You guys need to recruit more. Maybe I could make another thread to draw some more attention to the game, but I think it could wait till after this game perhaps and it's up to ICSP as well. I would like a couple/few more people in the game before I begin to give whoever I choose as the Kira a fair chance.
SHINIGAMI - Repliku Dead people: The Zombies be gray. none yet. Investigated: Those interrogated and released are blue. none yet. Detectives/Suspects Those suspected more are brown. To play, just post again and you will be added in for the new round.
Accusation Pyro accused TKM and no one caught my lame Keyblade pic clue. aww. They would have gladly hauled him off to the cop shop were it not for the fact that when the police arrived at the house, a body was found in the tub, filled with water and fruits tossed in that were half eaten. Identifying the body that had been clearly dragged around for a good night on cement behind a truck and then put in a tub was an interesting task but finally it was identified as TrueKeybladeMaster. The Notebook was found hovering through the air and went out the window before cops could capture it. Out the window the Shinigami flew to go in search of a kira and left the police with even more questions. I'll have a new kira sometime tonight. Peace out.
Yes, yes, I finally managed to get the key! (She will kill me if she hears this but it'll be funny too). Sorry Demon! You now have a reason to really solve this case, don't you?
They are nearly ready. The polls for nominating closed Friday so give them a bit more time guys!
Sarah's awesome but that was some of the worst rhyming I've seen. ..no, that's not true. There's always worse. Any way, your name..rhyme.. Saki - walkie-talkie, rocky Your other name? サキ アマミヤ...uh, I can't even figure out how it's pronounced. Okay, I'm a bad rhymer too. :(
The Shinigami is bored and all so here's a picture to entertain us.
I have determined that Sarah, you can't rhyme for anything. All that's in red doesn't even rhyme barely at all. Let alone absinthe and plagiarist were spelled wrong. *sends you to rhyming school*
I'll only be taking the first one serious since there's no evidence for any of the others. Accusation DemoN:||D@ys was dragged down to the station by an ear, surprised he could get accused with not even one death in the team yet. Somewhere he kept hearing some ruckus laughing but he couldn't pinpoint why. Tortured by having to assist on the set of the HSM movie and listen to them sing without digital enhancements yet, with eyes and ears bleeding he still was adamant he could not possibly be the kira and he was going to get revenge on who turned him in. However, after all this, going to his house revealed a ton of porn on his computer and otaku art but no Death Note. He was released due to lack of evidence.
I wouldn't necessarily call people lazy who want to see this implemented but at the same time I don't really see a reason to implement it. Perhaps though it's because I don't really use it but to do temporary things like with RP when I choose a character to be. I always color up the character texts and sometimes change the font and it's only really a few seconds I spend doing so and I do it for quite a few characters even in the same post and it doesn't consume much time at all. I'm not really against the idea or for it.
The Kira isn't killing so they figure they don't have to work to find the Notebook. The shinigami grows restless, but at least for the next few hours I have fruit. We will see what happens soon... >.>
Awesome pics, pyro. You are pretty. Absol is absolutely right. You just suck at volleyball. >.> And TN and Nymph of Destiny...a couple made for men to admire.
All better NAOW!! *nomnnomnnomn* Since taking on the role of Shinigami, I have to say I eat healthier. When I get back to being regular L again, it's back to the junk food.
Lexaeus really was fitting his name as 'The Silent Hero'. He did not really trust Vexen, which Zexion did not either, but he did try to keep peace between the two others and keep some sensibility. To me, he was that silent warrior sort like a Samurai depiction or Native American silent warrior sort. He had an honor and calmness about him that said he would sit through about anything until his honor was besmirched or he had to let out his combat ferocity. Like his element of earth, he was calm and a pillar of strength but when in combat, he was volatile and a force to be reckoned with. He really was Riku's strongest opponent other than Ansem (Xehanort's Heartless) because both are in their ways connected to earth. Riku is very physically strong but this was the battle in which his strength was not aiding him so much as his speed and dexterity were. It was a harder fight for that reason. I do think that even though we only see a little time with Lexaeus being on the screen, we could ascertain those principles about him that he was honorable, strong and committed, as well as intelligent. His appearance of being a hulking huge guy often make people depict him as dumb but he was not. He made his mistake in trying to force out the Darkness within Riku but he did not know what lurked truly within Riku either so the mistake was out of ignorance and not done so by foolhardiness. All in all, a lot of people were neutral or not caring at all about Lexaeus, but I found him to be cool. I sometimes ponder if he looked more 'androgynous' like some other Org members if he'd have been more popular. There aren't really many if any fangirls out there of Lexaeus heh.
