He seemed to destroy Heartless just fine. I just always thought of it as a weapon that changed as Riku did since it is called 'Way to the Dawn' and Riku was on the path of Twilight to the Dawn, so once he reached the 'dawn' which was turning back to himself, the Keyblade would have been whole with him. I could be wrong but he really didn't do anything 'keybladish' before that even though the Soul Eater was clearly changing since it was normal in LoD.
I will be voting for Obama as I support his platform more than I do McCain's. I think we actually need to get rid of the conservative view for a while and undo what was done in the past. It would seem harder for McCain to be able to accomplish that than it would be for a Democrat since the Republicans are mostly responsible for putting us in this state in the first place and he'd be going against the whim of his party. I don't think McCain is a carbon copy of Bush as the guy seems to be an alright fellow, but I just feel it's time to change up the government hands somewhat and let us be for a while less conservative. We've lost way too many rights under Bush's administration as well as a lot of friends overseas and I hate to see it keep going that way. Another point to vote for Obama is that he's not 'owned' by lobbyists and so it frees him up as no politician really in some time has been. To not be 'pwned' by corporations like the oil industry is a big boon to me in itself.
I think I agree with what others said and just stop associating with her. Keep it 'cordial' but she's obviously someone you should label as an acquaintance rather than as a friend. She's the fair weather friend that seems to just be using you when no one is around so you may have to be 'friendly' to her but don't vest too much trust in a real friendship with her. The sister seems more a friend so keep hanging around her but when this girl is around other people, don't even bother being around her as it's not worth your self-esteem and she seems to just be using you to 'up her image' by making fun of you. I wish you luck with this. Maybe after some time of realizing you only do 'hang around her' when the sister is around will make her realize you aren't putting up with her tactics and she'll stop it.

I'm going to go ahead and close this since some people seem to be rather taking the point of the thread to other levels that are making others quite upset. Maybe at a later time the subject can come up again but even the creator of the thread is getting disturbed and it just seems to be better that it is closed for now so it doesn't just turn into a 'I should suffer when I die' thread. I am pretty sure Riku opened the door since that was his big crime. Kairi may have wandered in there to see the door open since Riku did not seem to know where she was and Sora finds her later after talking to Riku. The point of opening the door was to connect the world to other worlds and Xehanort's Heartless had the Darkness forces waiting for the event, which I doubt Riku really knew of. Xehanort opened the door at Hollow Bastion/Radiant Gardens and connected his world to the others and coerced Riku to opening the door on Destiny Islands. So probably Kairi got curious and wandered in there, lost her body and her Heart waited there for Sora since she is a Princess of Heart and her Heart therefore had no Darkness and could not be consumed by the Darkness. So, her Heart went to Sora at that time. It isn't really explained very well but I'm pretty sure that's what happened.
I don't think it's likely since Ven only looks 15ish in the game and Sora is 4 on the beach playing with Riku. That would mean he got someone pregnant at 10-11 years old. Seems highly unlikely that Nomura would have such a thing happen. Also, there is no kind of proof Aqua could be the mom. Also, a lot of people are 'pairing' Aqua with Ven and there's really no such proof and she doesn't look like she could have been a mother either as she's seems a bit older than Ven but also she's obviously not pregnant in that fight. So, I doubt she's Sora's mom either since again, Sora was 4 at the scene he is depicted in with Riku who is 5. Chronologically with what we are given, there's just no way it is possible. By what has been given, which is very little information, it seems something happened to Ven. Terra makes the accusation at Master Xehanort, "What did you do to his Heart?" in reference to Ven. So, at this time I'm kind of leaning to the theory that Ven was really messed up and that to let him go on and to help fight in the future, what remained of his spirit may have been merged with Sora. This would answer why later when Roxas separates from Sora, why he looks exactly like Ven and not so much like Sora and also why Roxas is a Nobody that acted with more emotion than the others. Not sure if it's right, of course, but that's more where I believe Ven/Roxas come into play rather than saying Sora is a son of Ven. It could be more feasibly thought out that Ven could be a brother rather than a father but I'm not sure on that either. Also, I don't really see Terra as being Sora's father because he seems around 18ish and he'd have been around 13/14 which is more 'likely' as a possibility, but he really doesn't look anything like Sora other than having brown hair. He's a lot taller and has a lot more of a muscular body than Sora does and in that way he resembles Riku more. If he was Sora's father, one would think that Sora would have inherited some of his height and build which is normal for a male child to inherit that from his father. It just doesn't seem likely.
OoC: Someone might want to let him know to just make a decision which won't take long since the Defense and Prosecution already agreed to the charges so really all he has to do is give Luxord is sentence in the SW universe or whatever and we can move on. Then he could go to coding. If not, maybe I can just have Harvey declare the prosecution and defense are in agreement and to move on so that Luxord can just await sentence and we can move on to Demyx. I saw some. Nothing like Iraq though. One thing I will say about Panama though...the guys there are mostly really short and thin...and then they have these huge 6'5 + ones in there though seldom. It's pretty weird.

But...okay fine, Wendys. No, but I am creating Skynet. In the army I went to Panama and Cuba and it sucked. Other than that I've been to the U.S.'s next door neighbors: Canada and Mexico. I keep wanting to go to Europe and Australia and New Zealand. I will make it happen SOMEDAY!!! You know Spanish pretty well. It was fun practicing again with someone. lol I believe we all have the potential to be bad and some of us just simply choose it. Other times people are cuckoo and didn't take their cute colored pills. People decide that they are sick of getting grounded and sent to their room with no video games or phone. Good = doing positive things that get you nowhere but at least one of those somewheres isn't prison. Bad = doing things until you get caught but it's fun while it lasted. I predict you will get Premium in another month or two at most. Complaining that we all want a different color than pink but never finding the color we can all agree on or that is possible. (Premies should laugh here.) Premiums have some perks but don't really do mod work on the board. You'll see what premies get when you get there in a month! Nope. I know but he didn't really use it as a full blown Keyblade it seemed till after he changed back to normal.
