OOC: Yeah, wikis are only 'so' able to be accepted as factual but I suppose 'summoned' is a better word though it seems pretty clear the Org had been involved in their making or at least Xemnas had to have. So it's up to Erkz in the end whether summoned or created works at this point.

"Kairi?" Sora looked around and finally noticed she wasn't there. "Well...drat."

Riku laughed. "Well, let's get back then, already. The girls had the right idea." With that he turned around and Sora followed him out.

Sora waltzed into the court room and plopped down into his seat. "Okay then, what's going on?"

Riku followed and sat down quietly looking around. "It seems we're still going on with the Luxord case if the bailiff putting Luxord back on the stand is any indication." Riku hoped now Roxas would be alright but he wasn't going to hang out in a bathroom the entire time to wonder. If Roxas broke his leg again, Riku pondered breaking the other and then just sitting him down so he couldn't move anymore and harm himself anymore as well. Yes, it was a thought but of course, Riku wouldn't follow through on it.

OOC: Also, sorry to point this out OOCly but since it's from the Wiki KH site, where I think BaseSebastion said he was getting his info from. Here is what it says directly, though I cannot really put this IC.

So, yes, IC I had Harvey change it to 'summons' instead of 'created' because it does fit the info provided.

    IC

"..Roxas, can you stop doing that?" Sora once again casted curaga on Roxas. "Cure!" he said as he raised the Keyblade above his head. "We should like get out of here before someone comes to investigate what we are all doing down here...but...potty break." Sora went into a stall and closed the door. After relieving himself he strolled out, washed his hands and leaned against the wall. "Once Kairi is done I think we should get back there. Are you feeling alright, Kairi?"

"This can't get any stupider, can it? I'm really pressed to figure out a way at this point." Riku smirked and crossed his arms, waiting.

OOC: The Keyblade doesn't summon Heartless. It never has. It draws them out but they were already existing. The Grim Reaper Heartless and ones at Beast's Castle and the Dragon Heartless were all instruments of the Org. I don't get why this is bothering to be countered. Ah, well.

Harvey sighed. Pika was one thing and now the other most irritating person to anyone had to speak up with his statements. "The Heartless is an EMBLEM Heartless. It is therefore NOT natural and had to be created. I already said I left it in the hands of the Judge as to whether Luxord made it or brought it to him since I cannot question him now that he has left the stand. In either case, the Emblem Heartless are formed from Hearts of living beings and not just Darkness as Purebloods are, so do not play games with this. If Luxord states he did not create it, I will go with that since he has been truthful otherwise, but in the end, the fact remains that the Org HAD TO have whether he did himself or not. Also, he -did- summon it. So in the least, he brought it there to use. You know that. Seriously, if you would listen once in a while, it would help. I said whether the charge be dropped or not the point that the Heartless was in his control is evident."

"Yes he did. The 4 Nobodies that stole the medallions were Gambler Nobodies and once that happened, Jack was cursed. Also, because the Heartless had the gold after, and this was under Luxord's control, it is also clear that he is responsible. It is not natural. The Heartless was a created Emblem special Heartless. Again, enough with the games and you prove that it was natural when all notes from Xehanort and Ansem confirm that the Emblem Heartless are creations and Luxord himself stated his own connection already. It was part of the plan to get the Heart of the Heartless."

"Are you telling me Luxord didn't KNOW of the curse? He states so here after asked about the curse by Mr. Power."

"He also was in error. He stated that it is a natural being and was not marked. Here is the evidence to show it is in fact an Emblem Heartless as weren't all of the Heartless under control and designed by the Organization. Also, note, Xelax, unlike you, I am not calling him an outright liar as you did to the witnesses."

