If they haven't used what you have sent them, then really you would have a hard time suing them. You would have to wait until they actually publish it and do not give you credit before you could do much in that regard.

However, you can do a couple things here. Do you have a copy of your work that you sent to them? It sounds like you may not but I have a suggestion if you do. If you do, get an envelope and mail it from the post office to yourself. Then keep the envelope closed so that the post date on the envelope could be used in court as a 'poor man's copyright'. Court will uphold the date as long as the envelope is not opened and can be opened at court. This way if they try to publish it, you can show you had the work originally. You will want to do this very soon because the longer you wait, the harder it would be to prove the work is yours. If you don't have a copy of it, try doing some artwork showing your style of drawing and also write a sort of essay describing what the anime was about in as much detail as you can and then mail that to yourself. It may be something to help you at least though not as good as having the actual work.

The next thing I'd suggest you do is try to see if you can get in contact with someone. If your friend is saying that they are working on it, how does he/she know? Is this friend in contact with these people? You may want to disregard him/her and actually try to get a hold of these people yourself and if you need assistance, talk to your parents, and maybe the sterner one of them could call for you to find out what is going on. It could be that your friend is right, but it doesn't hurt to check. If he/she is in contact, try asking for the number if you don't have it so that you may inquire as to the status of the project because you have heard nothing.

I wish you luck in this and hope you can find out something. Hang in there.

I'm sure Obama, if he didn't know when he began, after Hillary's comment and Palin's instigating racism some more, realizes that his life could be in danger from the position he may be going to undertake. If he is willing to go forth and still pursue the presidency, I do not see threats and stupidity of racism as a reason to not also back a candidate who I think will do the better job. Also, low and behold, if something tragically did transpire, at least I can say with a whole heart that I trust that Biden would do a far better job than Palin would if McCain was assassinated or died of old age.

Every president should know that the position comes along with a big red bulls eye. We've had quite a few presidents that have been shot or threatened in some manner by weirdo fanatics or spree killers. This is of course why there is Secret Service. We just have to hope that they will be on their toes and they have served former presidents well so I have no reason to doubt they would not do the same for Obama, should he win.

I am just shocked of all things that this crime took place in London! I could have seen it more as happening in some of our Bible Belt areas where racism is a high factor for some of these regions. I am glad that the man lived but what happened to him is just atrocious and I hope the bigot is found and dealt with legally. Racism is a serious flaw that can be dealt with by actually researching and getting to know people. It's a shame some people cannot get over such things and it continues to hold us back. However, to me, this is exactly why things should go on and Obama should not give up. It says a lot about his character that he is willing to push on in the face of adversity and some very pathetic people who refuse to comprehend this is 2008 and not 1908. :/

Riku was always the intended Keyblader. At the beginning of the game to me he did not come off cocky. He came off as cool and collected most of the time. He did train Sora, played around with him trying to coax him to ask out Kairi and well, a lot of the kids apparently there did respect him and he worked with them on fighting too. He seemed the most responsible one of the kids on DI, other than Wakka, who also seemed to watch over others there. I disagree that Riku was a 'bad' kid but instead had naivete, though he was more 'aware' than Sora. The kids, being from DI, would not really think of someone betraying them outright. It was a nice area where they were probably sheltered from some of the worst traits of people. He did not know what would happen when he opened the door or he would not have wasted time making a raft that he mostly worked on. I'm pretty sure he was told that opening the door would connect his world (Destiny Islands) to other worlds, and so he could leave with his friends and go exploring. Xehanort's Heartless knew this as Xehanort had opened the door at Hollow Bastion, which connected the worlds to it and also they received a visit from King Mickey shortly after. This is mentioned in the Ansem Reports. Instead of doing what it did for him though, there was a clear attack prepared by Xehanort's Heartless so Destiny Islands was destroyed until Sora later would restore it.

In a scene with Riku as a boy and Sora, Sora leaves the secret cave, and Riku turns to see the door glowing. That is the first clue that Riku is different and Sora did not notice the door so he was not chosen at that time.

