i sleep with my ipod in one ear with the music on the lowest, it helps cos i cant sleep in silence which sounds weird but the low music cuts out annoying creaks etc that sound really loud when you are trying to sleep. try creating a playlist of like 'quiet' songs so you arent gonna get a really loud one in the middle. and make sure it isnt too long or itll be on all night (this is all assuming you have an ipod/equivalent...)

just because your parents have the gene for blond hair doesnt mean that you will be blonde, if it does exist it may require both parents to have it and even then, as ive said before, it may only increase your chances not mean that you will definitely be gay.
