Ah, Ansem Retorts. That's one of the funniest online comics around. I love how Duke has warped all of the KH characters.

The only way to judge your mom is as a prejudiced twit. What awful things to say about -anyone-. I wouldn't be proud of it. I'd be telling her off if she was my mother. I wouldn't care if McCain had won and someone said that. I'd scold that person too. There are just some people that deserve to be put down and dusted under a carpet to forget about so they die out and we can live more in peace.

Also, it is seriously offensive that people keep saying Obama won -because- he's black. It is a historic thing to be acknowledged but MANY Obama supporters in this election voted for him because maybe...some of us believe in the platform of the Democrats this time around? Oh what a concept! There will always be people that vote 'superficially' for a candidate and plenty voted for McCain too saying they were afraid of black men, considered Obama a terrorist and an Arab, a Muslin (spelled on purpose cuz that's what they say), etc. He had just as many people against him for prejudiced simple reasons as he had for him. Give it a break and really, give some people a bit more credit than you want to that a lot of people actually like the platform. We wouldn't be hearing this crap if Hillary had been the one who won the primaries...or would we? Because she's a woman and history would be made...oh crap! Yes we would! Give people a little more credit and at the same time realize that if you think the majority voted for McCain or Obama, it wasn't just because of a skin color. We are steps away from a Depression as well and also some of us out there actually support what the candidate of our choice was running on. Those people who keep saying this crap about Obama winning because he's black...really, that's just as prejudiced as those people who voted for or against Obama because he's black. Did it happen? Yes. Was it as frequent as you claim? I don't think so.

There are plenty of people who blindly followed McCain too. There are always going to be voters that follow a candidate for superficial reasons such as a person looks better or his/her voice is better, the clothes are better, someone is afraid of someone, etc. That's just how it goes.

I do think though people should stop pointing out this flaw because it is our right as Americans to vote for who we want to based on whatever reason there is. There were smart voters for both McCain and Obama who really studied their campaigns and went for the platforms the candidates ran. It's not fair to lump a ton of people as voting for either candidate as stupid and blindly following. It -definitely- happened on both sides and also it has happened since the beginning of voting for candidates in this country, let alone anywhere in the world.

I put some things will get better and some will get worse. I'm a realist and I can only hope that the things that need to pull us away from a depression are the things that will get better at this point. Obama has his work cut out for him, thanks to the former ideologies. He's going to have to work very hard to fix things but so isn't the entire senate and congress. They've slacked off enough with the deregulation of too much in the wrong areas and putting regulation on the wrong things.

I've seen things where both supporters of McCain and Obama tried to get away with that. I'm unsure why they were not sent out. Actually I don't know if they were sent out or not. This is why though later that some areas declared no one was to even wear pins and other accessories with the candidates on them.

I agree. People keep bringing it up and the point is the president or any nation leader has a bullseye automatically on him/her just for that. Whether prejudice is involved or not, there is hatred that will always be there for anyone in a leadership position. If Barack can deal with the stress of it and trust in the secret service to protect him, I don't see why others can't just go with the flow too. I'm glad he won. Part of the point of his message was to not make a decision out of fear and instead do one out of commonsense and hope to make things better. I don't expect drastic things to happen but at least now some will since many flaws of the past few years can at last be addressed. Obama's ethnicity didn't encourage me to vote for him. However, I definitely see the historic connotations it has and am glad to see he was a candidate that was able to make it so far and now he's president elect. The assassination attempts may happen but I don't believe that any of us should panic about it and let it stop the man from being president.

I will be pretty disappointed too if Xion is just another part of Kairi and not able to be her own person at all and that she had to temporarily rest that part of her in Kairi's heart. It's enough that Namine had to go through being Kairi V2. We don't need Xion being Kairi V3. If there's a Sora v3 out there, that would also be annoying.

I'm starting to think Nomura doesn't want Riku to actually be happy at all though if he weren't caught up in this running around stuff he probably would have a girlfriend on DI. xD. It kind of makes me laugh thinking on it.

    Obama won

Obama believes in Pro Choice which means that he believes in letting women decide what to do with their bodies and letting them have the rights to do so. This not only includes abortion, but also the right to say to a man or her family that she will keep her baby, she can get support and sexual education is taught to children instead of just teaching abstinence which never works, and the right to take birth control etc. Pro Choice is not just Pro Abortion. It would be nice if some people would learn this. Pro Choice also motivated WIC and other programs for women expecting children so that they could take care of themselves and their babies. This wasn't around till people who were pro choice moved things and people started realizing a woman should have more decisions and to have a baby a mother needs stability since some men run off or families disprove of the significant other contributor.

Also, telling others that they are not Christian and shame on them if they voted for someone who is pro choice... do what Jesus said and don't judge thine fellow man, k? Christians feel a variety of ways and support what they want to. You have no rights to tell someone how to act because they follow the same God. I'm not a Christian at all and I find that offensive.

Uh, if I was rich I would have enough money to pay some more taxes to help fix things in this country that have failed. Not every rich person feels as you do and if the middle and poor classes are assisted it means that rich stand to make more money anyway because the poorer people can afford their stuff they sell or invest stock in etc. Really, they could come out better than they have been doing lately since they are losing money in stocks etc because Wall Street is failing and people are reluctant to buy things and take risks since others are poor. Heylo.

I served in the army full time for a few years. Obama's actions of wanting Iraq to cover more expenses and move troops out with a time line which may have to be altered but nonetheless adhered to in other ways forces Iraq to stand on its own more. We can help them against Iran but they need to stand up and govern their own country more. Also, we do need to fix things in Afghanistan and find Bin Laden. It is strategy and it is sound.

Just tell them that Obama is half-Black and half-Caucasian. What's your problem?

Actually, I liked McCain's speech. I thought he did what was necessary and he did not want to 'scold' people too much over the stuff. Had he raised his hand prior to this, things might have been different for him. All in all I have to say I was glad he did things the way he did which was to peacefully explain things and he was calmer than I've seen him in a while. I feel like, as I said before, that McCain was back to his old self again.

I will say I was moved by both McCain's and Obama's speeches. McCain was gracious and a good guy about it, returning to the old McCain I wish he had been on the campaign trail. I believe it when he says he will stay working and doing things as a Senator. I hope he does because he's a great senator. Obama's speech was not arrogant either or about himself. He did a great job and acknowledged McCain as a good man. Both men showed they have strong integrity and the ability to move on and not be arrogant about things. Kudos to both of them for being so mature.

I'm so glad Obama won. Also...he is Black and Caucasian. He is -not- Hawaiian. He was born in Hawaii. That doesn't change his ethnicity which is his father was from Kenya and thus would be African. His mom is a Caucasian and so ..there we go. He is both Black and Caucasian. Because, however, most white people -have- called anyone who has dark skin and is descended from a black person -as- a black person, people are also right to say he's the first black president. That's the way it works.

Regardless, I voted for him because I feel he will do a better job and is cool under pressure. He may lack in some experience, but he's intelligent and he took a lot of crap in this election and still maintained a smooth presence. He also does know things and keeps up on what is going on in the world even if he is not an expert.

I am also glad to see Senator McCain will go back to being an Arizona Senator and perhaps he can once again reach across tables as he likes to say because his campaign moved way to the far right to make some people happy when he used to be not like that. I will be glad to see the old McCain back and saw a bit of it tonight in his closing speech after he lost. He didn't cater to the far right wingers anymore and calmed the crowd at times but yet earned himself some applause as he tried to bring people together. That is the McCain I remember and hope he will do as he says.

As for Palin...send the B home. Oh thank goodness she's out of this. Can't stand her. HOORAY.