When Riku leaves going through the Darkness, the Keyblade after appears and Sora has it. Sora received the Keyblade because Riku had left. Maleficent, when Riku appeared in Hollow Bastion, knew what the boy was and was determined to use him so she filled his head with some lies and because Sora didn't really stand up for Riku against Donald strongly, Riku believed her. The second scene in the game to show where Riku was actually the Keyblade wielder intended is at this scene where he shows up initially in Traverse Town. He held out his hand and the Keyblade went to him and he checked it out. However, not knowing it was 'for him', when Sora yelled "Hey! Give it back!", Riku gave it back to Sora, thus letting Sora continue his quest.

Riku's flaw was in his personality that he wanted to be 'needed'. He spent a lot of time doing favors for friends and all because he felt he needed to do things for others so they would not leave him. Maleficent played on this to use him. He became desperate as time continued through the game because he felt he had to find Kairi, and when he did, she was in a bad state. If Riku and Sora could have communicated better and distractions weren't around, Sora might have been able to tell him he saw visions with Kairi, but unfortunately, Sora did not realize he had Kairi's heart within him till the near ending of the game. Riku was told by Maleficent that Kairi's Heart was through the Door to Darkness, which is why he had to help her collect the Princesses of Heart to open the door. He was going to go through, which Captain Hook tried to talk him out of it, saying that her Heart was long gone and consumed by Darkness, but by then he was convinced this was the only option and he felt he could save her.

So the story ends up where Riku confronts Sora. Maleficent just prior to Sora and Beast showing up obviously now finally revealed to Riku what he was and so he took the Keyblade from Sora, realizing that it would be the way to help Kairi. When Sora confronts him again, he gets the Keyblade back because Riku was falling to Darkness and chose to go on with it alone rather than work with Sora to help Kairi as he did not believe it was Sora's intention. Darkness had corrupted Riku, as was shown in glimpses where you look at Riku's eyes as he gains more and more Darkness because Maleficent continues to keep opening him up more to it. Because everyone, including Sora had Darkness in their Hearts (other than the Princesses of Heart), Riku was vulnerable due to his flaw. It is also why later, Sora turns into a Shadow, when he uses the Dark Keyblade.

Sidetrack over though, Riku lost Kingdom Key when he chose Darkness and to go things alone in desperation rather than working and believing in his friend. He lashed out at Sora instead and so the Kingdom Key became connected to Sora, choosing him over Riku at that point. Hope this helps explain it and shows the signs through the game that elude to Riku was initially the Keyblade's intended wielder, but he blew it so the Keyblade switched owners permanently.

The banks and mainly groups like Freddie Mac and Sally Mae gave out loans that in some cases were risky. In other cases, the banks and these loan agencies were corrupt and figuring if people are stuck in loans, if they can't pay right, the interest goes up. Also, some set up loans with non-fixed rates so that interest could shoot up ridiculously and this took people off guard so that their monthly payments they could handle suddenly became increased.

I tell -everyone- anymore that if you ever have to take out a loan, ensure it is always on a fixed rate and do not trust the banks and especially do not trust Sally Mae, Freddie Mac or any of the loan agencies. You may end up paying more at first in comparison with a low interest beginning loan, but in the end, you will pay out the arse more than likely.

The loss of jobs has also hurt us and people who were stable simply could not pay the amount when the interest rises and also they cannot find jobs that match a former job they had for even years before it closed down and went overseas or just shut down due to bankruptcy.

Many loans also were given out to people who could barely speak English and there were reports even a few years ago about loans being handed out to Spanish speakers who could not understand all of the jargon and were put into houses at first that they could afford but the interest raised on them and they of course signed papers with 'small print'. Student loans and mortgages on homes for student loans is also another thing that hurt many people. When students get out of college, they owe a lot. One of my friends has to pay per month 645 dollars and her job only earns her 1600 a month. She can't really live on her own because of it and she will owe this for years. The job market is so bad and Sally Mae won't lower the monthly rate, which by the way, you are not told of until you do get out of school.

The practices simply are corrupt and banks and these loan agencies ride on the fact that they can hand out money that doesn't really exist and then tack on huge interest whether or not people pay back the right way. They often will not work with people to lower the costs so that at least something goes their way, but people will try to pay less because they have little choice. Many go into default and so we have the mess we do.

The corps would love to blame people who are the ones getting ousted from their homes, and in some ways there is a blame that falls to anyone who can't pay a loan taken out. Unfortunately though, more of the blame falls to the banks and loan agencies who gave out loans and worded things funny, gambled on making -more- money by attaching strong interests and figuring if the loans didn't go right, they could steal the homes etc and sell them for more profit and someone yet again is caught in a deal with them.

