The way to fix it in my opinion is to make it easier for people to have access to become citizens, make work passes available to those people and also if someone is illegal after the amnesty period, to send them home. I'd give an amnesty period to those already here of 2 months or something, and if people are caught, they get sent home, and then the new system could be implemented to help those who come here.

I know people are running away from some very harsh and horrible conditions, but also they aren't making any changes where they are at either. Heck, how many of our corporations have moved to other countries? I can sympathize to a degree but 'illegal' still is illegal and even if we lessen restrictions, or money costs, some of these people may still do this because corporations will make it look good that they should. I do worry about the conditions they face too as whether legal or illegal, they are still people. At the same time though, it is hurting everyone that this happens except for the businesses who hire them. They get rich while everyone else suffers.

The point is the recount isn't what's the problem. The votes were done and Florida and Michigan jumped the gun. Florida votes were tabulated but people did not get to vote because they were told their votes wouldn't count. But really, it seems they are S.O.L.

The real debate comes with Michigan, who 55% of voters voted for Hillary and another 44% voted for Democrat but -not- Hillary. Her name was the only one on the ballot so if her name would have been removed like everyone else's Michigan couldn't have jumped the gun and she boned over people actually. All of the other democrats did what they were supposed to.

So in the end, the votes were -fine- if you consider the fact that a lot of people didn't -get- to vote because Michigan and Florida jumped the gun. The problem is that Hillary thinks that she is only entitled to her stuff she did in Michigan but Obama isn't because no other name was on the ballot. They gave the 44% to Obama because otherwise no one thought it fair to give Hillary her 55% then. There's no 'miscount'. It's more that Hillary feels she's entitled to all votes and Obama none in Michigan and it's obvious if nearly half a state votes democrat but not for Hillary that the other candidates were possibilities. If any other dems were still in the race besides Obama, I'm sure that 44% would have been split amongst them but he is the only one left.

She's just being Hillary now and persisting on something dumb. In the end, it gave her more votes so she should stop her griping. She signed a paper early on that was by the Democratic Party to not try to have these votes counted.

Yeah, it isn't the smartest...but it was fun! I'm sure my downstairs neighbors didn't appreciate it. I'm still free though for the summer! Except for work. And work is evil.

The wearing Red thing doesn't bug me so much ...though I guess I would not wear red on those days as it does mean that you are gay; not that you are being a gay supporter. However, knowing me I'd forget and so I wouldn't care at all and just go about my day unless bothered constantly about it. I do wish though that it wasn't such a big deal though where we had to have 'sexuality' displayed by wearing a color as really I could give a crap less what someone's sexuality is. Really. Especially when I'm trying to act like a goof ball kid because I want to check out Disney World...not all the gays or straight people at Disney World.

So yeah, Disney Gay Days seems kind of lame to me but eh, to each their own. The only people that don't accept gays anymore are mostly religious conservative morons and under-educated back water folk that think they have the right to tell others how to live any way and you won't get through to them with a nail bat. I wouldn't avoid planning a vacation at the time, but I can say I wouldn't be going to the gay parade held each day etc as I think it's outlived its purpose. When I go to some amusement park, I'm there to mess around and have a taste of childhood I missed. I don't care about people's sexualities, unless they won't leave me alone. >.>

I can tell you that gay people use hotel rooms all the time so if you fear AIDS, which won't be passed the way you are saying because every place has to wash blankets and sheets etc after each guest and AIDS doesn't survive that, let alone it has a short life span outside of the body and has to be passed by transferring of body liquids which if the liquids were dry, it ain't happening. So I would have no fears of it. Also, straight people have AIDS too. STDs are passed on to both gays and straights by contaminated people. That's the way it works.

Also, I'm sorry to disagree with you about pedophiles being mostly gay. There is no way to know such a thing for sure and there are MANY straight pedophiles. In the end, the only thing safe to say about pedophiles is that the majority of them are MEN. Being gay and being a pedophile are no more synonymous than being straight and a pedophile. That's a scare tactic used by straight men and women to make gays untrusted. It simply isn't true and there's nothing at all to back it. If someone is straight or gay, but likes little boys or girls, well that's just how that person is. Pedophilia is a different kind of attraction than being gay or straight. It's the attraction to wanting sex with someone who is not ready to be sexually active. A whole other field there and the rumor was just hate propaganda.

I'm not bashing you here, so please don't feel I am. I can see the reasons for frustration in a way. I don't agree with the continued force of pushing things on people over and over again on people who already have accepted gay behavior and all as not being so 'eccentric'. But at the same time, if people don't want to see it, they can go at another time, and if they don't care and are going to Disney World for what it is really about, I'm sure after a while people really just go on their way and do their own thing and no longer even focus on the 'Red Shirts' or who's not wearing them too.

