Communism, as others have said, works on paper. It however does not work in reality without causing great pain to people and oppressing them. It is in our natures to want to become better than we are and work and have that work recognized. In communism, this does not happen. Also, why should everyone have the -same- things such as houses etc? Some people will work harder than others. Part of the working harder is for dreams. If you know you will never improve, why bother working so diligently? You get no rewards but what everyone else gets. It causes people to relax more and not give as much a care because 'someone' will do the work. And people can =say= that the land etc is theirs, but in reality we all know it is the government's to do with as it pleases. No one in communism can live all the same. The leaders are always going to be on a different scale than the regular folks are so seeing as they get better than others do, it makes people even more jealous. Communism just doesn't work with human nature.

This is not to say it -never- works. There are smaller communities where people who have voices and mutually agree to share, grow together etc and appoint responsible people to jobs they want are fine with communism. In a way tribal communities often can work in such a manner and some Buddhist and/or Dao monks operate under this type of living. They all benefit and all can speak, all see the improvements and share when times are harsh. The reason this works though is you are dealing with a much smaller community that operates as a 'family' in a way and they all know what is going on and do their parts to contribute. There aren't a ton of people being misled or that have the potential of being misled and everyone knows what the 'parents' of the communist group are doing and can speak to the people at -any time-. This is the only scenario where communism can work painlessly. Otherwise, communism ends up stealing the rights of people because it knows that people will seek out to improve their living conditions and not like being contained under a strict government that forces them to the lifeway.

However, I don't think straight out capitalism is the way either. While communism kills inspiration and the desire to have things etc, and causes a very big black market...capitalism brings out the bad in people too. Some people have no qualms about stomping on others to get what they want. They also can seem to enslave people for profit and pay out very crappy wages which is why we have a problem now with illegal immigrants and also why there was slavery in the first place. Communism tends to make -everyone- its slave to some degree while capitalism can make groups of people suffer extreme conditions compared to others and both are at fault for taking away rights from some people. Black marketing happens because people feel that they are obligated to have certain things and money can buy -anything- nearly. In capitalism, big corporations also act like governments and nations of their own and exploit smaller business and their workers while shunning responsibilities too. They can and have ruined natural things too and it takes time to reign them in from extreme stupidity.

Some things found in both capitalism and communism is theft, black marketing though for different reasons, and unhappiness in general. and mistrust of government. In the end, I kind of feel some need for the positives of both systems and would be more 'socialist' I suppose in mentality as there are some things I think people should pay into and we get the same rights to. Some of these things include medical care, education, and simple luxuries such as electricity and clean water. Other things though, I think people -should- work for and have the dreams they can own big homes, cars, etc and all because why should we kill the dreams of people that are willing to work hard to achieve things? Corporations also should not be considered their own nations by any decree just because they can leave their home countries and mass produce in other countries and get special privileges. There are things wrong with the systems of both communism and capitalism and those things do need checked out more and people who are regular folks like us should have a voice in what our governments do have going on. In either system, the rights to investigate and fix governmental problems is an issue. Both also try to encourage people to not care or pay attention to what is really going on and we all get jaded at times.

Xigbar did have a unique personality compared to others. However, he also seems to have a history that we may learn of as Braig in BBS or somewhere since Nomura indicated he was somewhat important. Xigbar is also a man that has 'war wounds', scars and well, a scope for an eye. He's obviously been in battles and is a hardened warrior so his outlook on the situation may have been different from other Nobodies. He tends to seemingly take things easy and just go with the flow where as others react more differently, and hence the surfer accent etc. I think he accepted his fate and possibly he may have even known there was a chance through 'death' that he could be rejoined with his Heart and didn't have to do things Xemnas's way. Axel also wanted to have his Heart back which Xemnas commented on along with Saix and they called him a fool. Perhaps Xigbar was quieter about wanting to return to his whole persona.

