I'm sorry, this is why I hate arguing as I tend to make ignorant sweeping statements or have my information wrong. Yes America has a large army which is currently all over the world attempting to stabilise the world for whatever reason. All of these things that have happened are just incidents, terrible incidents, but nothing more. Tbh, the world could end tomorrow without any way of predicting it, or it may not end for another 1000 years. All of these things are coincidences at the very most.

Dying slowly and painfully over decades, without control over your body so you can't cry out in pain or even move or talk. So you would be stuck in your own mind in intense pain, day after day without the ability to kill yourself or let someone know you want to die. I'd say that would be the worst >_>. But for a simple one I'd have to say drowning, about 10 seconds of burning pain as your lungs try to extract oxygen from the water, and failing horribly. Would be even worse in salt water >_>.

Reincarnation could have some standing in science. The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy can neither be created or destroyed, only changed into other forms. So if our souls (if they exist) are made of energy they cannot be created or destroyed only changed into other forms. This would be like recycling souls and would mean we are just re-born in a different form to our previous one. Of course this is all speculation.