I do think we need to be more responsible and if we do not know how to understand the jargon of these places, we need to get a lawyer or someone who does before signing anything for a loan that is going to last years. People are responsible and naivete only goes so far as an excuse. However, these corps need to be investigated and I was very happy to read that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac now have to give up their records to be gone through so that we can learn just exactly what was going on because they have been already caught having misleading records. Europe is also going through similar problems with their banking and loan agencies and it's a big issue. The Bail Out Plan was only something to try to alleviate symptoms in the end. We need to now have people go in and tackle the symptoms and find a way to make the disease go away.

Your dad is just being a dad. Adults aren't going to like all music their kids listen to and vice versa. Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie both are not what my parents appreciated me listening to either but they grew used to me listening to what I want and we kind of understood the types of music we'd both listen to so that we wouldn't drive each other nuts. Basically, I kept my music to a low roar and we all found music that when together we could all stand to hear.

You might want to consider playing your music a bit softer, showing your parents you also like other music besides those two bands by listening to alternate groups that aren't so hardcore and also, maybe try hanging out with your parents a bit more so they see you aren't distancing yourself and becoming absorbed in 'hate' music. Your dad may just feel you are listening to these two bands too much and it is causing you to seem rather distant, violent, aggressive and that it isn't healthy for you. Show him that you listen to other stuff, you are outgoing and amiable. This will quell his worries about the types of music you listen to. He may never like that music, of course, but he would learn to accept you listening to it and not be so compelled to be worried.

    [Twlight Town]
Olette frowned as Roxas walked out. She was just ready to greet Sora and the strange new blond haired girl but ..something was wrong. "Hayner, is he okay?"

Hayner was half tempted to follow after Roxas and he looked at Sora. "Did you two get in some fight? He's kind of testy, isn't he?"

Pence waved. "Hi Sora. Hope you are doing well. Who is the new girl with you and also, is Roxas okay? Is he maybe jealous of you?"

Hayner nodded. "Hey, maybe that's it. Maybe we should tell him we don't care about a competition between you two brothers. We would hang out with you both."

    [Outside]
Riku nodded to Sora before he left and then turned to Kairi who was now speaking to him. "I am fine, Kairi. Hopefully we are done fighting over small things." He gave her a small smirk of confidence. After all, he could and would brush off a lot and he hadn't really been marred in anyway.

Ansem frowned and mentally noted that things were taking longer than he anticipated. For having no Heart but a connection to Sora...Roxas certainly seemed to be very emotional and unstable. This was going to have to be dealt with.

    [TWTNW]
Zexion smirked at Axel and Larxene's display. The two were like competitive siblings vying for who could screw the other out of life the most. The irony was...what life did they have anyway? Yet both tried to live it in their way. Had Larxene not been a traitor and then Axel turned on her, they'd probably have gotten along. Maybe some day they would again but of course, not for a while. Both had a stubborn streak that spanned continents. He made a gesture of a small yawn. "I am unaware of what Xaldin might have done to upset the heroes, but if it was something very sadistic, perhaps it would be better to send Larxene, after all. She is a sadist and trouble maker but her appearance may make her more 'temporarily' trusted anyway by them." Zexion figured that was the intelligent rational thing to say...but also, Axel did have him killed...was he being spiteful to now switch sides? Maybe.

Xigbar eyed Marluxia. "You, dude, need to not build up her reputation, put her merits through or try to get her to argue the point anymore. She's not your tool. I hope she opens her eyes and sees that." Xigbar tapped his fingers on his armrest. He did not trust Marluxia at all. Part of him wanted to just get rid of Marluxia now as it was apparent some things were not going to change. "Larxene has potential. You...I don't know what you got."

Xaldin smirked sardonically. "You only hurt her with your words, Marluxia. As if anything you would say would help her situation at all. She's got to fight for herself now and you've got to do the same. So does Axel. You amuse me." He leaned back in his chair, rather proudly. "It would seem that Larxene will be the one to go. Good luck. We have a portal to focus on now with Xemnas. I think we should do that so we can get Larxene to Betwixt and Between."
