Exactly, dwelling on what happened in the past never helps. You get stuck with what ifs and buts that do nothing but drag you down into the depths of depression. I've been there, and I just kept thinking in circles trying to think of ways of doing it differently. What if I had done this or didn't say that. it helps no-one. The only thing you can do is accept that it has happened and move on. But you should never forgot, because these are the sort of experiences that you have to learn from to prevent them from happening again or at least limiting the damage next time.

Get AVG free, and Spybot Search and Destroy, and Adaware. We use those and our computer has very few viruses. Also, shadowjak gives good advice. Find the file on your computer. Look in the temporary folder, that is where most viruses like to hide.

I have heard that there is an option (possibly in the control panel somewhere) that stops Vista from asking permission every 5 seconds. As for me I haven't tried it so I can't really pass comment. But I have heard people saying it is better to wait for Service Pack 2 to come out, as by then most of the major bugs will be ironed out. Btw, is Linux any good? I don't even know what it looks like >_> (sorry for the off-topicness ^^')

I read somewhere, or else someone told me, that our cells have a mehcanism that kills them. So our bodies are programmed to die =/ The only problem with raising the life expectancy (or making people 'immortal') and not sufficiently lowering the birth rate would be the massive over-crowding that would occur. There is a big enough problem now with all of the baby boomers retiring and there aren't enough people coming into work to pay for their pensions. This means taxes will go up =/ This could all lead to enforced euthanasia, like in Soylent Green............
