You have a point, but the parents may be more interested in how their children get on if they are having to pay through the nose to have them at the school. On the point of uniforms, in the UK most schools have uniforms. That is including state and public schools =/ IT SUCKS D=
Lol in the UK public schools are the ones you have to pay for ;D State schools being the "free" ones. Even though we have to pay a school fund >_> Anyway, I got to a state school but it is a grammar school aka the higher level state school (a system they are trying to abolish even though they did that in England and it failed miserably, same with the 11+ but not Catrione Ruane is an airhead >: ) State schools are essential to ensure that everyone gets at least a basic level of education but I can imagine at a private school people may be more willing to learn as it is a privilege to be at the school (especially considering how much they cost @.@)
