Harvey sighed. The Defense really did not have a right to dispute the charges before the testimonies even began. The Offense could name whatever charges and were required to prove them and have a need to alter them as the case proceeded so he wasn't sure why she was voicing an opinion already. "With all due respect, the charges are to be investigated through testimonies of probably Sora and also Demyx, since they would be the two most reliable testimonies involved to the case. Evidence such as what you say about Aggravated Assault on Phil can be interviewed then and not before. Also for the record, Aggravated Assault implies that weapons were used and people could be grievously harmed, which was the case in the first fight at the very least between Sora, Donald, Goofy and Demyx. Any weapons used to force conflict can move an Assault to Aggravated Assault, whether the other group has them or not." He turned to Pika. "Do you want to question Sora and then I will question Demyx when it is his turn up?"
What DSK said. He broke off the top part to keep the weapon a secret and it was revealed in KH2:FM when you can fight him as a program. Nomura wanted to leave a little surprise for people.
Welcome to KH-Vids! Hope you'll enjoy your time here and get to know us. Feel free to post around but you may want to read the rules in each forum area before you do if it's outside of the Spam Zone. Some areas have different guidelines. All in all, have fun. :)
It's pretty near certain that Zexion died in CoM when Axel convinced Riku Replica to drain his life force after Riku had beaten him up pretty badly. It also shows he is gone in the Proof of Existence area.
No, that isn't a theory. Nomura said so in one of his interviews. Oblivion represents the connection to Riku while Oathkeeper represents Kairi. There really is no mystery about this. I'm confused why people keep saying it's a 'mystery'. When Nomura says it himself, it's canon and pretty much the debate is over.
lol! Amazing how that placed fart happened to be just perfect though it didn't really happen. I agree, the nodding man was the best.
I'll apologize ahead of time (or behind if you already saw it) for the mess of threads that are being moved etc from the area. This should be cleared out by tomorrow so you have topics here that belong and no, I didn't move everything to the Spam Zone. :) There's a new Tech area that I moved the Tech questions to so that some of them may be answered as I realized many weren't being addressed at all or received little attention. A few threads moved to Spam Zone but not many. Some moved to the Creative area and some other spots. I've made sure to keep links to the other areas that will expire after 24 hours so that hopefully all of you find where the threads went to just fine. This is why there's a sort of mess here but I didn't feel it right to just move topics with no links as people have justly made some complaints about not being notified. If you have any questions, since I did do kind of an overhaul to the area, feel free to ask here and I'll go ahead and answer as I have time to. Sorry again for the confusion if you did come in here and go *blink blink* but I think in the end, all of you will like the area much better...at least I hope so!
Jesus Camp just is one of those topics that makes me...grrr! Yes, I absolutely believe it is brainwashing. Also, it was made by Ted Haggard who used to talk to President Bush...was found out to be with a male prostitute and suddenly 'cured' himself of being gay afterwards. The man was frightening in that he could get 30k people together to rallies and brainwash them, let alone for this Jesus Camp film. I fear people like him and those who run camps like this are making children not want to learn science or about the world they really live in. There's nothing wrong with believing in a religion but when it soaks up people's daily lives and sensibilities, especially children's, I do start to wonder if some of these Evangelical movements aren't just moving towards fascism.
Harvey gave a nod. "I will add on there the Assault on Phil as well. However, the attempted murder charges I think are not really founded as there's proof that Demyx was supposed to beat on Sora to liberate him of his disposition...and the second fight, both were in a duel so neither could really be found guilty since both agreed to it. However, if those are what you want to try to prove, you can. So I'll change mine to... "Theft of the Olympus Stone Aggravated Assault (Olympus) - Sora mainly, Donald, Goofy Aggravated Assault by Proxy (Hollow Bastion/Dancers)- Sora, Donald, Goofy Aggravated Assault - Phil (Olympus) Involvement in Assault on Hollow Bastion/Radiant Gardens. (charges to be discerned through investigation.). I'm not going to add Jiminy to assault charges etc unless he actually is seen as present since he never seems to get injured otherwise. And the attempted murder charges seem very weak to me as one was a duel and the other was clearly intended to just beat on Sora." Repliku shrugged. "I don't want to regret existing even if it was just for a short while. I don't even hate Vexen, but am just more angry he let things end that way. The only reason I'm mad at the Organization at all is because of how they just do things and are allowed to claim a technicality that they don't have emotions. They -do- have memories of emotions and a conscience..a soul. So that excuse really doesn't hold up. I can forgive Vexen, Marluxia and Larxene but none of them care about anything but themselves it seems so it doesn't matter if I would. I'm just sick of hearing lies. I don't want anyone to have to just die, no matter how angry I am. I'm just tired of being a 'creation' and not considered a person so that the two lawyers there can remove anything about me from charges. I don't think it fair at all. ...I am glad Vexen made me. I didn't dislike him until he caved into letting Larxene and Marluxia do whatever. I trusted him."
Hmm, I've eaten both...but would have to say for taste I'd go with Top Ramen as for some reason, Cup Noodles has a bit of an aftertaste and well, there's more noodles in Top Ramen and I never get filled on Cup Noodles...whereas two packages of Top Ramen is usually enough to make me full. Also, I like to add things to my noodles like sometimes a vegetable and I can't do that with Cup Noodles so easily.
Definitely Sephiroth. It isn't even about being a fanboy. He's more powerful and would wipe the ground with Auron's sake bottle. As for which character I prefer, I'd again have to say Sephiroth because Auron to me seemed to be a rip off character of others in former FF games...as many other characters in FFX seemed to be. He's cool but just wasn't that original.
Sorry, Base but this doesn't really go here. You may have to correspond with people in PM or chat events out in your RPG thread. Any questions, pm me.
This would belong more in the Creativity Corner so I'll go ahead and move it there for ya. Nice job, btw. :)
This is more a question for 'Forum Assistance' so I am going to go ahead and move it there.
Moving this to Spam Zone. I'm not sure why someone would close it in Spam Zone, but it seems to me it's where it belongs.
Moving this to the Music section in case others will want to know and it belongs more there.
This is spam so I'm going to move it to the Spam Zone where you guys can continue chatting on it. It's a great topic but just doesn't go here.
I believe there have been tests and studies on bending light around objects and such to make them 'invisible' but it may be a bit more time till it can work on people. I have heard of the study being done though so it's not 'so' far out there.
Harvey gave a nod. "That's all. Demyx is probably the least charged member of the Organization. As for who to call to the witness stand, the ones to contend against him would be best so either Sora, Donald or Goofy are the best options since they were who were present at the moments where Demyx was seen involved." This wasn't going to be that big of a deal in the end as the first two charges definitely would have to stick but at the same time, they were not to the level of any other crimes the Organization had committed. He did ponder if Pika could handle the testimony and he could back it up and it would let the little yellow guy get back in the game and the charges were easily enough to prove. He had removed the 'attempted murder' charge on Sora because it was pretty unfounded and there was no proof of the first fight...and the second, both had entered combat willingly in a duel fashion so any charges there were just not plausible though it be a declared sort of duel to the death. "I would probably suggest Sora for the first testimony." He turned to Pika. "Your thoughts?"
Hi and welcome to the KH-vids forum! Hope you like it here and get to know us. Feel free to post about but read the rules since each section of the forums may be different. You can spam away in the Spam Zone and get to know us more there if you'd like while acclimating to the site. A lot of people here are nice and have already posted you some of the general rules so I hope you'll feel welcome and have fun. :)
