Ardin Nor made his way down the corridor of the space station where he had left the damaged ship of some person he had stolen it from on Korriban. Following the guard's directions, he wandered into a tavern and walked forwards, past the 'wait to be seated' sign and took a chair at a table of imitation mahogany wood. He knocked on the table and it was metal.

After a moment a woman walked over to the table and looked at him. "Didn't you read the sign?"

Ardin Nor glanced up at her and smirked. "I did not see a sign I cared to read. Bring me some wine, if you would and some sort of meal with meat and a side vegetable and gravy. That will do you well."

"Do 'me' well?" The woman pushed her black haired pony tail behind her and groaned. She took out a stylus and datapad. "I take it you're not from around here."

Ardin gave a nod. Where he was from 'Do the other person well' meant that the Lord wouldn't have to kill that person for failure. It was a kindly saying to him at least. He didn't get her reaction to it. "You are correct. Bring me that wine please. I thirst. I have not eaten anything but rations for a week."

The woman shook head and gave a quirk of a smile. "Alright, sunshine. I'll be right back. However, you are being pretty vague here. You want a red, white, blush, or what?"

"Surprise me", he said and leaned back in the chair. He turned his attention from her and heard the telltale sign of her walking off. Glancing around he saw many assorted species of people. None were what he'd coin as sensitive to the Force, but some had powerful spirits. Most however, were just acting full of bravado to avoid being seen as weak. It amused him that though he barely understood their words, he could feel their emotions and ascertain what they were saying and doing just by their body language. A moment later he heard the sound of glass hitting metal and he turned to see the woman had returned.

"There's a bottle for you and a glass. I suppose you don't know what you want so I'm going to suggest a Bantha steak. It's prime cut and should make up for those nasty rations." She popped open the bottle with no trouble at all, as if she had been doing this sort of thing for years, and poured some of the red wine into the glass before him.

"I will go with your suggestion" he responded and took up the wine, taking a fair gulp and nodding with approval. "Yes, this will do."

The woman let out a chuckle. "You are something else. Most people sip it to see if it's going to be good. I'll put your order in, mister. Stay outta trouble now." She then was off to delivering orders for others and placing in his.

Over to the right of him, activity seemed to be picking up. Anger was rising. A Twi'lek with two Gamorreans was debating rather fiercely with a few Trandoshans who were also not so keen about a couple Wookiees who were growing mad. The Twi'lek seemed to be attempting some negotiation or mediation of some sort but it obviously was not working and the Trandoshans and Wookiees really seemed to want a piece of each other. Ardin Nor casually watched, drinking the wine. Others around looked over now and then but turned away. Some scooted on down a couple tables away, expecting at any moment that there was sure to be at least some body limbs flying at any moment. Some though had to be brave and act like they could take it. Oh, yes, this place was interesting with its bravado, rage, and fear. It wasn't so much different than home in that regard. His food was set down before him and he turned to begin eating it casually as roars and growls from the right intensified and the Twi'lek's voice grew more desperate.

Yeah, but that's the problem. It can be attacked because he's an Atheist, even though the books do not technically kill God. However, if anyone of any other religion or non-believer says they don't like something of Christianity and don't want it shoved down our throats we are told we are going to Hell and condemned.

It gets very old that SOME Christians have killed so many people, done all sorts of atrocities to others and tried to rape science etc, but yet if someone speaks out against the immoral actions, they are speaking out suddenly against ALL Christians. This isn't what is going on here. If someone wants someone to move a religious symbol from the side of the road because an accident happens on the street because people can't see cross traffic, it's not an attack on Christianity and all Christians. It's called some moron put up something in the way that obstructs view and someone got hurt because of it or an accident is attempting to be avoided.

