Eddie continued to drive through the halls of Thel's ship, narrowly dodging Reaper fire all the while. "Don't worry Melvin, I got th-HOLY SHHHHH-" Just then, as if from nowhere, a Hydra pulled itself into the same room as Eddie and co., but it seemed to be after the large creature instead of them. "Now's our chance!" Eddie exclaimed, doing a 180 to turn around. "Alright everybody, brace yourselves! I'm gonna drive underneath the Hydra's legs and into the Normandy. From there we can try and bail outta here. Let's just hope we don't get pissed on by that Hydra on the way there." Eddie sat there for a minute, and readied himself. "Alright...One...Two...THREE!" On three, he slammed on the gas, sending the car screaming through the hallways. When he finally made to the final stretch to the Normandy, he activated the Nitro, which caused the car to go even faster. "Hang on!" Flames poured from the many gas pipes on the vehicle, leaving scorch marks on anything even remotely close to the Deuce*. Luckily, the walkway leading to the inside of the Normandy was still down, allowing Eddie to drive right inside, which he did. After smashing into a wall, Eddie turned the car off and stepped out. "Alrighty, Shepard. Do your thing." *The Deuce = Eddie's Car. Lovely name, ain't it? Also: Yeah, I put a walkway there for convenience. If it was there before, awesome. If not, sorry.
