Sup everyone. Weekends suck for me. I'm almost more busy during them than I am during the whole week. I'll post a list later tonight when I have time and it seems that a couple people have kept great track so it's unneeded at the moment.

I probably won't be here much tomorrow either since weekends tend to make me very busy. People want me to go outside and live or something more then.

Sara, that was very insightful and what I was mentioning somewhat in the other topic on 'is Obama ready to be president'. You outlined in exquisite detail the problem with the housing issue and why the people who took out the loans are screwed. It isn't just 'their' fault that this happened. It's the loan companies and the interest etc. Well done, and you pointed out some things in more detail than I knew so I appreciate the learning.

    ProChoice
I am definitely in support of Pro Choice. Women have done abortions for years whether legal or not and Pro Choice is safest for her health. Also Pro Choice again is not just for the right to have abortions. It is also for better medical options, assistance and getting birth control etc. I do think that abortions in the 3rd trimester should be considered a no unless there are medical issues or mental trauma, but otherwise I believe it is the right of the woman to rule over her body.

    The War in Iraq
Pretty much anyone with commonsense knows the war in Iraq must be contended with and we do need to still keep supporting them since Bush was a weenie and went into Iraq way too soon. Though we should have dealt with Afghanistan first and not just danced into Iraq, the past is the past. However, staying there for several years down the road is just not plausible. The government of Iraq in power needs support and also needs to get its butt in gear and get the people involved and into it more. They need encouraged to work on building up morale and their own military more than it is and we should help them with that. However, as they build up, we should be withdrawing. Our military is spread very thin and it is not a great strategic move by any means to keep soldiers stuck in Iraq for long.

The Idea That Bush Is Responsible For Our Economic Turmoil
Bush is greatly responsible though Clinton must take his blame for it as well. Clinton did get the economy back up and helped the budget a lot but yes, this bank housing deal is partially on him. The problem for the loans more lies in the responsibility of the loan companies which Reps and Dems both support. These loan companies are also wretched with student loans too and since students have a hard time finding jobs that pay out quite a bit to pay their loans off, these too rise in interest. The interest is the real problem and people shouldn't be totally blamed for what happened when these corps love to screw with people.

Because Bush supports big corporations, he's let them get away with spending a ton of money where they should not have. We pay for this and our debts have risen substantially by his poor management. He also has done quite a few other things that can be viewed at congressman Dennis Kucinich's site. http://kucinich.house.gov/Issues/Issue/?IssueID=3750 which is why some people are asking for him to be impeached. His cowboy politics and looking out for the top 5% of Americans while expecting the rest of us to pay off ridiculous debts owed sucks. Yes, regardless of who is president, I expect we will have more taxes to pay in the upcoming years to bring the federal reserve back into control, so we should all expect it. However, I just can't support a person that has voted on some of these policies in practice now. I'm for Obama all the way right now because McCain has helped support all of this way too much and if we are going to continue to go into debt from wars, poor decisions etc, at least we will be taxed and know it's going to help stabilize us in the future so hopefully our children won't suffer as badly as we are going to.

Vexen was well... creepy at best. He had the most animated eyebrows of any KH character ever, and even most anime. I didn't hate him though. He was weird and bizarre. I couldn't help but wonder as to what else he was growing in his lab than just his experimental Repliku. I didn't hate him and found him slightly intriguing but he also was kind of annoying in a way with how he talked etc. I think in the end, mostly I found him creepy but funny.

The housing crisis is not just caused by these loan agencies giving loans to people who can't pay them. A part of the reason is this and the fact that Sally Mae etc knew that these people would have troubles to begin with, not because of bad credit, but because of the interest and insane business practices these loan sharks dole out. They tried to encourage people to take out loans that were too high for them to pay back instead of working with them on what they could actually afford. The corporations needed more monitoring from the beginning, and that is both on the Reps and Dems but also the fact more people should have been complaining for some time about it.

It also doesn't help that many jobs have gone overseas, bankrupting people who are in loans etc and lose their homes. The job market stinks about now and more and more companies continue to find benefits overseas and get large tax cuts and have no real tariff laws so they can sell their stuff at cost but at the same time the work is done elsewhere. We lose because of this and it has also plummeted the value of the dollar considerably.

The cost of petrol of course doesn't help any either. We are so dependent on oil and do need to think towards the future.

As for Bush and the Iraq war... we should not have gone to Iraq in the first place yet. Afghanistan, definitely, we had reasons to go there. Iraq was an enemy, yes, but at the same time, we should have focused on Afghanistan and working with Pakistan better and by now I'm sure if we had done so, we'd have found Bin Laden, who has become as legendary anymore as Bigfoot. Bush has horrible cowboy politics behavior and is more like Captain Kirk where we need a Captain Picard. Excuse the Star Trek reference but I can think of no simile to match better. We've made too many enemies due to his brash behavior and need someone to sooth these wounds to show the rest of the world we are not tyrannical. We would undoubtedly have had to deal with Iraq sooner or later but now we've gone and upset a lot and we must back out slowly by his mess. He's also a born again evangelical Christian and I am sorry, but I don't put faith in his control as the lot of them are mainly zealous and act without thinking first.

I do not place -all- of the blame on Bush for everything that is wrong today because that would be very simplistic and well, wrong. He's done good moves too, but he's also been very hasty with things and his and Cheney's corporate ties have sunk us in debt as well. The corporations that 'help' in rebuilding Iraq have managed to sequester money they were definitely not owed. They've made a ton off of us and much of it was for expenditures that have been found to be ridiculous. This, Bush did clear and he also initiated a war we should not have gone into so soon. He's stretched out our military super thin and also the response to our own national crises have been ignored, as if we could take them. I only have to bring up Katrina to point out the obvious and I do have friends who suffered through that and know the response time was stupidly slow compared to Texas that has always had immediate response even before the storms began.

Clinton did his no-noes too and he ended up cutting our military too much and also had deals with China which have come back to haunt us. Obama won't be perfect either, but at least he is willing to try and do some things that are different and to our benefit. I have nothing 'personally' against McCain but Palin, I just don't like at all. Bush isn't the problem for every decision made, but he surely helped bring us down quite a bit with his bought out lobby interests and anyone should be able to see it. McCain is also well bought out, owns 12 houses and is worth millions, and that is what makes Obama fresh in a way. He has refused donations from -all- lobbyists to include the insurance agencies etc. We do need a president who isn't bought out for a change so that the corporate lobbyists can be dealt with in a better way if we are to run our government effectively in the upcoming years.

I don't really see the need to separate movies from Television shows but if people wanted it, I don't see why not either. I could see that both sections would be used well but I'm not sure why they'd need to be separated. Either or.

Many, if not all coaches actually take other courses in college for teaching. They get certified to teach and take other subjects than just sports, as that cannot be the only thing one takes at college. I'd be careful to judge him based on him just being a coach.
