Heartless_Vice was sitting there at his desk thinking and all and penning some words in a notebook when the door slammed open and cops rushed in. He attempted bravely to escape but Near's accusation was dead on. Jumping out the window to his death, Heartless_Vice was no more and the Death Note was recovered, only to be lost again before the authorities could get the evidence to the cop house....to be passed on by a bad little Shinigami sometime later today who would trip over a peach. Congratulations Haseo!!! You win the round. Go Near! Round 10 will begin when a list is compiled of all those interested and I select the next Kira. So you guys know, yes, Shades initially was the Kira and passed the DN to Heartless_Vice. Both did a good job but the investigators were on it today. Congratulations everyone!

Death: FinalForm is sitting there pondering away hard on who the Kira is and thinks so much that he dies by a brain anneurism. Death: 2:50 PST. Death: What? ponders the meaning of life thinking about so much. The philosophical debate leaves him with negative thoughts and he commits suicide leaving only a message on a piece of paper, scrawled with his last word... "What?" Death 2:50 PST.
Jojoj13 was taken into custody at 2:39 PST. He had been beaten up so badly that he began to think he was the Kira and said so. However, the cops did not find a darn thing at his place except for some Archie and Casper the Ghost Comics. The closest thing resembling a Death Note was a book of song lyrics that could have been written by a 7 year old. Despite his deluded confession, he jojoj13 was released due to lack of evidence and turned over to the hospital for mental evaluation and treatment for a concussion.
It means they don't think you are Kira just because you weren't in the game when the DN was dropped by my foolish self.

Death: 1:44 PST. Pyro was playing with matches and decided that was enough of that. It was time to draw a really nice picture and be super creative. She began drawing and became frustrated, ripping off paper after paper as her design in her mind was just not coming out as she intended. In a sketching frenzy her fingers were being sliced by the paper she ripped off but she did not notice and the wounds continued opening up until at last she fell over from bleeding to death. Accusation: ICSP was literally dragged down into custody cussing up a storm. He had been taken from his job and was not at all happy with the interruption. There, he played an excellent Neo, flipping off the cops as they slapped him around and tried to even get him to tell them what the hell ICSP really stands for. Kicked into a cell with Bubba for a few hours, the cops then went and scoured his house with Pine Sol but found nothing except some illegally pirated music, to include Barney's 'I love you' song. He was released due to lack of evidence.

Shades was taken into custody at 1:16 pm PST. Brought into the interrogation room, he refused to talk until a box was set down and opened casually by the 'bad cop'. The big brawny bad cop then proceeded to bash and smash various sunglasses he pulled out methodically from the box. This traumatized Shades who could not talk anymore and stood staring forwards with a blank expression as he watched his own shades get ripped piece by piece in front of him. Life had never been so traumatic. An investigation of his home revealed that his dad likes a lot of porn and his mom saves a lot of coupons but no Death Note was discovered. Shades was released due to lack of evidence. DEATH: Time of Death: 1:24 PST Upon Shades' release from torment as he was tossed out onto the street and told he better stay out of trouble... DemoN:||D@ys was walking along and went to check out a stray cat that was mewing all cutely in an alley. It skittered behind a dumpster and he followed, then being hit by a sudden heart attack and collapsing. The kitten nuzzled his face as the light went from his eyes and climbed on his back. Shades, as you walk by you discover the body of Demon laying in the alley with a kitten sitting on his back, cleaning its little dirty paws so innocently.
Demon, you need to make the accusation and not just leave it as a question. Are you solidly accusing Shades?
Guys, the blood painting was a joke reminiscent of how Cocohints had died in a prior game. There was no real clue. Keep in mind all Shinigamis will make the deaths more 'flavorful' when someone dies since well, you aren't going to see the Death Note. The Death Note will just have a basic description perhaps such as 'die of a heart attack while at the computer'. It is then up to the Shinigami to describe the death as others would see it. Some kiras I am sure will be more elaborate but this paints up the scene. Also, I need to have people say "I accuse" or something and not leave it a question.

Xemnas called for a vote on who might be the one they risked sending through a portal to try to escape this prison. Xaldin or Larxene...what a choice! He was deliberating this over in his head seriously when the announcement came that there was a new higher Nobody. This was curious though not unexpected. It happened not so frequently and yet the possibility of a new higher Nobody being created from a fallen strong Heart to Darkness was always there. He leaned back in his chair now, chilled out for the moment, awaiting the Newbody. Zexion was thoughtful. But he was not really pondering about Larxene or Xaldin anymore since his mind was made up. Instead, intricate puzzles were in his mind of how the universe worked and what Xemnas had said. Zexion had helped on gathering data for years and so some of what was leveled to the others, he already knew. Vexen was missing out on his chance to be a brain and declare more knowledge on the subject and for that, Zexion was almost too thankful. Yeah, your situation does kind of leave you trapped. At this point with what you have going on, I think perhaps moving with the relative you have, if he'd permit it, would be a good move for you since if your home schooling is going so slow, you may be able to get more help. Your education is important and this is really setting you back. Believe me, I understand how it is to be talked down to and treated like trash. I too at 13 really hated my life and those around me who were making me rather miserable. But seriously here, you are 15 and please don't be hating yourself. If you can get yourself out of there, you might feel a lot better. Having social anxiety is intimidating but you can get help for that too. Maybe part of the reason you have it is that you are home schooled and so not able to hang out with others enough, plus having the turbulent things going on at home certainly doesn't help with anyone's state of mind. Definitely, the singing and writing songs may be an excellent way to vent and also produce something creative. You also say you are a graphics designer, so that's a great outlet too. Doing these things will let you hopefully see how creative you are. You seem more into these arts and well, many artists do have troubles expressing themselves at times in front of other people. There's nothing wrong with that though. We are all wired differently and that's what makes us cool. You are gifted so don't throw that stuff away and maybe it will take you places if you keep at it. I hope things get better for you. Just realize one thing here though. You make yourself be who and what you want to be and don't let these people's words to you bring you down. They aren't knowing the real you because they are being rather selfish and self-absorbed. I think you may be onto something when you say you would wish to move. Sometimes that is the best option, and in your case, with all that is happening, it just may be that. Hang in there!
I have to agree with his choice as Huckabee was the worst choice anyone could make and the other two were not such good choices. She may actually boost his campaign more.
