Sora finally spotted Kairi in front of a Paopu Fruit area and heard her exclamation. He blinked because they were in abundance on Destiny Islands and all he had ever to do was pick one. "Wow..those are super expensive here." It then entered his foggy mind that why hadn't he ever shared a real Paopu Fruit with Kairi and he eyed one of them. "Um...want one?" It was his most forward move ever! But damn, 34.99 munny...that really was highway robbery. To buy one must mean a person was really in love.

Riku wandered back into the court room and sat down, sipping his nice warm cappuccino and studied the guy approaching the Judge. He thought for a moment that perhaps it was DiZ, but he was not sure so he studied the stance of the man because his clothes were not the same now. Maybe it was someone else like Yen Sid, but Riku didn't know what that person even looked like. This was getting more curious by the moment.

Repliku yawned despite himself. He was not very good at faking he was asleep. It was -putting- him to sleep and that was so not intended. He opened his eyes, giving up his ruse, but stayed relaxed and leaned back as he was, now making the choice between going to sleep or staying up to see what this man wanted.

Castle Oblivion as well as Traverse Town are what Nomura coined as in between worlds which existed as points between Darkness and Light and were depositing places for lost souls if you will pardon the expression. The same may also hold true of Twilight Town which was on the outskirts of Darkness and where Nobodies would commonly end up when first materializing. Castle Oblivion is where Namine first appeared while Roxas appeared in Twilight Town.

As Namine was considered to have even less of her than what remained with other Nobodies, she ended up at the Castle Oblivion which was a place where memories were and the Organization, being inbetween worlds by their very nature of being incomplete went there and conducted examinations on memories.

DiZ speculated that Traverse Town is the point where King Mickey likely escaped Darkness and wound up. He also states he probably used this point to find a hidden passage through to the Castle Oblivion. He stated as well that the points of Castle Oblivion, Traverse Town and these hidden passages were unstable. If you remember in KH, anyone who had been lost from worlds that were consumed by Heartless, they ended up in Traverse Town if they were not taken by the Heartless.

Twilight Town also bordered the Darkness, making it the only point you could use to get to The World That Never Was, which held only Nobodies and Heartless. Also, the path Riku takes is the path of Twilight to the Dawn but speculatively, the road led him to Twilight Town, and DiZ also moved his activities to Twilight Town in order to prevent the Organization from finding Namine and Sora too soon.

So, the worlds have some mystery to them, being 'in between' and all, but that's as much information as we have about them currently.

Axel feigned his 'death' when he fought Sora in CoM. He also faked his death by Roxas, if you recall in the beginning of KH2. The kamikaze move is what finished him off. After defeating Roxas, you see a side scene with Roxas and Axel, which according to the KH2 novel, is when after he returns to his other self and becomes whole, because his heart was freed from being a Heartless probably by Sora somewhere down the line in his travels.

Axel returns as data as well later. You can tell he's really gone by when you see the tombstones, along with the other members. So when you get to fight the Organization former members, he is also data there.

That's really tragic. I hope Ochi will be okay. Has he woken up at all yet? I'm so sorry to hear this. This is a tragedy though that the kid ran across the street on his own when seeing the step mom. Joeyl did what he could and perhaps did make things much less than they were, we can hope.

But these things happen. People like to say it's someone's fault if something happens where a little kid takes initiative but -accidental death- is real. You had -no- intentions of this happening. Your step mom could be held at as much fault as you for walking out and the boy deciding to run to her. In the end, if you see nothing wrong with what she did, because it was her act of walking out that encouraged the boy to take off, then you yourself did nothing wrong. Normally a 10 year old IS sufficient enough to walk a 2 year old across the street. I am sure Joey blames himself as much as you blame yourself because Ochi took off and he was not ready. Ochi is two. He couldn't have known better, but in the end, if there was fault by what I can tell, it's that he's a 2 year old that saw his mom and before anyone could act, tragedy struck. I have a hard time even faulting the driver, but it seems your dad is the sort that -needs- a bad guy or girl so there's a target for his anger. I'm sure that driver is pretty horrified.

Truthfully, even had you remained back there with your other brother, you don't know if Ochi would have tried to run or if anything could have changed that. You had the 3 year old, which may have been also very likely to take off. Accidents do happen and these kinds are horrible. They leave the worst scars because they really are genuine disasters that no one intended and it is something you will need to forgive yourself over. You, Joey and that driver.

I do hope you will be alright and your family will recover. Your dad is just extremely distraught and people say things when in that nature at the time. I think you and Joey are going to also need some help and support as well as the rest of your family and let's hang in there and keep hope Ochi will pull through.

Harvey walked back into the court room with his mug of coffee and sat down at the table, humming a little merry tune. Avenger landed on the table and all was good in lawyer land. He glanced over at the man who had decided to interrupt and not tell the lawyers things -before- the case or even during it, but instead went around the system entirely as if his statements were going to matter without valid proof. He wondered what it was that this man had to say that was skipped over so dramatically and what this man's motivations were for bothering to say them. Harvey would not mind a little unorthodox thought but at the same time, his presence was disturbing and if he thought he was going to just speak assuredly and that was that, well that was not going to pass through. He'd wait.

