It is only inhumane if you still consider them to be "fully human". That is the point I am getting at, that if you don't believe like a human (i.e. you murder, steal, rape etc) you should be socially downgraded. Your rights therefore would downgrade with your social level.
Dark, they have more fun.
Is that it fair that people are able to commit evil acts in the first place? The only reason humans are capable of evil is because god gave us the potential to commit evil. But yeah, from what I have seen in the Old Testament (which I see as being a much more reliable indicator of what god is truly like even if many Christians virtually ignore it) I would rather not have a god that is jealous, violent and vengeful. As well as sexist, racist and homophobic =/
I'm saying that god was capable of seeing everything that was going to happen and yet created us the way he did anyway. He also had the ability to stop every evil act in history and yet didn't. Gross negligence is evil.
Did you not read my post? As the source of all god is responsible for all. He created the universe, the earth, the snake, the tree and Adam and Eve. He knew that they would give in to temptation and he let them go ahead anyway. Then he expelled them from the Garden and here we are today. Sin is gods fault, as is the devil.
Lol I always loved that line in George Orwell's Animal Farm "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others". In this case I am only talking about making people lower in social/human terms based on their actions.
If god created the universe then he created the devil, therefore anything the devil does is gods fault. Just as anything we do is his fault. If god exists, he/she is the source of all good as well as all evil as they are the source of everything. Except themselves, as you can't be the source of yourself, but that is just one of the many contradictions.
We do wear a uniform in Dunnes, I just prefer it to the Asda one. It's going to end up with like 3 shops left on the high street, with the rest folding >_> The Competition Commission is going to have one heck of a job on its hands.
We are just reallyyyy cold. No rain, no snow. NOTHING D=
The upside is my pay would probably go up =D But we would have to wear their uniforms X_X
I never really shopped in Woolworth's tbh, but I always thought it was quite trampy =/ It closing however is definitely a sign of how bad things are getting. A lot of people loved that chain and then there's the 27,000 people out of work. I've been asked twice in the past week if my store is closing, and I work for Ireland's biggest retailer. Our store has 4 floors too and is in the city centre. Then again, there are the rumours that we are going to get bought out by Asda >.>
There is a crack in your big crystal thing.
They are born socially equal in that everyone should be given an equal chance to succeed in life. However, if their actions go outside what is acceptable by law then they can hardly be treated the same as someone whose actions have not.
8 I've seen guests post before, was never explained to me :<
Find another version of the video that is in your country

It isn't the artists fault, it's the general public. I have said many times before the public are ignorant sheep who do whatever the media tell them. I for one think that Katy Perry does have talent, although she certainly uses sex to sell her music. I mean, who doesn't? She (and many other artists) have come into the music industry at a time when image is everything and many artists (like Adele who I thought was pretty good) loose out simply because they aren't pretty enough. But I don't think that artists who do have talent should be shunned simply because they are doing the only thing possible to be successful. I also think there is a life cycle for any musician/band; at first they make music because it is what they enjoy, their earlier music tends to be of very good quality but not very many people now about them. Then, they are discovered and boom they hit the mainstream. They often try to keep the style they had before they were discovered and sometimes that works, people like it enough to keep buying their albums and seeing them in concert. However, many are told by their record companies that they need to appeal to as many different kinds of people as possible in order to make the most money possible. Then they make all their money. They (as you put it) sell themselves out in order to make a fortune. But, I think the mark of a true artist is when after they have made all their money they return to the industry to give something back for the right reason, because it makes them happy. Their music tends to pick up then, either going to back to what it was like before they became popular or something different entirely.
For example, I would expect that convicted criminals would not be treated the same way as innocents. For many (in the UK anyway) their quality of life is better in jail than out of it. They have gyms, good food, a bed to sleep in, they don't have to work and it's all paid for. They also get to smoke and do drugs that are smuggled in. Many criminals are turned away from jails now because they are full. I say cut down the cell size, get the cheapest food that will keep them alive and then see how much it costs. They are going to jail, not on holiday.
I enjoyed that merry parody of real life. Although it disturbs me how close that must be to many conversations that have happened, are happening and will happen all over the world.
Human beings are born socially, but not physically, mentally or capably, equal. However as they live their lives that equality changes depending on their actions. It cannot of course become more, however it can most certainly become less. Everyone is not socially equal and should not be treated as so. Debate with intelligent and logical reasoning.
