PE (a.k.a Physical Education) at A-Level involves both written and practical coursework. A guy who goes to after school hockey training (field [well AstroTurf] not ice >_>) has to coach someone every week, as well as attend at least 3 training sessions a week of several sports.

    Also, you only do 8 subjects? We have like 10 or 11 O_O I got 7 A*s and 3 A's ;D

And then AAAB, but I am resitting a paper in the B subject to try to bring it up. I'm dropping it this year too =] Although I've been trying the past two weeks but our head of year never seems to be able to "get round to it" *eyeroll*

I need at least ABB I think to get the university course I want @.@ But that's at masters level, the bachelors degree has lower entry requirements x]

American school systems seem hopelessly over complicated, what happened to getting an actual grade?

    xD

Jesus wasn't even born on Christmas (Giftmas for the secular holiday, or even Mithras Day if you are so inclined). The 25 of December was only used to help the Roman people get used to it so that they could be more easily controlled.

Jews For Jesus. The main (and possibly only important difference [correct me if I am wrong]) between Judaism and Christianity is the taking of Jesus as the Messiah. Judaism doesn't, Christianity does (and added the New Testament to that effect).

Jesus died because all humans die, fact of life and of the universe in fact. Law of Entropy and all that.

And what if he was? What would you have done? He is perfectly entitled to his opinion, and anyway the Jewish faith does reject Jesus as the Messiah, does it not?

    Umm, huh?

Every creationist I have encountered believes that the world was physically and literally created by God. That the laws of physics as they are now were broken in amazing ways and matter was created. What branch of which religion are you part of which takes the whole creationist theory completely and utterly metaphorically (And seriously what is the point in that, how is that something that can even be believed in. It is basically just a plain lie)

I would like to think that people would not need a specific conscious reason to help other people, but too often a reason is needed.

This can range from being guilt-ed into it, being told to, forced to or even by accident. Even people who do things without needing to be asked may be doing it to make themselves feel better or to improve their standing with their peers.

Is it not true that in the Islamic version of the Ten Commandments (and I do know that Muslims believe that the Christian Commandments are a corruption of their own) that it says something along the lines of "Thou shalt not murder in cold blood"? Basically allowing the killing of another human being under certain conditions (these conditions being set by the religious leaders and usually advocated by Allah).

I also remember watching a television documentary about religion and it said that if Judaism is the religion of peace, Islam is the religion of war. I believe that statement to stand up pretty well with the evidence.

The point is, they are Islamic. They are following a particular interpretation of the Islamic faith but they are still Muslim.

Why, I wonder, do other Muslims do nothing to reign in their obviously insane "brother's of the faith"? Many British Muslims complain that they are unfairly stereotyped as terrorists and extremists. If they want it to stop happening, then they stop the "Muslims" who do these things.

Same applies for any and all major religions.