I suppose though 358/2 Days will HOPEFULLY tell us exactly what Xemnas was up to and how the other Organization members came to join etc. It's hard right now to depict exactly what Xigbar was thinking or feeling at the time and you are right that his reaction was different from other Nobodies in that he had no fear at all of death or care even. I think it's why Sora was shaking his head after the fight in sadness and confusion, because Xigbar's death was different from the others. Even during the fight, Xigbar was having fun etc and seemed to look at it as a challenge. Calling him a 'clever little sneak' etc, made the battle more 'light hearted' and Xigbar was just doing what he would and giving Sora a great battle. It didn't seem forced or anything so even the battle lends questions about Xigbar, as well as his death.

I hope we do learn more because Xigbar was one of my more favorite Organization characters because of his unique demeanor and how he handled things. He seemed kind of distant of some other Org members even though he was number 2 and yet he probably would have been cool to know outside the Org if possible.

Some teens...and well some adults, kids etc in general are just out there. I can see why the mother still loves her kid even if she is being odd. If the girl does get pregnant though, she obviously will have to change her lifestyle or give the kid up for adoption. I guess even if I think some things are rather bizarre, I don't really tend to get on people for them. She can feel how she wants and it doesn't really affect me in any way. Also, the boys she goes out with to have sex etc should be responsible too. I doubt she hides this nature from them if she's so willing to say her mind on a television program so understanding that can mean the boys should have a clue and not want to have sex with someone who is out to just get pregnant any way if they aren't ready for such a thing.

Some boys and girls as teens -do- want children early. It's not that freakish if you stop to think about it but the problem is are they able to actually take care of the kids. Also, some teens are very promiscuous and I won't bother calling a male or female a **** for wanting to have sex. Would people be so appalled if the girl was a boy instead and just wanted to be a playa? As said, if she actually did manage to get pregnant, whether she keeps the kid, aborts the kid, or gives it up, her life is going to have to change to some degree and she'll have to rethink things or just stagnate in her pattern and that's on her. A parent though would want to love a kid regardless of whether that kid is a criminal, sexually odd, or whatever or that parent can't really call itself a parent in the first place. There are worse things this girl could be doing and at least she's up front about it instead of doing what some girls do which is try to trap men into marriage by coercing them to unprotected sex and walla, baby.

Boys and girls, men and women, both have responsibilities when it comes to sexual behavior. If anything, we should take this stuff and know that there are people out there like this and -think- before you personally do something if you don't want trapped in that lifeway.

This is actually more spam material so being moved to the Spam Zone.

It is interesting to point it out though and yes, rail guns have been around for some time as have some other things in MGS. That's one of the reasons the game is so popular. It does take things from the real world that are unique or being studied and incorporate the tech etc in the games.

Since this thread topic is already under discussion elsewhere I am going to merge this thread so that it will fit there and not just be a duplicate thread.

However, racism occurs because it's more like an ethnicity and cultural issue. As some people mentioned, because others have different cultures and don't always just blend in well, it causes strife and friction. Race in itself doesn't exist but to say 'the human race' so I really don't use the term of race hardly ever. Cultural groups like to be identified and part of the process of group unity is finding something outside it to say 'this is why we don't do things -that- way" etc. Wars have been fought over beliefs, ideologies and differences of opinion, land etc. Racism just falls in as a thing that also causes groups of humans to mistrust other groups of humans. It can be overcome and a great many people have learned that color of skin is not important to knowing a person. However, this genuinely only tends to happen if people try to merge cultures and/or sink themselves into the alternate culture to understand the perspectives better and see why things exist as they do.

I don't know if I can say 'racism' itself is always going to exist or not. I do believe it will endure for quite some time but it tends to go hand in hand with religious differences and the way people are raised which can at times contradict how others are raised. There are strong issues of anger with the past over cultural ideals and racism just is part of that. It's prejudice and a way for people to have an easy way out to define what they hate about someone or fear. Those who seek to educate themselves rise above it so we can be thankful for the thinkers of societies that do not just want to hate because someone is 'different'.

I have no idea sometimes where you compare one thing with another like this and it's apples and oranges. You cannot just FEED the world and do everything for everyone in every country. We give millions (if not billions) of dollars per year to tons of people in other countries and also fight to get our own people off the streets. Why should we not use some money to explore and gain insight into space etc?