I don't hate Christians. I dislike how some use Christianity as a horrible way to control others, spread fear, and keep people uneducated. Some people really are bad and no one stops them in the Christian fold. When others try to, it's labeled as attacking Christianity and every single Christian must do something about it. There is a serious flaw in mentality here. If an Atheist is arrested for a crime destroying some Christian stuff, well Atheists don't all gather up to go defend the person. Of course we see it as wrong that was done because destruction of property is not right to do. However, if some Christians steal and burn things they feel are offensive to their religion, what happens then? Nothing. Just we hear how it happened and oh well. The law is very skewed and Christians cannot be the dominating force and yet expect to also declare they are always victims. Why do Christians not do more against others that do things like abuse kids and force them to believe in Christianity or they disown them? Why no help for gay teenagers that commit suicide because Christian parents drive them nuts? Why do people who are agnostic or atheist always have to stand up for these atrocities and then get judged as Christian haters?

I am Atheist and yet I watched Passion of Christ. I didn't mind it except for the extreme gore. Mostly it was the Jewish who were offended by it because they do not believe in Jesus as a prophet and don't appreciate the negative things applied to them because of it, which some Christians hate them for. Martin Luther, who founded the Protestant movement, was a big Jew hater. Still groups out there have issues over this.

I see Christian stuff all the time everywhere and have had annoying people at college try to 'convert' me and had to watch some idiot guy at a seminar tell girls they should dress better because men can't help themselves and that men should look to God to resist doing something bad to a girl. Uh...I don't need God to tell me to not rape a girl because she's wearing some short skirt and I can see her cute belly button etc. I told him that too and broke up the seminar as a lot of other guys agreed. Yeah, I'm a jerk and was told I am a sinner and hater of Christians and other ignorant charges.

I'm going off track here but my point is that people all have to stop being so darn thin-skinned. Not everyone is a Christian and even Christians can be horrified at how some people throughout history have abused the religion to get what they want out of it. It's why many try to adapt and say they don't want to be misled and try to live lives more peacefully and don't judge others so strictly. Of course, some Christian groups call these people not Christian. In the end, there's just not a respect of sacredness of other people's beliefs by too many Christians, and yet they expect it returned. You can't have your cake and eat it too all the time. So yes, Christians have a right to voice their opinions, but stop getting so offended when others voice theirs. Otherwise, it's just imbalanced and unfair and others will stop listening to anyone.

    Homophobia

I don't support gay/lesbian 'Pride' anymore than I support straight 'Pride'. I know I am straight and that's just how I am but I also don't need a parade or any colors or to declare I'm straight either all the time. I'm confident in that and don't feel 'threatened' by gays in any way. There's no reason to. If I get hit on by a gay person (which I have been) it is uncomfortable but so is being hit on by some girl I have no interest in that is persistent. I learned to just be straight up and say in either case that I'm not interested and that's usually enough to get it to someone that's not the way I swing. So, I'm kind of 'sick' of some gay movements that make like all straights are bad, but really I have nothing against someone being gay at all.

The only thing I think I would get mad at someone for really is 'cheating'. I see no reason for anyone to cheat on someone in this day and age where if you are married you can divorce if the zeal of it is over, and men and women can break up with each other etc. There just isn't an excuse for it, including for gays to hide in a closet anymore and be with someone to have a cover, which I still see happening even in the news with some political guy who did that.

So, no, I don't support gay or straight 'pride' as I think it's just arrogant on either side, but I do support people being themselves since we are all attracted to different things. Some people are attracted to blonds or tanned people or ethnic appearances etc. The same can be said about gender too. It's an attraction and it only causes harm to prejudiced people anymore that feel 'threatened' by it. As long as no one is being hurt but these prejudiced dorks who think that they have a right to tell others who they can sleep with based on their own perceptions or religion, well I say go for it.

Also, I support gay marriage as I do have gay friends and see that the couples I do know care for each other greatly and after reading up on all of the troubles gay people have with situations of life, I think it's only fair. Marriage has changed and if people want it to be sacred, then let it mean something sacred called two people who love each other deeply and want to be committed can do it. The thought people have to marry for any other reason anymore just seems ludicrous, to include the reason of having children. If two people love each other enough to devote their lives to one another, that's special.

