Excellent! Here's a link to his info page in case you'd like to look over his character. It doesn't mention his powers much, other than upgrading mystic Guitars and such. But with a name like "Guardian of Metal" he's gotta be powerful. You can just make stuff up for him as you go along. Also note: Due to Ozzy being strictly vocals when he makes music (Or at least he is as far as I know) his singing can create shockwaves in the air that deal damage in CC.

That'd make a lot more sense if he were his Brutal Legend incarnation. He's literally EXACTLY the same as Normal Ozzy in every way in terms of personality, except for the fact that's he's a notch below being a God. Plus I'd be able to tell you my awesome Crazy Train idea.