"Now unless you have a way to say that the Organization did -not- create the Grim Reaper Heartless, the Heartless found in Beast's Castle in the Ball Room and Dungeon and also the Heartless Dragon, then by all means go ahead and try. There is far more evidence to show they -did- in fact create them than there is opposing it. These Heartless were instrumental in their plans and required Sora to slay them so the Organization would have a higher concentration of Hearts for their project. That -was- the plan, whether Luxord fully understood it or not. Yes, he's stating he was 'following orders' as soldiers would, and that may be the fact but also, he misspoke saying it is a NATURAL force and not marked. He also stayed around for the Heart of the creature when destroyed and then promptly vanished with mission complete."

"The only thing then I will concede to is to change the first to 1. Summoning of the Heartless and Control over it. There is no debate of the other things you brought up."

Really, as I've seen, most people get 3 warnings and are then given a temp ban in most cases if it is for something like this. Also, they DO have rules sections in quite a few forums, let alone the area dedicated to them and if they don't read them, and cannot take the warnings well...what's the problem with banning them or they leave?

Also, rep is not something that the admins and mods are doing to people. Heck, I have yet to derep someone either and could care less to. The point is that rep is uncontrolled but if anyone feels they were wronged all they have to do is message one of the admins to check it out. If the rules were read, this would be known too.

So in seriousness, there already is a fair amount of attention that goes to 'training' a person who wants to act silly so he/she knows what is too ridiculous to accept. Some of this is also 'commonsense' so maybe I'm among the few that sees it in a way that they get more than enough leeway to adapt or go. I don't mind new people and think it's great to have new people coming along. However, if someone is going to act the part of a n00b, well they just aren't being very considerate of others at all by not reading the rules and not asking or listening to warnings. New people = great. n00bs = annoying. If n00bs take off, ta ta for now.

Harvey stood up. "With all due respect...I do agree that Mr. Power spoke out of line and the insults were uncalled for, as was the accusation. However, I think that you are trying to say that because they 'don't' have Hearts that they are somehow more innocent than someone who does. They do still have their intellect and memes of reactions they had from their former lives and logic. Hardened Criminals and even Serial Killers have their reasons for doing things, even though some seem not to and some are just for selfish reasons. Some of the Org seemed to do things for selfish reasons as well. Therefore they do have a right to trial and can be considered to be fully mentally capable of standing it. Also, if anything, they've been given a second chance, or at least most of them will have been when this is over."

"Comfort yourself on the fact that the Org members, whatever punishments they receive, are all seemingly minor to the things some of them committed. They were brought back to life to stand trial, and hell, I wasn't brought in here by the witnesses either so hey...we're all equal on this, to do our jobs to the best of our ability, try these people, apparently after deal with Sora as well...and then we can go home and apparently none of the Org are being sentenced to punishments that actually would resolve in life imprisonment or death, or even imprisonment apparently for a very long while. Some of them in my opinion deserve a long while in rehabilitation and to learn because they aren't what I'd consider safe, even to their own group. However, that's not up to you or me, or Pika or Xelax. We just need to do our jobs the best we can and move on."

He then turned and looked at Pika. "Please, I am going to ask you once more to stop with the insults. Don't address them as 'Nobodies' in a slur way and let's try to keep our 'personal' opinions down as we look for actual evidence. It's what we most need now." In one sense he hated to chastise the fur ball but he had to understand what he was doing. Harvey was almost annoyed at himself for not just saying something before he said the charges out to Pika so that the other side didn't have to. It made the team seem pretty lame when someone had to go at just one member. "I know you can do better than this. Let's not run our side of bias. There certainly is enough evidence to do what we need to here."

Repliku looked at Zack. "heh, give her a shot in the ass too. I'm starting to think you like doing that too much."

Harvey rubbed his temples. He had no understanding of why Pika continued to insult the Organization. It just wasn't professional even if a few of them were seriously screwed up in the head. Luxord didn't seem that bad to him. Yeah, he had been 'wrong' but in the end, his crimes were seriously minor compared to some of the other Org members. He could have a chance at reforming his life.

Harvey let out a sigh. "The charges I am going to go with are the following to move this along. I am amending former charges to reflect."

