watch or do?" Then I'd add that regardless of her opinion, you are going to keep doing the things -you- feel are right and so aren't others. She needs some sensitivity training in regards to learning benevolence. Christian, Atheist or whatever, everyone sometimes needs to learn what they do harms others and if they want friends, they should cut it out. She really has no -right- to set expectations on others. Person C...well, she is making her own choices. If she does get pregnant or something happens because she's high energy, if she's willing to deal with the repercussions, then no one really should say anything to her in the negative except her parents or teachers who might want to help her out. Religion isn't going to help her. Her own willpower will. I think it was right of you to defend her and she may end up being the most open-minded of those you discussed. As for J...I doubt he'd really bug you so much if you didn't have to deal with the K and C problem. J seems to just want your attention and seems kind of high strung, maybe though not as bad as K. He's being over enthusiastic and maybe you just need to tell him sometimes that you are busy and he will get the hint. Maybe also you should talk to him about C without K being there so he will chill out about her and then you can have all of your friends and not feel so forced to make choices between them. This doesn't always work but it gives a chance. I wish you luck and hope things get better for you. Well, this is a hard thing to say. Girls that act ditzy get the wrong kind of attention any way really so if I were you I wouldn't worry about it so much. She's making herself look like a floozy for attention and some guys will be all over that because she makes herself look 'easy' and all. Not all guys though are into that sort of thing. 9th grade, you are asking a lot for a guy to be committed to much more though since high school is well...experimentation in relationships time for guys. This is not to say that there are not some good sensitive guys too but acting how you do, you are more likely to get a -good- boyfriend when you do, than one that just is out for the giggly ditz. It may take you more time to find a guy, but believe me, it will probably be more worth it if you stick to your values and be 'real'. As for this girl, I would try to move on and ignore her if you can. She's talking trash and it's a shame her mom and others have to get in on the bandwagon but you can move on around her and have real friends too. People like that make it hard to be real but doing so makes you a better person in the end and you'll likely end up with better friends who also are more into being themselves instead of fitting some lame stereotype. If that's how she wants to go, let her go and don't let yourself be brought down by it. Keep your self-esteem high because in the end she'll get what's coming to her which will be a lack of anything positive but attention. The attention you'll get will be more sincere, real and validated. If you think that's more important, hold your chin up high and let her get her fake tude on. These boys hanging around her too will learn how fake she is sooner or later too so any that actually are nice will move off her soon enough, including your male friend that is just intrigued. One last thing is that perhaps you should try to be a little more outgoing with the friends you do have and hang out with others. That may help your self-esteem some too. Be well and good luck.
I read past this to find out you are 14 and are in 8th grade. Do the parents know that she is pregnant? I am sorry you are going through so much and this is very upsetting to go through. I can see why you are depressed. Right now though, drinking is -not- a solution and please don't cut yourself. These are things you are becoming dependent on to try to escape the pain but in the end the alcohol itself is a depressant and after you are done and with a hangover you will just feel more miserable to contemplate things like cutting etc. Do your parents and hers know of the situation? Try to remember that this is traumatic for you AND your girlfriend and she is going to need help too. You two both need to try if you can to stick together and be strong in the face of this adversity. These side things of alcohol and all are in the way of you and her recovering. I'd suggest that you try to dump the alcohol habit if you can and if you cannot, you need to get some help to do so because it will only cloud your judgment and make you do something horrible that you and she will regret. This is a very turbulent time and I am not sure if your parents are there for you but I think you really need to sit and talk with them and possibly if it is this unbearable, you need some help from a counselor of some sort and probably best if it is out of school. Remember that you alone are not going through this. Your girlfriend is too. Is she okay? Can you still talk to her? As for your 'friend', he's really showing he's not a good friend at all. He's causing you to feel more miserable and I'd suggest not even considering him a friend anymore. This is your experience and any REAL friend would be upset and standing by you to help you make good decisions instead of making you feel like crap so you regret things even more. Don't touch him. PLEASE don't take violent action against him, but try to move around him and consider that he's violated your trust and that friends like that are just rotten acquaintances that don't merit anything from you at all. I know he's irritating but you've got to now think of you and your girlfriend and this situation instead of idiots that want to cause more rain to fall around the situation. He's just not important enough for you to end up in a D-home over. This is about you and not him. It's -your- future. Don't let some loudmouth ruin it for you, even if right now the situation seems grim. I am curious to know how your family and hers are taking it and if you and she can converse with them. You, she and your families matter much more than people at school that just like to bring up drama. As I said, if you feel this stuff is too much to take, we all have our breaking points and this is a sign you need some help so you aren't carrying this load yourself. This girl also has to be going through a lot of trauma and she also may need some assistance by professional help. There are some other solutions I could try to give to you but feel that I would first need to understand where your family and hers sit in this situation before I do because if they aren't involved then the solutions may be more dire. Also, how many months pregnant is she? Please hang in there and keep with us. Unlike that 'friend' at school, we care and want you to be alright. It's a bad situation but please don't make it worse. Also, there are people here who will say she shouldn't get an abortion. It is -not- their decision. It is yours and your girlfriend's choice and you need some communication with the family. Do not make a choice based off us and our 'personal' views of abortion. If you both feel it is the right thing to do, it is YOUR circumstance; not ours. I'm sorry to hear your brother was admitted to the hospital. I can see why with all the stress and people bugging you, why you might have wanted to sleep with this guy, but at the same time, I am glad wisdom won out and you did not. With the situation at hand of your brother falling ill, perhaps you could try talking to the school counselor and explaining it is very hard to study and all under such circumstances and maybe he/she can give you some advice on what to do to make it easier. Also, tell your parents that you are struggling so they know ahead of time and things can be worked out. If you are stressed by others going to you, perhaps it is also time you went to others for some help with your problems. You seem to be considered a pillar of strength to some of these others and even pillars can crack. Perhaps when they come to you for assistance you can also share some of your feelings with them about your concerns and all. This is a scary thing to face but you don't alone have to be the support that holds things together. They need to see you also are nervous and anxious over it and that -together- with each other's pains accounted for, you guys can stick it out and weather it, but alone, let them know...it is hurting you bad too.
=:) ICSP And yeah, that would be my only 'issue' with Sora is he's a bit too kiddish for his age. I almost think they should have made Sora, Riku and Kairi another year or two younger for KH at first. Then his attitude would have been fine. Maybe we'll see him mature more in KH3. We can hope. I could so hear that convo in my head for some reason. The good point about it is at least Riku knows his own weakness and said he wished he could follow his heart a bit more. I just though could hear him respond with shut up to that though. lol
