Okay, the Kira kills by writing the name in the Death Note and a time (such as immediate, 3:Pm) etc, along with 'method' such as 'heart attack', 'suffocation', 'suicide' etc. The Shinigami then posts the death how it 'actually happens'.
I got to get me one of those.

That's cuz i am L. Death Death: 9:30 Pacific. Cin decides to take out Legos because he ran out of Eggos. He pops a couple Lego bricks into his toaster and they melt, causing a fire. Stuck in the house with nowhere to go, he dies from the smoke long before the flames burn him and the house up.

Basically the titles are given to people that earn them through the game with their style of personality and how they deal with the game. Basically if 'characters' are open and you match how they are and do the case etc, well you get the title.

Accusation Cin accuses Gwen. Gwen gets her butt hauled down to the police station. She is forced to listen to Hannah Montana music backwards and forwards to hear if there are any satanic verses stuck in there somewhere that might affect young children. She is then forced to eat a civil meal with the Cheetah Girls and not tell them how much they suck. She does not confess to being the Kira and tries to make the best of all this even if her ears are bleeding. Her house is gone over with a fine tooth comb, or rather a pack of dogs and rowdy cops that knock all her stuff around. Other than finding love letters to characters from some drama island show, there's nothing really there. She is released due to lack of evidence.
