You don't have to hate America to not do the Pledge. Surely, you are all so unsure of your patriotism that you have to say a string of words in front of a flag with your hand over your heart? I'm proud to be British (well, Northern Irish first), but I don't feel the need to proclaim it to everyone everyday. NO NO NO A PALINDROME!

Blind patriotism is as bad as blind faith, and neither should be forced on children in school.