They aren't 'fake' Keyblades but more 'pseudo' Keyblades. The Dark Keyblade was a pseudo Keyblade made from the Hearts of the PoHs. It wasn't fake at all, but it was a temporary Keyblade with a purpose to unlock Hearts and the Door to Darkness. Other than that, at this time we can't really tell if Kairi's Keyblade also was a pseudo Keyblade or not and whether Riku made it from his connection to her Heart or not. So until we actually see it again and get more of its history we won't know. As for the prior BBS Keyblades, there's no way to tell if they are pseudo Keyblades or not since we need to learn more overall about the Chasers themselves. In the end, there is not a fake Keyblade as all of them work on what they were designed to do and all have magical properties.
It's your fault!!!! Not really. Well I hope the kira ends up doing something sometime because I'm getting bored too and no one is feeding me. I suppose I'll check back in a few hours and hope. I'm so tired. *yawn*.
Schindler's List really was a powerful movie. It just blew me away and I was particularly especially fond of the ending where some of the people who were actually still alive came out with the actors of themselves and put stones on Schindler's real grave. That was very emotionally moving to me and I have to say this is one of the few movies I have actually had tears from because it was so real. It was probably this movie that was the biggest reason why I decided to research into WW II so much. I had studied into it before but not with the fervor and intrigue that came from watching that movie so Spielberg did a great job of making me spend after that 100s of hours reading material of all sorts from notable historians. The weapons and planes etc are interesting to me, but I think the more interesting things to me are that the human nature played such a great role and well, it was a severe peek into what can happen in a fascist movement. Japan and Germany were both swept up in their own types of fascism and had Japan instead of attacking the U.S. chosen to go on and attack Russia from the other side while Germany was hitting them from going East..well things might have been different due to the U.S.'s desire at the time to remain neutral and aloof. The nature of people though was obnoxious at the time and some people try to even to this day say things that are extremely racist. They actually called the removal of the Nazi minds 'de-nazification' of' the people of Germany. Also, there is still a law that building a positive image of Hitler and the Waffen SS and the activities of the Holocaust as a positive thing in Germany and some other Nordic countries is illegal to this day. So the main thing I examined a lot of really was how Nazi behavior gripped the Germans and why a vast majority were swept up in this behavior and movement that today people can look back on with bitter contempt. Only by understanding how it happened do I feel we can make sure such a thing never happens again. Has it happened before? Yes, definitely it has. People have been swept up in movements of racism, hatred of governmental systems and religions, misunderstandings, and a feeling of utter righteousness in what they were doing despite the fact people would have to die to make goals happen. So, I do hope we get to discuss some of these matters and what we feel helped motivate such a movement in the first place. Just the very design of the Waffen SS and SA with Hitler's rise to power is very moving and the scenario prior to that of an impoverished nation having to pay out war reparations and losing face from WW I were mainly what set the stage. Anywhoo I'll stop rambling since I could go on a while but it does seem people are interested in talking about it, so it's a great thing to do as long as we can all keep our heads about it.
It's not the Shinigami's fault. I r innocent! kind of.
Yeah, well, I suppose the kira is building up suspense? Yeah, that's what we'll say. Hopefully some deaths will happen sometime. I have to go for a while though so we'll see. If I don't hear anything later today I'll do something inventive.
Don't ask me what's going on because I can't tell you. :(