Did it also cross your mind that we can give tons of money and support, people going over to other places etc and it doesn't mean it's fixing very much? We do a lot, bringing in food, drug supplies, money, helping protect people from getting killed etc. We cannot just do it all or run other people's countries FOR them. Is that what you want? Some places really need a good old fashioned revolution and to know what to fight for, so they can oust these idiots in power that keep them where they are. It is not always our business or problem unless it's getting out of hand. Even then, we have to consider Diplomacy. Politics is a LOT more complex than you are making it and respect of other countries' borders is too. Part of morality is respecting how people choose to live. Despite how annoying politics can be, it IS a part of morality, so really you need to dig deeper to understanding other cultures.

Matter-a-fact, a lot of what you are saying sounds like you really don't research the positions, respect nations, think about the people themselves other than some are starving and less fortunate while others apparently sit on thrones. This is a very naive way to look at it and with ethics, morals, political issues, respect of other people etc, we cannot just support the world more than we already do. We also have to support ourselves.

Every time people want to take out scientific investigations I just shake my head. Space exploration may not be important to you, but so what? We have learned great things from it, to include more on mineralogy, advancing clothing and protections, better food packaging that resists rotting, and things for solar panels, tremendous computer advances, etc. We also have awareness and are working on a way of dealing with Apophis which without studies we'd not know it was potentially going to come near us and has a chance of impact. Isn't that saving lives too?

I really can wonder, Peace-of-war, where you come up with these things and do not research hardly at all before making statements like this.

Lastly, I will add that whether or not you like the space program, where do you get the idea that if we had no space program, we'd have a cure for cancer? That's another argument used by the unintelligent people who want to try to say money makes cures and argue two irrelevant points for comparison. MANY people research cancer. If they can't come up with a cure, it's not the space program that is to blame. It's not the war in Iraq that is to blame. It's not sex education funding that is to blame, etc. It's the fact that cancer has been with us since the dawn of humanity most likely and now that people live longer, it has become more prominently a part of our culture, like heart disease etc. It's the situation that even if people do find ideas etc, the corporations and pharmaceutical companies hold them back. This has nothing to do with the space program. The radiation that is higher now too is part of it. You know what could help us understand the radiation etc more and already has?...the space program.

There isn't a program out there replacing another program for money and funds the way you imagine. Hell, scientists have learned to toss in their own wages to researching, to include medical scientists and space exploration scientists, because the governments don't support them as strongly as they should. However, governments support a TON of things and unless we increase people's taxes, we just aren't going to make everything possible.

Harvey shook his head. "No, it cannot work the same way with Sora. He is a -witness- and giving his testimony that Xelax attempted to have thrown out and he did NOT present ANY evidence to support any of his claims. Both you and Xelax ignored the Testimony and even repeated things and made assumptions. Xelax went so far as to say it was flawed and should therefore be tossed out. Any witness claims are up for debate on validity but they are also understood to be from the wtiness' point of view."

"How do fights usually start? Ever heard the statement of 'Once bitten, twice shy?" Sora's reactions as well as his team members' actions were due to the fact of Demyx's attitude prior and his actions. Demyx IS held accountable for what he did, and if mere words which were only a FEW sentences could be taken as enough to draw out Demyx into fighting, he is still held accountable, just as Sora and his team were for instigating. Demyx did -not- have to be there the second time. The -insults- were not -that- bad and you entirely gloss over the point of the first meeting so as to try to negate WHY the insults were said in the first place. This is skewing the evidence and will not be tolerated."

"Now you add that it was a mutual agreed fight. Xelax is trying to discount the second fight as being just that even though Sora himself said it was and that he did, as well as the two others, say things that were harsh, and therefore you are trying to get a testimony tossed out for NO REASON whatsoever. You are countering your own arguments and also the witness's statement that declares the 2nd fight should have no charges brought against Demyx based on Sora's actions as well. Your friend there is trying to remove beneficial claims to support the mutual battle and so you should have NO problems with it. Xelax seems to have a bias towards Sora and Namine and their statements are valid and will have to continue to be used throughout this case. Neither has told lies or slandered the truth and until you have actual -PROOF- and don't just make statements with no evidence to support it. Either of you could have presented what Pika did but you know why you didn't? It would counter your claims that in the first fight the water entities did NOTHING to Sora and his team which if anything is a lie, that is. Now, Xelax should be forced to take back his claim that Sora's testimony should be removed as it was entirely unfounded."

