I have a lot of investigating to catch up on. I'll have to do that later if I'm still alive. Today was very busy! So who's all croaked?

It is so addicting to do that to people. I've said it more than a few times when playing around. I feel sorry for a kid I have in the future that will be doing something bad and I'll be like "Get over here!" in that voice.

Staff members are members just like anyone else except for we have some extra responsibilities tacked onto it. I <3 this site and enjoy talking to friends and all. If I felt I had lost that connection with people and was getting too big for me britches, I'd quit staff because this place wouldn't be what it once was to me.

Life is grand. Have cookies while we wait for our next kira. *steals them from Amber's castle for us all*

No problem, TKM. If I forget though, know I declare immediately I am atrocious with names and occasionally need a reminder. :)

My nights are so much more exciting now that I have a stalker. ^_^

I didn't include former people who didn't respond so that those who want to play declare so and the list isn't with members that don't respond. I think some people joined and as said, forgot about it or decided we were all nuts and didn't want to play with us loons anymore. Glad to see so many people are in again. :)

    And hey there TrueKeybladeMaster!

For a long time I thought it was Axel he was referring to, which would have made sense to me because the scene after is with Axel and also Axel did help Sora in the end and gave up with trying to help Roxas, feeling he was finally in the right place. He did after all say that Sora reminded him of Roxas and gave him that same feeling that made Axel feel he had a Heart. When he looked down and saw the 'friends' below Sora, Roxas realized he was fighting only for himself and Sora was fighting for his friends. To me that made enough sense and in a way still does.

However, I also do think it referred to the Keyblade as well. Roxas was given Oathkeeper and Oblivion from the connections to Riku and Kairi and yet he was still pretty selfish. The 'he' may have been a mistranslation that should have said 'it' instead. The same point of Sora fighting for his friends while Roxas fought for himself is made clear and at the end, Roxas gets his revelation that Axel actually did care and was there for him and gets to go back in peace to Sora because he finally gets things more and knows he actually was cared for and could care and help others more. He found himself by fighting Sora basically and coming to realize the Keyblade did choose him for the right reasons.

As for Riku, Riku is a staunch defender through and through. I'm kind of confused how Nomura 'blurred the line' or why anyone would ask why Riku was the chosen one at first for the Kingdom Key. Yes, he was facing corruption at the hands of Darkness in KH1, but why? It was because he was duped, misled and he was also trying to save Kairi. Just because he was misled didn't mean he wasn't still trying to do the right thing. He lost it the moment he gave Darkness more credit than his friend, Sora. Had he chosen to let Sora help him save Kairi, he would have kept the Keyblade. But he was led to believe Darkness was more powerful and he was also being corrupted by its influence which was making him fall into a state of madness and confusion. If Riku was not messed with initially, he would have been a great Keyblade wielder easily. His devotion in KH2 is extraordinary where he chooses to entirely rise above his own pain to save people, his friends, warn others, and just be alone having to do a lot of it incognito. He also watched over Sora for some time as he was on his path of 'redemption'. Riku's failures happened because even the best intentions can lead you down paths you don't want to go when others are using you and you are a 15 year old island boy that hasn't gotten to see how rotten some beings can be. I sincerely doubt that Sora, had he been initially chosen, would have faired much better because he has his flaws too and one of them is being rather absent minded and following his Heart a bit too much. Both boys had their flaws and I'm sure Xehanort's Heartless could have messed with either because of their naivety. I could go into more but yeah, that's speculation on personality of both characters which could be done elsewhere.

I'm going to move this to Spam Zone as there's no way in KH2 this would be even possible and the game is long gone and over with. No one's going to work on the game again to change it around. It was meant as a solo player game and that's just how it is. Though it may be something 'possible' for KH3, I doubt that will happen as well, but maybe something of interaction would be possible with whatever game platform Nomura chooses for it in the future since all have more luxury in a way to do so.

I think I get the question you are asking but if not feel free to correct me here. When Sora, Riku and King Mickey had to open the door at the Altar of Naught, it was to go to Xemnas. Yes, they appeared in the city again, in a way but I think this was a fabricated city and scenario in Nothingness to face Xemnas. Xemnas's power element was Nothingness and played by his rules. I think we are just left to understand that the two characters and Xemnas fought on a different planar level of TWTNW. After all, in the regular world, obviously buildings weren't being tossed and they weren't flying around etc.

I kind of took TWTNW to be not a world in itself but like the Nobodies, what remained after worlds were taken by the Heartless, or more like the memories of places that existed after the Heartless consumed those places, given a fabricated body like the Nobodies were. The door basically went on to Xemnas's control and connection to the place as he was the first Nobody. Almost like a dreamscape of some sort. I know I am not explaining this well but it is hard and well, speculation.

As for the Door to Darkness in KH1 that went to the real Kingdom Hearts, that door also led to Darkness which is why Riku had to remain there and King Mickey had to seal it from the other side too. That door was different from TWTNW door we see at the end of KH2. Also, Sora and his friends had to go through to the End of the World to face 'Ansem' which was holding the -actual- remains and chunks of places that the Heartless had destroyed of the worlds. TWTNW I looked at as holding the 'memories' of places kind of like the Nobodies also had their memories for the most part. Hope this helped at all. When I'm more awake after work perhaps we can theorize a bit more on it, but yes, it was never explained very well at all, which does leave some holes.

I'm in again. Hope you guys liked the hokey message of death because well, mwahaha is such a fun laugh of evil. That was fun. Now back to investigating! I felt bad for Pyro so I had to do a kill spree to make up for no deaths caused but her own. However, being a secret Kira, the situation merited madness. If I ever get to be Kira again, I will probably be more weird because then I won't be such an easy suspect! Maybe. >.> This game is actually really going great because so many people are really investigating and also no one knows for sure all the time what's going on. ICSP, you really thought of a super idea.

If others are in, just post and declare so and we'll make sure you get added on the list. I didn't want to include the list from last game since some people didn't post at all during the whole game or just posted once or twice and may have forgotten of it or lost interest. Happy hunting and Death Note giving!

I'm sorry to hear that. I hate losing pets. It's always very sad. *hug* I hope you will be alright and you did take care of him despite knowing that he was going to die so that may be why you aren't crying. You are in shock but at the same time, knew it was going to happen. I'm sure the parakeet lived the best life it could have, especially with that situation. Don't be hard on yourself. You don't fail at life. You gave it the best life it was going to have, though it was sadly cut short.
