Funny you should mention power outages. We've been having them all over Michigan today with that freakin' big storm we had yesterday. Earlier today there were reports of flooding so bad that it knocked out people's power (Don't ask me how, I'm just going by what the news said). In one place the flooding was so bad that more than half of a semi truck's trailer was submerged. Lucky for me though there was no flooding around my house.