"The point still is that you brought up what you did and that was fine. His point of tossing out Sora's testimony and lying saying they did -nothing- is the issue here. I can neither confirm or deny that if Sora simply moved, they would do nothing but the issue that he was trapped there and had to do -something- is the point and also that the water creatures -DO- in fact cause damage is also the issue. There is nothing stating in Sora's testimony in this regards that has merit to be tossed out at all. Again, the witness, if anything, was HELPING Demyx and being very truthful giving where he had doubts. If he harbored ill will to the defendant, it might be different but no animosity has been presented from Sora's angle and Xelax once again went on the attack. Only this time he chose to remove a testimony that is in fact validated, regardless of what you say. Demyx couldn't hope to have had a better testimony 'opposing' his own. Take that into consideration. We're not arguing the points of Janexna, but the points of Xelax must be raised as they are unfounded and we'd like the word of the Judge that his statements not be just validated and accepted."

"The only insult given was that he was a 'kook' and a 'wimp'. The part where Goofy says the Org is made up of Nobodies and Sora says 'right, no Hearts!' implies it is a talk between them; not necessarily Demyx. Donald saying 'you can't fool us' is at Demyx. Sora declared a few times that the words were harsh but this still does not give Demyx a way out of being also responsible for his own actions in that battle. However, since Sora himself is unwilling to declare that it was unfair of them to duel and it -was in fact- a duel, implies that Demyx cannot be charged for that so enough with bringing it up already. You are right that the battle may have been able to be avoided though why Demyx showed up there in the first place to deal with Sora is still left to mystery. The point both agreed to the battle is enough grounds to merit that it is not counted amongst the list of charges. However, you keep trying to toss all blame on Sora and his friends and that just won't fly either. The point is the charge is dropped for the second battle."

"Xelax was very wrong to offer opinions and no facts and yet present his argument as though they were facts."

"You do not know what Demyx's orders were. Why can we assume that Axel's orders were to attack Roxas and bring out his memories and if he failed to return to the Organization, he was to be killed, but yet Demyx's orders were different? After all, Demyx does say 'Silence traitor' and goes on the attack. Also, something obviously made him hesitate when he -did- try to run away. It wasn't just words from Sora and his team. It seems Demyx was -meant- to encounter Sora and do -something-. If it was under orders of Xemnas that he should encounter Sora, it was, but this is something Demyx himself must answer. Also, if Sora failed to have a 'Roxas' reaction, what then? We do not know Demyx's true intentions there and since Xemnas is seen after the battle as they head on, it is almost pretty secure to say Demyx was placed in the situation NOT from Sora but by orders. You are right that DiZ did try but so did Axel who was given the command and to comply or else he was to be turned into a Dusk. When Demyx comes up we can ascertain what he was even THERE for because if it was not under Xemnas's orders, he could have ran off and with the Superior right there, something tells me it wasn't just to have a little chat."

"Xelax's statement of saying that Nobodies friendships are so important...let's see here. Didn't the Organization itself not value friendship straight out? Wasn't there a coup and an attempt to kill off Organization members and take it away from Xemnas? Also, Axel himself comments that Roxas was the only Organization member he truly cared about. Namine had some liking towards Axel and Demyx as well as Roxas that could be noted. Marluxia and Larxene were doing a coup and probably had some sort of 'friendship' or at least mutual agreement. However, if friendship was so important to Nobodies, why then would Axel be ordered to convert Roxas back to rejoining the Organization OR killing him? The statement that was made by Xelax is a personal opinion and we could spend hours debating just how important it is to Nobodies and -not- people with Hearts. Friendship is a thing that is as important as people make it out to be, whether Hearted or Nobody. It was a biased statement and that is all there is to it."