Sora walked back into the room and looked around for Kairi. "Hmm..where would I be if I was Kairi...No...not there...ok...food time." He then turned and went out to go down to the food court area and milled about finally settling on some Chinese food to order.

OOC: You run Xigbar great and well I've decided to just move on to keep the RP going with the theme it is in so I'll stick to the characters I have.

Repliku opened an eye and looked at the man that had propositioned to speak to the judge alone. This was going to be interesting. Too bad he would probably not hear the convo if it was taken to a back room. The curiosity was there though. He wondered how 'sealed' the back door really was to the Judge's chamber. He might just test that. For now, feigning sleep was a necessity so he closed his eye again.

Harvey gathered his paperwork together and looked at the man. He wondered what they could possibly have forgotten and he scoured through some of it. He supposed the judge was going to find out but he was a bit disappointed he didn't know. This would make it interesting when the Judge came back from his little rendezvous. Ah well. There was coffee to be had! He stepped out and Avenger flew after to go get a grand cup of caffeine loaded with sugar.

OOC: Dude...I am really confused. I don't hate the Org and never did. Some members I think were scum but others were what I would call 'put in a bad place and didn't have a chance to get other things'. Just forget it though because I really don't see why you'd have the hang up. Just because I think some like Marluxia and Saix were rotten doesn't mean I don't like most of the others and sympathize with their tudes. It's no big deal though. Just forget I asked. =:/ I'm not going to pursue it any further.

OOC: yeah, luxord could go do things. And hmm..well if another Org member comes up free I would probably be glad to take the person. If not, ah well. I'll figure out something to do.

OOC: I like the Org, ICSP. I just don't agree with your assessment that Sora is a murderer. It doesn't mean I don't like the Org and know them well. I've Rp'd Org members elsewhere lol. You are too harsh on me. =:( So, keep Xigbar then and well, let me have Zexion. >.>

OOC: Oops. I didn't ignore you. ^_^ . Even if it looked like it! I still have this craving to run Zexion since well, no one has played him in some time. >.> But if you'd want, I'd take Xigbar since he's just such a radical dude. lol.

"If you did that, I'd love you forever...in such a platonic way, of course!" Oh that would make Riku's day. Riku stood up and stretched. "Guess I'm going to find me some coffee now." Riku waved and wandered out to the hall and down to a stand where he ordered a mocha cappuccino. That would get him through the rest of the Marluxia case. His brain ticked away though on how to gather up all the fanfic to let Axel roast it. They could have a huge bonfire out on the beach of the Kiddy Island. That would just be the coolest thing and so liberating.

Sora hopped up out of the seat. "Recess! Hooray!" He ran out the door and went into the boy's bathroom. He had been holding it FOREVER. After relieving himself, he went to go get another soda from the vending machine. Gulping it down, he wandered back, searching for Kairi and bringing along a soda for her he had purchased.

Repliku looked up at the Judge and blinked. Wasn't there already a recess going on? Oh well. He stood up and tucked the paper he had been working on into his pants pocket so he wouldn't lose it. He then leaned back, put his hands behind his head and closed his eyes. It was nap time. If things were different, he might try to be sociable, but continuously hearing some of the things said about him and then the Judge deciding to go along with them and not judge him as a person...he was to the point of just giving them what they wanted so he could leave. At least this time, unless he'd die leaving this court, he'd be free to go wander and see things he had not been privileged to before.

What was it like outside of the Castle Oblivion? Maybe he could journey to some of those worlds that he had quasi-visited while he was forced to live out a lie. Maybe he'd make his own friends and have some grand adventuring, wandering here and there. It all sounded really cool to do. Of course, if he was charged with something and had to be locked up a while, that would put a damper on the trip, but how long could he be held for? He hoped it wasn't for life. That would -suck-. He pondered if dark portals worked in cells, but they probably wouldn't if Larxene was in one. He'd have to be inventive. He just hoped that he was sentient enough to them that they didn't just decide to send him out of existence. That, he would fight over and if he had to die, someone was going with him.

Yeah, that does seem kind of weird that she'd be doing such a thing at her age. Also, the mother of her had pictures showing she'd been abused physically by the boyfriend. I hope they find her body and can ascertain what happened. There's very little chance she's alive at this point and it really does seem suspicious.

    Twilight

It does seem different from the book but at the same time it's a movie and sometimes changes have to happen to make it move more. As long as it doesn't turn out like Queen of the Damned, I will be okay with it. QotD was the worst movie adaption from a book I'd ever seen.

I am hoping this will be really great. Indiana Jones movies have always been pretty good. I'm also glad Harrison Ford comes back since he -is- Indiana Jones. Another actor just couldn't take his place.