Homophobia is wrong, in a nutshell. Any 'phobia' is usually 'wrong' if you think about it because it is an exaggerated fear which usually is not very well founded to have. However, it alone isn't what makes people -hate- homosexuals or do bad things to them. It's a fear.

OOC: Sigh. We went over this and Harvey even did it IC proving that the Heartless IS an emblem Heartless despite what Luxord said IC. So Base, whether you like it or not, the Grim Reaper Heartless is not a local deity of the Aztecs. Luxord did at least bring it as the game says by saying he 'summoned' it. So since he's trying to say he didn't 'create' it IC, the term has to be applied that it was 'summoned' guys. Let's please not fight over something so trivial. This is why Harvey changed it to 'summoned' since no place says he 'created' it outright even though it could be taken to mean it. It's really not this big an issue to get tied up over though. Let's pleeeeeeeeeease keep it rolling.

Also, Base, I doubt Luxord would get yaoi punishment as he wasn't so fruitlicious as Marluxia. His charges are a lot less so I don't see his punishment being -that- bad. If Marluxia's punishments were so weak, all things considered, Luxord's should not be that bad at all.
    ____________________________________________________________
    IC:

Harvey shook his head. Pika, we cannot just add in some of these. They are unfounded. You bring up a couple valid ones but I have to agree that those should be added but nothing else. These are the charges I believe you should go with as nothing else can be so proven by what I can see."

Summoning of an Emblem Heartless (Possible Creation of the Grim Reaper Heartless)
Theft of the Aztec Gold (the 4 pieces and having to deal with the Heartless)
    Theft of the Black Pearl
    Attempted Aggravated Assault (with cannon)
    Redo-cursing of Jack Sparrow
Coercion of Sora mainly (with added Jack, due to his curse or he's stuck that way, with Donald and Goofy who accompanied him).
    Assault on Will Turner

"I am sorry but these are the only charges I can legitimize. Jiminy Cricket in this matter doesn't seem to get harmed at all and is just along for the ride to journal entry the events. The Coercion was mainly focused on Sora who was coerced into killing the Heartless in order to save Jack and end the Aztec Curse once and for all. Others involved would be those who also were forced to actually fight which would be Donald, Goofy and obviously Jack, who was affected."

"Assault on Will Turner is correct as well, since he did get conked on the head and the ship taken from him. So it's founded as is the cannon issue. Due to the fact that Luxord never engaged Sora until later at the Castle when Sora went to go face him, I do not believe the charge of assault can be applied as Sora willingly, as did Luxord, engage in combat."

"Also, I changed the 'creation of a Heartless' to 'summoning' of the Heartless because at this time by records we cannot verify he actually created it. It is very probable someone in the Organization did it, but at this time we cannot prove who the Heartless was prior, if it was multiple people, or what. So while I do believe there was obviously foul play in the creation of the Heartless, there is no way to prove Luxord himself made it. However, we have enough evidence to say he did call it forth and had control of it, and thus it was used for coercion and Luxord had control over the situation with Jack's curse."

Harvey sipped some coffee. "Those are the charges I see as valid and think you should submit. You did a good job presenting the information and I think we should let these be judged now."

"I wish I had a gun suddenly." Riku rolled his eyes. Maybe he could strike raid some various targets in the room to make Zack have to deal with him which meant a fight of sorts. Entertainment. Then again, he had an image to think about here. Riku pondered though the image of getting one of those trumpeter Heartless to show up by the Judge to have it blow in his ear whenever he became inactive. All the Judge had to do already was just say he was ready to decide. Though being a lawyer didn't interest him at all, he could so do this judge thing. And saying 'guilty' 'innocent' 'recess' and 'get the hell out of my court room' and 'order'...those were fun.

Harvey shook his head. "I think there's enough information now for the charges for Judge Erkz to make his decision. Jack Sparrow and Luxord have filled in the gaps well enough and we've gone over it. I think we can now let the Judge decide."

