I would say a counter to the statements he made is perfectly reasonable considering what he said and that they must save people from gender theories as much as they must save the environment. That's quite a bold statement and as with any religion, there are a number of blind followers that will back such a statement. If Bunterx is unfair, it would be to assume that all Catholics feel as the Pope does. I know quite a few Catholics that support homosexuality, as well as other things condemned by the church such as birth control. Not all Catholics are militant believers and are willing to let God judge instead of deciding to do anything themselves in such a way. Catholicism, despite its rather questionable past, has been quelled in quite a few ways and ironically I've found quite a few Catholics are more open-minded than this Pope is or some other radical Christian groups such as Evangelicals. I believe the Pope to be prejudiced against homosexuals and comparing them to our situation with how humanity has abused the environment is definitely a ridiculous thing to do. Of course others are going to respond in anger and it would not surprise me if quite a few Catholics also don't roll their eyes at this. He has to realize that he's talking out his ass here, but he won't. In nature, there are quite a few animals that have been noted to perform homosexual behavior. Homosexuality -is- in nature as well as there are humans who are homosexual. If he wants to save the environment, he better focus on what matters most which is finding positive energy solutions instead of worrying about what people's sexual orientations are. Also, studying biology would be a good thing for him to do. So, I agree with Bunterx that the pope was being rather moronic here, but I also think that even as there are some blind followers that will believe in utterly what he says, I know too many Catholics that will just nod their heads in church but go on their ways and not think twice about this, seeing it for what it is... a stupid opinion.
The book/movie are works of fiction, which the author purely declares so. Is it possible that Jesus could have had an offspring? Yeah, sure. Anything is possible. However, there's no real way to know such a thing and in the end, people entirely overreacted to the book. It was a decent book. I won't say it was the greatest thing, but I enjoyed it. It is annoying though that so many people take it so seriously when the author even depicts it as fiction, despite the fact he did quite a lot of research and some of what was said was indeed true.

Sora, when he was a Heartless, was beginning to lose his memories. He found Kairi and she restored him to whole. He makes a comment about it. However, his memories were affected in Castle Oblivion for a different reason later, because the Organization was testing memories and they wished to mess with him in order to use him. Those are two separate instances with different reasons. Also, your thoughts are very scattered so you may want to stay on topic more and actually deal with the questions and debates going on in the actual threads. If you have other things to say, make sure they go to the right threads or make up your own because you swing off topic too much. If you keep going off topic in the threads, I am going to have to delete your posts because they are not addressing what the actual thread is about. And Daxma, be just a bit nicer, dude. xD
I think that once people are of the age where school is out of the way, dating or getting with someone who is younger or older is irrelevant. I.e. If someone is 20 and someone is 30 or 40, that's up to those people as they are both adults and have lived life and aren't considered children. Both people in the relationship are going to know reality more and have worked and know about paying bills, being adults etc. So, I've never had a problem with people who actually are adults being together regardless of age whether the male or female is older. When people are adults, they can look for people like them and sometimes age is that only barrier, which it's inconsequential. If people are happy, I'm all for it. Where I do draw the line though is when say when someone is a minor and he/she is getting with someone twice his/her age. These kids, whether people like it or not, are still kids who do not know what life is like outside of school and living under their parents. They have not had time to grow up and go on dates and live to experience the things that makes someone an adult. The people older also often are going after teens because they can't seem to find anyone in their age bracket or they have a thing for kids. They often end up wooing the kid into a sense that they will take care of her or him and well, it becomes a relationship where the older person is not only the significant other, but in ways also a parent. I think in seriousness, these kinds of relationships rob the teenager of living life and making mistakes that they won't regret for life later. If the teenager gets with the person and is married and has kids... well he or she is stuck in a situation and they become very co-dependent while the older person has control. These teens that later become adults are not given the chance to live on their own and experience life so many feel they have accomplished nothing. So, I'm fine with adults of any age getting together because they can enjoy one another and have grown up to do so. Adults hitting on minors though, I would have to say I disagree with it and that it's just not the right thing to do. They can find someone who is an adult and let the kids be so they don't rob them of experience and make them co-dependent and miserable later.