Yes. Summer break! Double the work but no school! HOORAY! I had to pick up my books since when I got back home I threw them up in the air on Friday as it was the end, and I ruined some pages. I've learned not to toss college books around, until next year.

Uh...no. People complain because if illegal immigrants work for corporations and accept under the table money people lose jobs and also taxes are not being paid.

Illegal immigrants work for cheap and under the table. We lose money in two ways which most people seem to ignore. When we work anywhere, we also lose some of our money to taxes and also we owe income tax. Our taxes go to funding those who cannot work, are disabled, and those who must use welfare and social security amongst other things like our police force etc. Our tax money goes to work for us, so if we are paying it and they are not, they are screwing us over considering how many of -THEM- get government aid because we hate for anyone to starve to death.

Next, corporations have grown accustomed to this behavior, and bringing in these illegal immigrants for half wages or less. Why should ANYONE get partial pay for work done? If they'd just go through the process of legalizing themselves, they'd get full benefits but because they support this system they get screwed along with others and let corporations continue the abuse.

Illegal immigration is wrong. I do feel bad for them, and think the Immigration laws ought to be less demanding and well, cost less for them to enter the country, but at the same time, they should use the system. They are -illegal- for a reason. They are costing people a lot of money, using our welfare and benefits from taxes AND not paying taxes most of the time. It is out of the kindness of our hearts we let this go on. Because of their burden and not putting anything back in the system but helping a corporation make a quick buck, we are actually being drained more monetarily.

Also, who are you to say that WE here don't work hard? That is really a biased point of view. I have always worked hard as have my relatives and countless others who want to eat. The economy is crap right now and we are all suffering. Yes, they work to be here but people have to stop thinking they work -harder- than others because it's simply not true. Corporations abuse them if they are. In the end, the illegal immigrant is getting what he/she wants at probably 5x the cost of what it would be had they just gone through the procedure to become a U.S. citizen, if not more than that. They are being taken advantage of and what happens when they get injured? These people go to our hospitals and guess who pays? We again do with higher costs to go to the hospital. So we can't cover all Americans with health insurance etc but we should pay for higher rates for drugs and medical visits because of people here illegally?

In the end, we are all getting shafted including the illegal immigrants. I do think the system needs to have an easier time for immigrants to come here LEGALLY but illegal is illegal. Any illegal immigrants should be forced to become legal or get out so that they can start earning wages they should have, they can pay taxes and be a part of our country like any legal immigrants do. That is the reason it is wrong. We all are getting screwed over except the corps that continue to let them come in and work for money under the table and then don't cover them when crap happens because of course the benevolence of the American people will take these people and care for them regardless of the scenario while we can barely care for ourselves with the failing economy and the fact we are in a Recession.

Repliku looked at the Cheshire Cat and listened to him and promptly itched his head as he was contemplating what the cat just had said to him. He was about to say something...when suddenly bolts of lightning streamed by and left his hair standing on end and trickles of energy ran threw him as he was right next to the area that was impacted. The seat smoldered next to him and an angry Zack apologized for it but then punted the Cheshire Cat across the room.

His eyes and head followed the motion of the punted kitty and as he hit the ground, Repliku winced. Repliku then stood up, unsure of what to do and hopped over the seats to a few seats to the center and back and then plopped down in the chair there as Zack continued his pursuit of the Cheshire Cat. The cat was a murderer? Repliku didn't think he could or would say anything at this point. After all, he had killed too and if the cat was going to be on trial, well ... it meant this abuse could only last for so long. It kind of reminded him though of how Larxene beat the tar out of him before Namine got a hold of him, but he just sat immobilized now.

Sora turned and watched as the crackle of energy hit the cat and then it went airborne. "He's uh..weird but a murderer?" Sora couldn't help but say something. This was clearly immensely abusive and how could he not say a word? He remembered the Cheshire Cat and really didn't know who's side the cat was ever on when he met him. He just remembered having to fight a Heartless after dealing with the creature and how confusing he had been with his rhymes. "Did he do something to someone you know?"

Riku turned as bolts of lightning flew and the Cheshire Cat flew. He didn't really like the darn cat of Wonderland but that was just an ultimate display of hostility right there. "So yeah...like Order in the Court or something!"

"Look, coming from one 'fake' to another, can you stop imitating Axel already and saying 'commit it to memory' all the time, or the Got it memorized thing? Jeez. And just agree already! I don't want to be here forever and ever!" Repliku was getting annoyed and all the agitation from the lawyers was promoting it. He didn't care if he was thought of as nothing at the moment. He just wanted them to stop arguing before he decided to do something more dumb than just say something stupid.