Sora looked thoughtful for a moment, which was almost comical as he stared up at particularly nothing and tapped his finger on his chin. Then he looked back at her once he had formulated an answer. "Well, I'm kind of torn on it because I don't think anyone wants to go on trial. It's kind of scary and well it means you have to accept you did some bad things even if you thought you were doing right at the time. But that's also why I want to do it too. I want that the Organization and me...and anyone involved, that maybe we could have a chance to make things better for all of us."

Sora then shrugged. "I guess I would have had hopes instead of doing something like where the Organization, Ansem, me, Riku and others could have well mediated this instead, but maybe the court hearings are a way to do that after if the Organization would want to. I'd be willing to when we are done."

I ended up getting Final Form when I was fighting Nobodies in the Castle at TWTNW. This was after I spent considerable time leveling up all of the forms other than Master in TWTNW and other spots. When I was leveling up Master Form is when finally it happened. I know I could have gotten it sooner but I hardly used forms until more than halfway through the game the first time I played it. The second time I earned it there too at the Castle even though I used forms a bit more.

The 'moon' Kingdom Hearts was a pseudo Kingdom Hearts made by the Organization. It doesn't have the same coloring etc of the real Kingdom Hearts. So, though it's in a place like the moon presumably in KH2 and also in BBS, I don't think I'd call it a moon at all since the purpose of it has been explained elsewhere.

As for what Kingdom Hearts is...it's supposed to be the Heart of all worlds. All of the worlds at one time were apparently one world that was split apart, if Kairi's grandmother's story is at all true. It links to all worlds and is the light through the Darkness. In Kingdom Hearts, you aren't even really traveling through 'space' but instead Interspace which are wormholes through to other locations which are all connected.

The Heartless (Purebloods any way) are manifestations of Darkness that if they were kept in Darkness would pretty much not be a harm to anyone, but because they were let out in droves into people's lives they are a big problem. Kingdom Hearts is the Heart of all worlds and where the Hearts return to when Sora or whoever destroys a Heartless. The Heart is meant to go there and be held until it can rejoin with the Nobody that is formed, or perhaps it goes on in the pattern of things that we aren't so sure of yet, kind of like a life and death cycle. It's also what I think would be an instrumental part of rejoining the worlds in the end, if KH is going to actually go that route someday.

OOC: This really is becoming a very interesting thing. It also may be great for the RP I have planned after if people will still want to do it after we are done with this trial thing. Heck, I won't really have to think of a way to get the Org in it heh.

"That guy there", he gestures to Edgeworth then. "Said I am going on trial afterwards and all witnesses are to remain for it. I don't know if any of the other people involved are too, so you see, we are all going to be held accountable for our actions and have it decided what we did. I do feel bad that the Organization people are brought back for this, but I do have the hopes that they can be better for it and find their Hearts in a better way and heck, I'd try to help them because now I actually understand more and don't feel they should have to live that way. If they did die because their Hearts were still Heartless at the time of their defeats, well, this gives them a second chance. If they went back to Somebodies, well, this gives them a chance to clean their souls and decide on things so that they can go back feeling better, because they do have Souls still, whether they have no Hearts or not."

Sora stood up. "I know I got very angry at them for what they were doing and I would have helped them do something better that didn't hurt so many people if I had known. I get taken as an idiot a lot, and yeah, I'm not the most observant or brilliant person out there, but I still have some brains. The whole experience, and this court session too has kind of forced me to wake up. I hope we can all feel better about this. I was shocked to find out first off I had to come here and testify, but then also to find out I'm now going to be on trial after Xemnas...well that was even more of an eye opener. I accept it but Edgeworth didn't make it a decision on my part. Apparently some people can charge anyone with a crime."