    1. Attacking Port Royal world with Heartless/creating a Heartless that was used to curse Jack Sparrow and theft.
"I am going to remove 'attacking Port Royal with Heartless, but maintain the creation of an Emblem Heartless that obviously came from 'somewhere'. Heartless are formed when people lose their Hearts. Some people obviously perished for this creature to exist. However, if he had created it out of other Heartless or malevolent energy as he is claiming, this charge may be negated as the conditions were already there. However, the creation of the Heartless leads to other charges, even if it is dismissed because it should be known he was in control of it."

    2. Attacking Port Royal with Nobodies.
"I am changing this by both Jack's and Luxord's testimony. The Nobodies were not attacking Port Royal."

    3. Stealing the Aztec Gold, theft of the Black Pearl.
"The theft of the Aztec Gold and the Black Pearl have been confirmed by both the witness and Luxord."

    4. Cursing Jack Sparrow.
"The pirates and Jack Sparrow were once again cursed after the treasure was stolen by the Nobodies under the employ of Luxord. The curse is a direct result of the theft of the 4 pieces and then also the Heartless that Luxord is responsible for bringing there or creating. As stated, the curse does affect a person to be immortal but caged in a shell of a cadaver who has no enjoyment out of life and suffers."

    5. Coercion: Forcing Sora and others to have to attack the Heartless in order to undo the Curse he had placed on Jack Sparrow.
"I believe Coercion of Sora and Jack, Donald and Goofy applies here as the group was forced to go after the 4 medallions held by the 4 Nobodies Luxord sent out and then they were forced to fight the Heartless that Luxord had sent into the city. Luxord afterwards stole the Heart, which makes it apparent why he needed Sora in particular to go after it. He had opportunity to tell Sora what was going on and instead chose this method to employ. Once Sora had done what Luxord needed, in destroying the Heartless, the treasure was recaptured and dealt with, and Jack Sparrow was freed."

"In the end, those are the only charges at this time I can see pressing against Luxord as he admitted to them and Jack's testimony stated them as well. The following, I believe should be let to be judged now."

    1. The Creation of an Emblem Heartless
    2. Theft of the Aztec Gold
    3. Theft of the Black Pearl
    4. The cursing of Jack Sparrow
    5. Coercion of Sora mainly, but also Jack who had to have the curse removed or be stuck as he was, Donald and Goofy, who also accompanied Sora.

"So, what are your thoughts, Pika? Is that good enough?" Harvey looked down at the table and noticed a card sticking out of one of the folders. "hmm..." He picked it up and checked it over, reading it and then put it in his pocket. He would have to wait until the judge either called a recess or the Judge was done with his decision pertaining to Luxord, but if Luxord wanted to talk, he would tell the Judge after deciding his fate to let them have a bit of time to discuss things. He gave a nod to Luxord and then took a sip of the coffee.

The MAD Theory, as much as people don't like to admit it, does work to some degree. Until human despots and tyrants can learn that their territory is just that and stop trying to cease other people's places and enslave people etc, it's been the only thing to stop worse tragedy. If the MAD Theory was not used during the Cold War, it would have been a very hot war instead. Today it is still employed in some nations and it does hold people's fingers off buttons. It sucks that it has to be this way, but the theory for the most part does work as long as the leaders of places still care about themselves and power over people. If nukes are launched, there goes the people and probably that person. We will of course be boned the day some wacko fanatic decides it's Judgment Day and doesn't care about living or anyone else living so the leader launches nukes or whatever, but the way it stands now, no one is so suicidal as an actual -leader- even if he sends followers out to do that. So MAD Theory works for now.

Of course, we can all hope someday the need for this will end. In the end, it works as far as people not pulling out the "Big Guns" that can obliterate cities etc in a fell swoop. It won't, as ICSP mentioned, stop wars all the way.

There are things in life that are unfair regardless of what age you are. People of different ages and/or social groups will look at you odd and feel they don't like you based on stereotypical or prejudiced responses.