"Really, let's get a move on already." Riku yawned. "And I'd swear that Axel will have to get his lines copyrighted after this."

A figure in a robe wandered into the room. No, this wasn't black, it was blue and the sorcerer with a beard meandered in, going to a seat quietly. He was stern and his gaze would just lend one to believe he could discipline the most rowdy obnoxious person in the universe with but a displeased stare. Yep, Yen Sid was now on the scene. He waved his hand and a sphere appeared before him, images danced through it swiftly as he seemed to be watching and hearing the antics of the court room from the beginning to present in ultra fast motion.

"Fine, fine..." Harvey pulled out the proof that was apparently needed to quiet both Xelax and Pika.

http://www.kh-vids.net/index.php?page=kh2cutv3 (Go to Port Royal, Second Visit).

"At the beginning of this, Luxord is seen going to the Aztec Gold and the scene shifts. Note that the gold was where it was supposed to be at the Isle de Muerta, but obviously it was moved to the ship. After, Sora returns to Port Royal and encounters Jack who needs help and Sora assists. After, they go on the Black Pearl. They find William Turner who is on the Interceptor. They go to Will Turner who was left unconscious. He says that the medallions and the chest were taken by someone in a black cloak. He said he made it out of the cave but the man sent a bunch of 'horrible creatures after us'. He also states he is the only one who may have made it back to the ship."

"Jack declares that they will be returning home and not pursuing after but then Luxord shows up on the Black Pearl."

"Here, the Heartless Grim Reaper is summoned forth by Luxord on the ship."

"Afterwards, they have defeated it and Luxord shows back up, standing by the Aztec Gold. After Jack says to throw him overboard, he calls the right to Parley which by Pirate Code would be obeyed by anyone who follows the Pirate Code, which Jack does."

"So as we can see here, he obviously had control of the Heartless. Is there a reason more to debate that or the cannon fire? Or anything else on the list of charges?"

"They discuss that they are not from the world and so thus not cursed. They leave to go explore and try to find the medallions and a ship that will float. Immediately they spot a Gambler Nobody with one of the medallions, juggling it. After they defeat all of the Gamblers and obtain the 4 medallions, Elizabeth and Will are on the Black Pearl so they have transport. However, now the whole Aztec Gold chest is missing, so apparently Luxord didn't stick to the parley agreements either."

Immediately after they get to Port Royal the people seem to have fled or their fate is left to mystery. However, the large Heartless is there. Jack leads it off for a bit and Sora, Goofy and Donald all meet at the Chest and Jack catches up. Sora, who can't be cursed, held the medallions and puts them in the chest. However, the Grim Reaper also shows up. Despite the treasure being restored to the chest, Jack's curse does not end. Goofy brings it up and it seems accurate that the curse was put on Jack after all by the Heartless and not the gold itself. So basically, they were on a wild goose chase."

"Once the monster is defeated, Jack is restored back to normal. So yes, how do you now say that there's no proof Luxord had control of the Heartless and therefore also knew Jack was cursed and used it? It's right there."

"And to close this, Luxord steals the Heart from it and says "Sora, bravo!" and dark portals. So I think that this is enough dancing around and saying there is no proof that he summoned the Grim Reaper, had control of it and it cursed Jack, and this was all orchestrated by Luxord to obtain the Heart from the Grim Reaper. There is no proof to say he -created- the Heartless but he most certainly summoned it. Every other charge mentioned that I agreed to has also been proven. I rest my case. I am sticking to the charges that Janexna and I agree to. Now, your honor, please go through the charges so we can move on."

OOC: I don't mind. Just the characters IC are going to have their reactions heh.

Harvey groaned. Xelax and Pika were both just content to run this crap into the ground. He slid under the desk out of his chair and just laid there. A white flag went up which Avenger took and waved it about. Harvey then stood up and dusted his suit off and sat down. "At this point, why don't we just let Xelax and Pika argue it out since they are both so intent even though one half of the prosecution and defense have stated what we are going with? Have at it. You two obviously want to. I'm done with this. I'll stick to the charges as named by me and Janexna. You two argue till Kingdom Come."

He really hoped the Judge would get in on the case and just say it was done with. However, if that wasn't going to happen, these two could argue and spit at each other till then. There just was no point in arguing with either of them. One hated the Organization. The other hated Sora and his affiliates. "Any time now, Judge Erkz."

Repliku hopped up and then ran out of the room. He walked over to an old woman and looked cute and hit her up for a dollar and some change and then went to the candy machine and got a candy bar. After, he ran back and sat down. Having not eaten anything all day was finally getting to him so he munched on the 3 Musketeers bar and sighed contentedly as food finally arrived to his grumbling tummy.