"Again, if someone presents a problem and forces you to behavior, you aren't going to be happy about it. If you can have so much sympathy for the Nobodies who have no Hearts then you should have some of that sympathy for what they most want in the first place. Sora and his team have Hearts and therefore acted emotionally to a person that had presented a problem to them and it is also reasonable to assess that other actions such as Xaldin's helped perpetuate feelings. What the Organization most wanted is what you argue about here, which is matters of the Heart. Since the worst done was calling him a wimp, a kook, and pointing out the Organization had no Hearts because they are Nobodies, which some of that was between the team members themselves, I find it hard to believe you find that so offensive. It isn't as bad as what happens in court or real life. Xelax has outright called people liars. I'd consider that worse than anything else done in this court so far. I don't see anyone attacking him physically for his insults. So stop giving Demyx extra justification for violence. It seems he has another reason to stick in that battle which as I said, would come from the fact that Xemnas was there and monitoring everything. We can ask Demyx himself why he -had- to be there when it is clear he wanted at one point to run away by instinct."

"So Demyx was in indecision while Sora knew exactly what he wanted to do, as well as his team? There was a -war- going on, and failure to accept that or the fact Sora and party were attacked by both Nobodies and Heartless doesn't help any. Confusion was on BOTH sides and if anything, the second fight was a sad ill-fated thing to happen that probably Sora and party, as well as Demyx wish could have been different. You said it again that mutual behavior on the sides of both parties make it a duel so yes, let's move on."

"I am starting to wonder if it is being listened to what we are saying here. Xelax declared that Sora had no reason to act as he did and was acting boastful. This IS needed to be countered whether he took it back or not. It reveals how biased Xelax is to make such a blanketed statement as fact with no proof and no asking the witness what his actual feelings were at the scene. He made an assumption along with the others he made and was caught. This is EXACTLY why Xelax should be held accountable. Sora did nothing to Demyx the first battle and therefore it was Sora and his team that had a reason to have the stance and attitude towards Demyx they did the second battle. Xelax would try to prove the first battle was not an assault and it was. Not only were Sora, Donald and Goofy forced to action and also a plot of the Organization's, but Phil was attacked too. He had reasons to not trust Demyx the second time and Pika did not therefore contradict himself. The difference here is that Demyx had reactions off the encounter with Sora the 2nd time. Sora and party still had misgivings from the FIRST time they met. That is the point here. There is no contradiction."

Harvey shook his head. "He was indeed rambling and also told deceptive things as facts and he had no ground to stand on. The -truth- was not brought out and instead there were flaws in Xelax's statements which were opinions only. If he had pointed out flaws and even questioned the testimony reasonably it would have been fine. Instead he says it should be tossed out and on two accounts at least of his statement, he was proven to have misspoken and only retracted one. Just as you have a right to challenge something wrong in a testimony, so it is our jobs to point out and ask for EVIDENCE which Xelax had none. You cannot have a testimony tossed out just because you feel like it. End of story."

"There is no desperate move. We want it clear and acknowledged that the Testimony is in fact truth and from Sora's point of view. Xelax has reason to be attacked for perjury but if he retracts his statement of tossing out the claim and also it is acknowledged that it is Xelax who misspoke and also attempted to unravel things unjustly, we are done with this scenario. We will not stand to have someone's testimony eliminated nor challenged in such a manner with no presentation of evidence to back biased claims. For all Xelax goes on about the Organization being hated unfairly, he sure attacks people that are not in the Organization and are in fact victims of what they had done. Sympathy works two ways and you two seem to have something to prove. You want to prove it, go ahead but I am going to do my job and if there are findings that are just biased attitudes, they are going to always be challenged and asked for proof. If you cannot back them, they have to be tossed out. Xelax seems to forget who is on trial here and these ramblings and accusations when even the witnesses admit to their own sides FREELY without pressure, shows that the witnesses have it right and he is just out for blood. Both Namine and Sora have taken unfair lashings by Xelax while he himself has little evidence to back his audacious claims and does refuse to talk in any civil manner to either of them. It is like the war came to this court room while the witnesses themselves are challenged and in righteousness they should be, but not so much as to discredit them because there is a prejudice against them."