Sora looked at the Org. "I hate to hate anyone. I really do. I will have to go through what you guys do and I don't mind that if it means justice and fairness. If I was wrong with some judgments I made, I am sorry and I am paying attention here trying to learn too. That's the one thing we can all hopefully take from this stuff is that we are meant to learn something and become better for it. Whether you guys go back to your Somebodies or not, I guess we all need to clean up our spirits and see where we went wrong so we become better people, me included." He then turns to Janexna. "That's the point I am trying to make. We are forced to this, but maybe we can make peace with things, be better for it and well, give each other all another chance to do things right. So, because I am going on trial after the Organization too, at least this won't just be one-sided and maybe after it's all over, I'd hope that I could at last talk to them and maybe we can make the future better for everyone, including the Nobodies. That's all I want really out of this is that we can all go on and be better instead of just being yelled at and a hammer slammed. ..I hope this makes sense because I'm not the best at speeches." Sora then sat down. What he had said had been very heart felt and probably the most serious thing he had ever said in his life. It meant that now he was able to face his own trial and also watch the Org's trials and he truly did hope for something good to come out of this.

Harvey sighed a bit. "I get what you are saying and all, but I think we need to move on. Pika isn't the only one who has been out of line attacking others and insinuating biased opinions. Perhaps the Judge needs to start calling people on biased remarks so that we can have them settled more quickly and get justice done so we can all move through these proceedings. If Sora is also being tried, that pretty much puts his whole side on trial through him too so in the end, it balances out that we have a big duty to perform here and when it's over, maybe these people can all work out differences in their own universe and make things right for all of them and it will be more power and betterment to their homes and lives too. So, maybe we are meant to do a good thing after all and it's not just about a simple trial to point fingers and accuse hatefully things. Really, I have to say this has been an experience that I won't soon forget. Let's do this though and if we see our partners going too far, I've tried to step in when I note it, so perhaps you will too, Janexna, and let's have this be a fair and just trial with some hope in mind."

Harvey had never really been to such a meaningful investigation and trial before. When he said he'd take the case, he was not anticipating it to be so embroiled with intrigue and plot that had such depth. Most of his cases weren't that big of a deal. But this was why he had become a lawyer in the first place. He thought that since the super hero gig was done, he could still do something meaningful and protect people who deserved it. Sure, he had a lot of dumb cases too, that were rather trivial and he took them up to keep money in his pocket, but this was perhaps the roughest and biggest case he had ever done in his career. He knew he'd leave here a changed man.

I wouldn't either. There are evil, rotten people of any skin color, both in present and in the past. There are also very nice people of any 'race'. Really, I wish the word 'race' would die out because it doesn't even hardly hold scientific merit anymore but to describe phenotype issues of appearance. Being 'mixed', as many people are nowadays, I don't think any race deserves empowerment but to be treated as equals. Every race has stereotypes attached to it that are extremely inaccurate and every ethnic type has people that belong to it that are prejudiced idiots holding other people down. Mostly those who are prejudiced anymore are the uneducated or old people who haven't learned to wake up or closed minded people that had some bad experiences and won't get out of that mode of thought stubbornly.

Having said that, I don't think Asians get mocked anymore than other people of other different ethnic backgrounds. It sucks for anyone to be mocked for what ethnic background someone has or to be held back because of it, but then you either fight the system or find somewhere better to be. Also, Asians didn't have it very easy during Bruce Lee's time for acting. He really had a hard time showing he could act and was stuck in a role as the sidekick for Green Hornet, which was the best he was going to do for a while. The actor who played Kane the Shaolin Monk was chosen for the role because he was half Chinese, but originally Bruce Lee was meant for the role. There was a lot more stereotyping back then. Sometime I do hope that these racial profiling issues will become a thing of the past but we seem stuck with them until others realize just how 2 dimensional that way of thought truly is. I don't think now that Asians have as many problems, unless they are from the Middle East. I know many students at college that are Chinese, Korean, Indian etc that come here and barely speak English but get treated rather well here and I've had quite a few doctors from those places too. Racial profiling of any race is done and sadly some people try to fit the stereotyping so much that it doesn't help with the image either.

