    ACCUSATION
Xephos accuses Nate_Rivers. Nate Rivers is taken down to the police station, hung upside down and tickled with feathers for hours by some really obese women in bikinis. He insists he can't be the Kira but his home is torn up any way, because the search for evidence just ignores all pleas of innocence. Going through his house reveals he has a huuuuge collection of Gobots, which just never were as popular as Transformers, but no Death Note. He is released due to lack of evidence.

xD, sorry for making you feel paranoid. I would though try talking to the friend first so you can smooth that situation. If he and you know you've got some attraction there, you are fine in that regard. Did she and he break up badly or just kind of agree to separate? That will probably make a difference in this. Good luck with it all and again, sorry for the paranoia complex we've bestowed on you. *hug*

Most fast food businesses do have calorie lists, especially the big business chains. I've asked and received them from Hardees, McDonalds, Burger King, Quiznos, Subway, Red Robin, Wendys and quite a few other places just to do my own comparisons for amusement. Restaurants that aren't fast food places often don't have calorie menus because portions change and the menus are much larger. Maybe though this is in the areas I have been in but I've been able to ask now for 5 years and have been to NY, Arizona, North Carolina, California and a couple other places. I will say though usually you have to -ask- for them because only Subway tends to have it out to see.

The thing is though, EVERYONE knows that fast food is high on grease and carbs. Everyone. We also know that candy has a ton of sugar and fat etc. We all -know- this. The food is food. Some families cook just as fatty food at home. Do we know it's fatty and not that great for you in large quantities? Yes.

So, who's fault is it that people go there and eat? Who's fault is it that some people won't get up to find a remote? Won't go for a walk around the block? Will take the elevator all the time instead of stairs? Won't do exercise? Fast food places in the majority have changed quite a bit to offer also more healthy options on their menus too. So if someone every day eats 2 triple cheeseburgers at Wendys, mows down on 2 Whoppers and large fries etc ... whose fault it is becomes oddly very clear to me.

I eat at fast food places maybe once or twice a week. Yes, I get a good fat burger now and then. I also go exercise and take care of myself. Some obese people can't help it that they are so because of their metabolisms and some of them don't even eat fast food. They have medical issues that need addressed to get their metabolisms under control such as a faulty thyroid or some have heart problems etc. These people aren't really at fault for what is happening to them and I'm sure a lot of them wish they could lose weight just by switching to a diet.

Those who are eating all that junk though and don't do physical exercise to support the -need- for the extra calories are just asking for it. It's their own fault. If you want to eat high calorie foods you must do the activities to warrant the need for it. Otherwise it's best to switch the diet around or just at least cut back. People don't have to eliminate fast food from their diets for the most part, but they do have to learn to not make fast food the "staple" diet. The overweight people that tried to sue McDonalds are overweight because maybe they need help in another way which is called dealing with an addictive personality disorder. If these people weren't 'addicted' to fast food because it's available, they'd probably be addicted to drugs, alcohol, gambling or something else because they could get their hands on those instead. They don't deserve money. They need mental help if this is the problem or they need to get their rears to the gym, if it's not.

Well, good luck with it and when you feel ready do the move. I can see why your friends are poking at you because it seems they know you are very shy and they are just trying to help you out. As I said though, when you decide on things in yourself, it's probably best they aren't so around so they don't make you feel more humiliated as you are going to be having to talk to her AND deal with their interference otherwise. I hope things work out for you!

Yeah, as CtR said, you may want to talk to your friend and ask if she's 'over him' and then well, make a decision. It's not an easy position to be in but talking to the friend might get you to see how things on her end are and well, if she's not okay with it, at least you did the right thing asking on her feelings. Then, you'll have to make a choice. Just also make sure he's not playing with you as sometimes people do to get back at someone else. I wish you luck because it's not easy to be stuck in that situation.

Still sounds to me that you have an illegal pirated copy whether you have the disk or not. Does the other disk work? At this point there is really nothing we can do for you but to say you should make sure you have a valid copy and if you do, send it back for a refund or swap for a new disk. Sometimes pirated copies do get out of games and they aren't complete. We can't really help you with this issue so I'm going to have to lock this.

I believe they have their own souls and therefore wills, but yes, I'm sure that Xemnas to keep power over them does exert some form of control. I just believe that Saix stated it pretty clearly that they could think and were not mindless drones like the Heartless were. As the lesser Nobodies in life before they became so had weaker Hearts and probably weaker souls, they probably are more malleable to needing guidance of some sort and I do think Xemnas and others of the higher Nobodies had 'control' over them but I believe Xemnas could also sever ties if he chose to. Being pretty weak of will, the lesser Nobodies without the 'orders' of the Nobodies, probably would loiter around not doing very much. However, there's a difference to me of someone giving an order to be followed versus having a mental domination over them. I believe sometimes all the Org needed to do was give them orders. With the Heartless, you would always have to exert mental domination over them because they have no minds to communicate with. They are base creatures only looking for Hearts. Nobodies are more complex than that and could probably be told to do something and told how to it if necessary and they could do complex things without absolute control needed. I'm also sure at times mental domination was or could be employed, but I'm saying with Nobodies it didn't have to always be that way.