"These witnesses must be used as their accounts are what is had since the crimes were done around them or they were forced to be a part of them. Disproving them is fine. Making up crap at spur of the moment and being prejudiced and expecting us to fall for it is not. That IS perjury. If he is willing to step down from his claims which we have proven, the situation is over. From now on though, he had better present statements with actual evidence and not just hearsay and assumptions. There are things we do not know and this is why after this, we obviously want Demyx to take the stand. Whenever he is ready, we are. However, if we did not bring this whole statement to light and prove things, we would not be doing our jobs either. This case can be very turbulent but we should not regress to the state of children arguing over matters. In court, unlike real life though, we are held accountable for every word we speak. Xelax, in trying to toss out a testimony with no proof of reason is grounds for investigation. It simply won't be tolerated."

"Your honor, we had every right to counter Xelax and ensure justice and the law were actually followed. Attempting to toss out someone's testimony and also misspeaking in his presentation with bias was unfounded and he had no reasons to do so other than a hatred he has. If he had offered actual -proof- he would not be called on perjury but his declarations that Sora misspoke when in fact he did not, were challenges. I hope you understand why this was done and we have presented now why. However, we are willing to drop everything and continue on if Xelax's statements are seen as not accepted and factual since there is -nothing- factual in them. A warning would be nice to stop him from the behavior as he has done now a few times but I am content to just move on with Demyx being on the stand if it is acknowledged and seen clearly that it is Xelax who misspoke and not the witness."

Harvey then sat down and drank some water. He had not wanted to intervene but since it was going round robin, he might as well. It wasn't Janexna's investigation and all he was against. She had her points to prove as the Offense would when Demyx took the stand. However, no challenge to Xelax's statements when some were clearly false, well that had to be done. Some things later in investigation should not be held to facts when the judge would make a call. Soon Demyx would be up and it would be intriguing.

OOC: Btw, where is Demyx's player? I may be blind but haven't seen a post from Demyx in a while. If it was posted, certainly we would have done this segment shorter probably, maybe. Someone might want to pokeish the person.

    HOOOO!

Back when ho wasn't a bad word. I ponder if the creators would have changed the line if they had known what it would evolve into. Good ol' Thundercats. I still remember the first episode when they were naked. Of course you didn't see anything but it was kind of funny when suddenly they get 'clothes' after leaving their homeworld that blows up and I had to think on it and come to the conclusion that they had nothing on before that.

Actually, I had no real idea and just used he. Usually when in doubt I put he/she ...but I was lazy. It can be hard to tell genders on here since we all use whatever avatars or sigs and well, we aren't just all coming out and saying gender because normally it isn't that important.

You people are cool to me whatever gender you are! I usually am pretty decent at telling someone's gender but also it isn't so important usually. In a way, I think it's good if we actually question genders because it shows we're not so different from one another all the time.

I don't think you know where a LOT of our money actually goes. The U.S. and other countries are constantly sending money to other countries in order to help them out, especially in times of disaster. We also send the military and Red Cross as well as Peace Corps out to aid others and they receive a lot of funding to do so. We can't help -everyone- even if we took out the space program. That's the way life goes. People have to figure out their own ways of doing things and no one can be 'big brother' and do it all. Also, too much interference can be seen as rude and obnoxious.

I say we definitely need to continue space studies and exploration. I get tired of hearing people complain it is a worthless endeavor when there are real advantages to it and instead we should focus only on earth. We don't just live -on earth-. We live in this universe/multiverse and why should we not explore it and learn? We don't have to remain ignorant, so why should we? We would not know anything of asteroids that could be potentially harmless to us or be able to travel and learn of our solar system and other places to acclimate ourselves with further surroundings. It is advantageous to explore space and if we -can- we should.

I don't really have a problem with many dubs. I do watch the subbed versions out by fans and some manga but really other than the censoring in dubs and the removal of some Japanese common things like 'chan, san' etc, I don't really mind 'most' dubbed versions. It's often watching the dubbed versions first that will get me to go into exploring the subbed versions and manga.

Sometimes the censoring gets to me, which is why I go find the subbed versions or just tend to watch Adult Swim or some other anime channel that 4kids has no real say on the content. It is normal though for programs to be censored or not permitted on TV for content so I don't really worry about it since I only watch tv now and then as it is and use my computer more. Some dubs are really done quite well so I'd rather see them done than not done as it can often be someone's doorway to finding a decent anime.

Yeah, really if you think about it, a minute to wait to send PMs is kind of a way to provide for our safety and not having to get lamer messages to droves of people in short amounts of time. The bots or someone being ornery could take more advantage of that so sometimes you just have to compromise so that the board is kept safe and free from those kinds of things.