I've been reluctant to post here because of my viewpoint that I don't think racial empowerment should be an issue but for equality because I see that anymore any group of people can be poor and struggling despite opinions of some closed-minded people. In places like America and Europe, there are people of all ethnic backgrounds and many of us speak multiple languages etc. The U.S. was founded on the principle that there is cultural diversity and I would suppose it's time more people accepted it, but it's not just 'white people' that hold the system down. Prejudice can be found in anyone of any race. Those people need a wake up call but others can now be more successful by finding their niche and moving around those who want to hold onto old hatreds, biases etc, because there are many other people who aren't like that. There just are so many issues anymore that people can use to spew hatred out, via difference in race, religion, gender, sexuality, political thought, etc that at times it can be very frustrating for anyone but no one anymore has to be held down because of it because other people do fight for equality, regardless of what they link themselves to. There are some great people out there and then morons who think they are entitled to a ton of stuff based on genetics or beliefs. I'll stick to supporting the great people who aren't stuck on old thoughts to include racial superiority or racial slandering. Sorry if I offend anyone with this, because it's not my intent. I just think people need to see that despite the ramblings of some idiots, we are all going through a lot, regardless of race or because of it at times.

I won't say I hate Roxas, but he definitely wasn't my favorite character. Most of the reasons I hear to like him more than Sora are all about his appearance or that he can wield two weapons...which Sora can too and did so at the end of KH2 when he took WttD and his own Keyblade versus Xemnas. He's blond..I don't get why this is important but I guess it's because a majority of people seem to find blond to be more attractive. He wears better clothes...he is wearing -chaps-. Sora's clothes are outlandish too, but chaps went out with the cowboys. He's more realistic...to me he just seemed more emo and whiny and ignoring the fact he did have at least one good friend and he blew him off utterly.

I do prefer Riku more as he is one of the best developed in the game for personality and grew up a lot. But then again, I try to not 'compare' characters so much. I just didn't find Roxas to be that interesting, though I admit his BBC counterpart, Ven is something I am wanting to learn more about.

"If he wants to finish up his cross-examination, so be it. You did your examination. Either way, let's wrap this up and get a judgment already." Was the Judge even awake at this point? He could surely just say he had enough information and call the judgment and they could move on. The rest of this stuff was trivial as far as Harvey was concerned and it was just going to boil down to Pika and Xelax duking it out while Luxord was sitting on the stand as earlier Captain Jack was...as earlier Sora was...etc. Harvey was pondering through things and looked through Demyx's list of crimes and history. He seemed to only really have theft on his list that could really be charged for, and also some light coercion charge at most, by being misleading. Also, the order to 'liberate' Roxas/Sora, but at this point, he was sure Demyx would get off lightly as would Luxord. They didn't do as much wrong as some others that were coming up, that he could see any way. Yeah, Demyx was going to not be that hard on either side. Axel however, was a quandary. The virtual wild card of the Organization. He began researching more on Axel, since Demyx's charges were going to be relatively easy, but Axel, it was going to be interesting to get the red head on the stand.

"Janexna, with all due respect, the Organization and others were brought here to stand trial and find out their guilt, their crimes, and they are receiving minor punishments all things considered, since they -did- die. They are being given a chance if you think about it to have a second chance and do things better than before while also making sure there is some justice for the crimes they had committed. This actually works in the Org's favor, either way. So what if they have some small time taken away from them for crimes they did? If it rehabilitates them, then they get a second chance, don't they? If they don't learn, I'm sure penalties will be worse the second time around. All in all, it's a fair deal. Mr. Power may be out of line at times with his own bias, but so is Mr. Xelax. Anyone can see that they are being given a second chance whether they have to serve some time for what they did or not. One of the worst members of the Organization for crimes got off very light. I imagine that's going to be the standard."

"Weren't we -all- kind of forced here and after I am supposed to be tried too? I don't think that it's fair to bring up their weak point when all of us are here to do our parts, testify, be tried or whatever ourselves, including the fact you lawyers also seem to have been dragged here." Sora had missed much of what was said by Luxord and frowned. He wasn't sure what was going on exactly but once again the prosecution and defense were fighting. It was going to be even worse when they came up to others. He hoped the lawyers would trade off so that Xelax and Pika could argue some cases and others Janexna and Harvey could do which would probably go faster and be less confusing. Of course, he had other things to think on such as what his case would be like. So he imagined he should listen to the Organization members one by one to comprehend them more now that he actually had a chance. It would have been nice had they been more open before but better late than never.

