I think the point is he shouldn't have been making the mistakes and bad plans in the first place. Prevention before cure thanks.

If you did have everyone as being separate, the system would become even more complicated than it already is. I personally think that the party system should be done away with too (especially considering the American system is virtually a two-party dictatorship), but it would be very hard to put into practice =/

They have said that results aren't to be expected for another year to 18 months anyway, so what's a couple of months on top of that? lol

Trust me, we will all have forgotten about it by the time the results come out.

I know there are a lot of other countries out there with higher levels of corruption, but those are like the African countries where the government is barely holding together. We are talking about the government of a world superpower (even if it is a waning one). A country that prides itself on freedom and fairness and yet has a corrupt central government?

Anyone else sensing the irony here?

Of course they have a lot of control. Sure it's the "Great American Dream", everything is possible as long as you have the money. If they want something done, they just bribe a senator. The level of corruption in the American central government must be immense, the amount these companies get away with things.
It is certainly a mammoth task that Obama takes on, that is, if he sticks to his promises. All politicians lie, and they all slag each other off. I personally believe that any election for a position of political power is choosing the lesser of the evils.

A lot of the price of oil is down to speculation, gone are the days when it was pure demand and supply.

The cheapest I've seen is £1.06 per litre at the Asda near my school. I can remember when it was around £0.70 / £0.80 ._.

It has actually been shut down until next spring due to a leak of the super-cooled helium used to make the superconducting magnets efficient. (and because electricity is too expensive for it to be feasible to run during midwinter).

People seem to forget that she is also a "Young Earth" creationist. Not the most rational or sane people.

This is taking leisure hunting (which I already believe should be banned as, to be perfectly honest) to an all new ridiculous level. She should be released into the forest and hunted from an airplane and see how she likes it >.>