However, as Cin said, kids today get treated a lot better than historically. Even in the 80s, child abuse was just coming out to be something to 'look into'. Kids have it easier than they ever had. Kids are also used as excuses why we have so many stupid laws that 'protect kids' while taking things away from adults. The transgressions teens face is not any more horrible than that which any other 'group' assigned by prejudiced people faces, for example some people hate women, teens, blacks, white men, hispanic people, people of different religions or no religion, etc. You get a group of these sorts of people together, well, crap happens. Today though, it is not as bad as it used to be and teens are only targets often because they are seen as rebellious and of course, some are, so it gives enough proof to the prejudiced people against teens to justify their attitudes.

Ever hear the statement "Kids should be seen and not heard"? This was the life for many children before child abuse became something the governments would care about. People endear children and they get the weaker amount of the brunt out there but kids complaining about it...no one wants to hear it. Kids have been sheltered unless in circumstances beyond local adult control. In the past and still going on in parts of the world children are used as slave labor, murdered by parents, beaten the tar out of by parents because they have ultimate rights, not educated, murdered by military might, sold into prostitution rings, etc. Also, if a kid -dared- to oppose an adult or attack another, that kid could be killed, so being seen as somewhat eccentric or nutty is better than being shot in the head or drawn and quartered.

So yeah, some old people may have a thing against teens because some teens are too rebellious and do some bad things, and yes, it ruins some fun for others but really, this era and living in places like Europe and America...kids have it better. I wouldn't really be troubled over this and would just ignore the stupid people that give you looks. If you are being too loud though, it is a distraction and people can complain about that regardless of how old someone is. The thing to do here is just move along and not let others get to you because at least you have that right to do so.

The FF7 remake game has been talked about for a while now. They have been saying they are going to do it but then nothing comes up about it from Square Enix for a while. I hope they do it though. I'd also love to see them remake FF6. Those two games deserve to be seen in the graphics of today. They had a better storyline than current FFs that have so much better graphics. It would be nice to see an FF with both decent graphics and a gripping plot, even if I know both of the plots very well.

I will say though at least FF XIII looks pretty promising so far. Also, a game about Angael and Genesis and Sephiroth when they were younger...that would be kind of cool. Though that is totally the FF7 geekboy speaking. I'd buy it. I can say some of the spin off things I haven't been that impressed with but I do like the story a lot. Now..if only they'd remake FF6. *dreamer sigh*

Riku had received Soul Eater from Maleficent, I believe. He ended up on Hollow Bastion after he left Destiny Islands and encountered her. It is after this point, when he meets Sora in Traverse Town we see him with it. Maleficent knew of his importance and that he was a Keyblade Wielder, meant for the Kingdom Key even though Sora had it. However, she never told him this. Instead she gave him Soul Eater to probably 'help' him along his journey to find Kairi and manipulate him.

Way to the Dawn is Soul Eater but awakened as a Keyblade. It may have been a Keyblade in dormancy since it appears also in Birth Before Sleep in the trailer quite clearly. It is hypothetical at this point but I theorize that the weapon when the Keyblade Wielders were obviously dealt with in the past, that it went into a state of lesser magic and such waiting for a proper owner. In KH2, Riku no longer gripped the Darkness or was afraid of it and became Twilight. The Keyblade then was re-emerging and probably completed when Ansem (DiZ) shot at Kingdom Hearts and it exploded. His sacrifice for his friends and guarding others, taking much of the blast altered him out of 'Ansem' Form and the Keyblade was back at full power. Riku was still a Keyblade wielder, whether or not he lost his connection to the Kingdom Key. So, I'm pretty sure Way to the Dawn aka Soul Eater, being with him for so long and going along his journeys awakened in a sense to link with him and the coup de grace was the explosion of the faux Kingdom Hearts.

Riku was never a replica. Riku Replica, aka Repliku was a creation by Vexen and was in Chain of Memories. He also died in that game at the end in Riku's story.

Hope that clears it up for you.