Riku sighed. "This is stupid. Can't we move this on? Luxord's crimes aren't that severe to have to hear this crap go back and forth over and over." Riku really just didn't get all the court dramatics that had to be displayed here. It was all razzle dazzle. Who could say the fanciest thing to get whoever screwed or freed. He preferred his own brand of justice more. If the person was doing something wrong, you stop it. If not, leave them be or help them do something better. All Riku knew was that when he went to college he so was not going for a criminal law degree. It was boOOoring.

"Really, let's get this done with. I haven't got all day to wait for Vexen's case so I can leave since you guys suck. Also, am I being tried or can I leave whenever? I just want to know because I'm getting tired of this." If he was ignored in getting to find out this, he was going to be peeved. So far, the stupid defense had taken away any hopes he had of justice. He died too. Yet they had so much more sympathy for the Org. When he left here he was going to make a new beginning for himself as long as well...he wasn't just going to die again after this court case. At this point though, death was more comforting than living and being considered a doll or toy. At least the Org had recognition they were people, even by the yellow furry rat lightning bolt thing. Even he had more rights than Repliku did. All Repliku could think right now was that he nearly hated every single person in this room right now...nearly everyone because a few were okay, but the rest...grrrr!!!!

It can do either, just like cultures thrive and fall and change. Technology has a chance to save us and also help fix the planet if we work on it. It has already been used to harm and heal a lot. Technology in the hands of morons has the capability of wiping out the planet with some great explosions. In the end, it's all up to people and what they do with it.

I'm rather sick of Clinton and her fighting. She now after several months complains about votes in Florida and Michigan not counting but there are some serious flaws she is not heeding. Sorry if I offend people but I guess I need a good vent because this whole thing is ticking me off.

    1. She compared the votes not counting to other regions such as in Zimbabwe with Mugabe where he rigged the election and also set himself up as President and even though he has abused great policies, he's a dictator. She pointed out that he was really the only one on the ticket etc. Well, in Michigan she was the only one on the ticket. Mugabe's presidency was for the ACTUAL President elect. Not a party elect, which is not a government procedure.

    2. She makes it sound like the Democratic nominations is the actual Presidential election. The Democratic party elections are NOT owned by the government but a private affiliation: In technicality a corporation which had rules set up ahead of time. They set the rules and can do as they please and Michigan and Florida decided to disobey party rules and KNEW it ahead of time. It is not the Presidential election itself. It is the party election and therefore she has no right to complain.

    3. Hillary was fine with the Florida and Michigan primaries being withheld because at the time she was ahead. She and Obama and Edwards too at the time all signed papers decreeing that they understood to not campaign in those two spots. Obama withheld his name from the Primaries in Michigan so his name was not even on the ballot because he followed the Democratic Party orders. Clinton did NOT pull her name and was the only one on the Democratic Ticket there. So Obama has -no- votes in Michigan for following the rules. Why should Hillary have this counted? This is what she is championing. Imbalanced politics. By doing this, she herself can be compared to Mugabe if people wanted to because she was the only one on the ticket.

    4. I have read countless blogs on the elections from people from Florida and Michigan and they are outraged because many did NOT go and vote because they were told the election would not count because it was done ahead of time. Therefore, her championing 'voters' in Florida and Michigan is just in the end championing herself but she's making it look good like she's defending the voters.

Hillary wants all votes as they stand to count and is not trying to negotiate. Obama already agreed that he would allow Hillary to have more of the delegates but that they should be split in Michigan since people did not even get to vote for anyone BUT Hillary there because she disobeyed the rules. She signed the papers in agreement as did the other Democratic Party candidates. She had no problem with it back when she was ahead of Obama. She keeps saying she has more of the popular vote IF Florida and Michigan count but the facts are against her that she still would not have the lead, and also again, Michigan did not even get to vote fairly.