Anti Form comes about by points you accumulate when you use your Forms too often. The percentage to change is also increased when you fight the Org members so this is why when you use Forms in those battles, often you'll get Anti Form.

Since this is answered, I'm going to close it. Any questions, feel free to PM me.

When I first heard of the game, I thought it was the dumbest idea in the world. Disney mixed with FF characters just seemed really a far fetched blend that I had no idea how it would work and it seemed so lame to me that I did not bother to get the game until a year after it came out when it was on sale for 20 bucks and I thought 'oh heck, might as well try it' since I also picked up FFX at the time. I, of course, played FFX first but became bored with the game as it was very easy for me and too linear, so I finally popped the game in and was just amazed at how well it turned out. I ended up playing it through before going back to FFX and then owed apologies to a couple friends who had been saying it was a great game, because they were right and I kept saying 'yeah, sure it is'. lol

They 'may' have gone back to their Somebodies, or some at least did. Axel returned apparently by the account in the novel from Namine, pertaining to him. So, it may be plausible to assume at least some of the others also returned to have their Hearts and may be whole people now once again. The way Nomura had stated the Nobodies could become whole, as you said, leaves the situation up for debate and open so that they may be viewed later as Somebodies or they expired. We just won't know unless he actually brings them back.

Though cool, this is Spam Zone material so I'm going to go ahead and move it there. Nice job though.

It isn't a bad idea. The only reason it may be set to a minute if it can be changed here is because of the flooding potential which does bog down the board. It may be something that has to be in place but that would be the reason why. Too much action like that can slow the board down.

    hmmmm

The rep points aren't really that important. Yes, it gets upsetting at times when someone de-reps you for no reason and doesn't even leave a remark other than something lame. I think we have -all- been there and annoyed at people that do that. Some of us, because of it, refuse to even use de-repping and would rather if we have an issue take it up with the person on the forums.

However, when you earn more positive rep, you won't mind that someone now and then gives you some bad rep. It's fairly easy to get positive rep by posting intelligently and moving around the forums so that others see your posts. It really isn't this bad, so try to take the negative because the positives outweigh them and you will certainly get more rep as days go by. Ok? Don't let some small stuff get you down. Rep is here to stay and you'll see why. It can be fun to see what people think of your posts and trust me, unless you are someone who bashes others constantly, spams, or argues a lot, you will see positive rep definitely outweigh negative rep.

Harvey shrugged. "Right about now, Xelax can be called up on perjury because he misled the court and is in fact opinion giving as 'evidence', Pika. I'll go over with you how and we can turn around the Judge's decision after Demyx since the Judge decided to just go with that and does not want to hear the facts." (in other words to PM).

After whispering with Pika he turned and looked at the Judge. "Actually, your honor, since Demyx is taking time to respond, we may as well do this."

"Objection! We have evidence to claim that Sora's testimony IS in fact very valid and that Xelax has made opinionated statements which are irrelevant to the proceedings and since you have said 'Done' to possibly tossing out Sora's testimony, we would like to counter now. Note that the Defense has -NOT- provided ANY Evidence to back their statements that were said AS FACT. Take it away, Pika Power."

Harvey smirked and crossed his arms. This should be taken hook, line and sinker. So the attorney assumed at any rate.

Sora sighed and then smiled to Kairi weakly. "I just don't get it but I guess that's what has to be expected. This whole trial thing is weird and I don't really know if I want to give testimonies anymore if every time I am going to be called out that I am 'flawed' or lying. It's stupid and what makes that guy's words anymore correct than mine? He's wrong." This is what Sora got for trying to actually help Demyx. The guy over there was zoning majorly and not yet responding for his own trial. He wondered what he was thinking.

Harvey gave a nod. "Yes, you should present that and also insist his testimony stands as what Xelax is doing is all a personal opinion and nothing he said can be declared as fact. The judge should acknowledge the testimony and also he made opinionated statements he had to retract."

Avenger eyed the green Skittles and then ate them. They weren't so bad. Then again, what else Avenger ate might make someone ponder if they were or not.