I think in the end the only fair thing to do is what the Democratic Party suggested which was split the votes to Clinton's favor with some extra delegates and let it be, which Obama did agree to, OR to have a re-vote. Clinton should get no more than 10 more Delegates in each place because she was wrong to do this in the first place and sign the paper if she disagreed so strongly. Primaries are private Democratic party nominations and she needs to seriously stop this act that voters are being screwed over. In no way does she deserve the 'total' votes in either place because Florida voters themselves are saying that some did not vote because they KNEW it was not going to count. Michigan is its own story where she is the only one with a name on the ballot. So we can see how skewed that is.

Lastly, some Floridians, encouraged by Clinton decided to try to sue the wrong people in Florida. They should be suing the actual people who jumped the Primaries time slot instead of the Dem Party itself which the court threw out. Those people who jumped the gun ought to be tossed out on their ears. I am seriously wondering why Florida is so screwed up when it comes to voting for anything lately but if they want to sue someone, get the targets right. In the end, Clinton is really getting annoying and holding up processes and some of it is caused by her own failures. If I wanted to seriously believe in a conspiracy about now, I'd say that Clinton did this Michigan deal of keeping her name in while Obama pulled his out following the Dem Party rules so that if she was losing in the future she could bring this up at a later time and act like she is championing voters. It's all about her. She clearly did not care back when she was ahead and signed the papers in agreement. I just am confused why the Dem Party just doesn't enforce the decision and get it done and refuse Clinton the right to have ALL of her delegates. She tries to act like she is the victim and also championing voters but the reality is this should not even be a debate at all. She's simply desperate because things didn't turn out her way.

To add one thing: Apparently the Dem Party did go with half counted votes of all delegates in Florida and Michigan. Because Michigan had 55% for Clinton and 44% of the vote was 'noncommitted' implying that the voters did not like the candidate, the votes were halved and she earned 10 more delegates than Obama there. In the end, Clinton earned 87 more delegates and Obama won 63 more votes. Clinton still seems to think this is unfair but others in the party are moving on and hopefully she will just shut up now.

I am confused by what you mean. Maybe some elaboration to explain 'why' the rules exist could be done but a whole guide to making a n00b become a new person people will like because suddenly they use commonsense and show some sign of social skills...most n00bs don't want to learn that or they are just playing around and don't care. They aren't that new to the internet itself if they actually found us and could sign on the forums in the first place. Also, normally after someone is warned, isn't that a good indication that the person needs to shape up?

OOC: Larxene was let to leave because the Offense agreed to it or the Judge did. Technically, those on trial shouldn't be able to leave but witnesses are there under their own volition. But if the defense, offense agree and the Judge feels that he can make a judgment fairly with what has been said and he has seen, then sometimes they allow it. Harvey did say it was alright because he felt enough was already established, but Pika is not clearing it since he didn't complete things.

Harvey groaned. "Pika, we really do have enough information to wrap this up already. So, if you are going to do this, I am telling you straight out, no more slander." Harvey was sure there was enough info given from Jack and Luxord's testimony as it was to get this case over but Mr. Power maybe had some other thing to inquire. He'd wait and see. He determined after this court trial of the Org...and now Sora, he was going to ask the judge to send Pika and Xelax to a wrestling match scene card and the two could duke it out. It would be entertaining to watch.

It isn't a theory. Nomura said it himself in one of his interviews. Oblivion represents the connection to Riku and Oathkeeper represents Kairi.

Well, I guess then that if you want to try to convert a noob to not being such a dork, then by all means try to get them before their time is up. As I said, they do get warnings and such and there is time to act if caught. However, I don't think rules can be modified for them anymore than for anyone else. Perhaps though if someone says 'here's the rules link' and gives it to them, it might deter a couple out of many. Many n00bs don't care.