The reason these kids pick on you in part is because you bother to let them get to you. There are undoubtedly some kids in there that listen to the Jonas Bros and Hannah Montana, despite how they tease you. They can lie all they want but I guarantee a few of them at least do not hate it as much as they are playing off because 'being cool' is more important to them than being 'real'. This is where you can have the advantage. Be real. Don't be ashamed of what you like or dislike. You are you. Be an individual and gain strength from knowing that you aren't just following what others want. You'll discover sooner or later that you are not alone with your likes. There will always in school be idiots that will tease and make fun of others. If you have self esteem and confidence and are yourself, you'll just laugh at what they try to do and move on. It's not a big deal in the end if you know you are just being you and well, think about it. You have the edge because at least people when they talk to you know who you really are and you aren't some fake poser. As for your sis telling the guy about you liking him... there's a saying that no one can love you like family but no one screws you over more than family too. Sometimes siblings, whether by blood or not, have this way of being brats. She's saying these things because you react to it so defensively. If you don't want her saying something, act less interested in what her threats are. Also, if you like the person, maybe you should try talking to him and getting to know him instead of letting your sister 'take charge' of the situation. You may fail but at least you will have tried and lived a little. As for having a learning disability and people make fun of it, see the first paragraph. We are all made differently. I have dyslexia because when I was a kid I was forced to write with my right hand. It made learning sometimes very interesting. However, if you accept the disability and work with getting around it to the best of your ability, you will do better. In the end, sometimes you have to ignore what some people will say and focus more on bettering yourself to be the person you want to be. It is a serious fact of life and one that must be learned in order to be happy. We all have problems and short comings and it's best to work on making them better and at the same time finding the things we are good at to push those lines further too. Don't let others bring you down so much. If you can find the strength to just admit you have some problems and work on bettering them, these other people's voices won't mean squat. You have the right to listen to what you enjoy, to do things you have fun with and to progress in life. There will always be some others that will want to slow you down but in the end, these people have a serious shortcoming themselves. They waste their time teasing you instead of moving on with their own lives. It will cost them so don't let them get to you so much. I wish you luck and hope things get better for you. You do realize that Namine is Kairi's Nobody. So therefore, Xion is obviously connected in some way similar to Kairi as well. Whether she's related to Aqua or not is up for debate, but definitely it is clear that PoHs can have Nobodies, despite having no Darkness of their own if the conditions are met. In the case of Kairi, her Heart was within Sora's who does have some Darkness because everyone else in the game other than PoHs does have Darkness though to varying degrees. Next, the Dark Keyblade was used, which is a weapon forged of Darkness and the PoHs Hearts so that it would unlock the Door to Darkness as well as other beings' Hearts. These two factors led to Kairi having a Nobody.
I've attempted to leave this section alone for so long because I'm about the biggest disbeliever of all, due to the fact I've studied the Bible so extensively. However, since remarks slam others, I will go ahead and express my opinion on God and Satan and sinning, etc. This isn't to put down Christians or any of the monotheistic followers but it is, I'm sorry to say, going to point out what I feel about the actual religion itself. Actually, there's this whole section in the Bible that is about why Jesus has to go do this deed of sacrificing himself and that he doesn't want to but then decides it is the will of the father and so he must. God is an arrogant being that for one thing is named Yahweh. Because it is so arrogant and selfish for people to follow it, this god proclaims it will be identified AS God, stealing the very titles of every other god in existence. I do believe that's two sins in one there. Also, he forbids his followers to worship images of others but it is made clear he -knows- there are other gods. He has killed and ordered his followers to murder others for having different beliefs. He has ordered that men and women be killed except for those women that could be taken as brides by the conquers. He has also killed the offspring of many people. i.e. He certainly killed a hell of a lot of Egyptian children that did absolutely nothing wrong. Joseph and Mary were together and yet God decided to have a baby with Mary named Jesus. If he's so omnipotent, why didn't he just make a kid pop out somewhere instead of making a married woman give birth to his child? He coveted someone else's wife. He is omnipotent and yet he happens to use humans to fight the majority of his battles for him to prove their loyalty. These humans are permitted therefore to do every imaginable trait of sin possible in the name of God to include rape, killing, stealing someone's wife, etc. He even challenges Job to kill his own son to prove his loyalty. It's cruel. It's also extremely lazy to make us mortals do what he wants in his name instead of getting off his arse and doing it himself. And we also sit here and wait for a rapture which doesn't seem much like one to me. We are all born sinners due to him leaving out a tree with fruit on it that grants knowledge. Now if a parent left out some Drano and a kid drank that, who would we be going after? We'd be saying the parent was an idiot. With how mentally challenged Adam and Eve were, it's hardly fair to sit there and blame them and especially screw over women because Satan 'lured her' first. The tree was there and Satan was the bratty older brother saying to try the stuff because that Drano wasn't moving. She was being nice and SHARING and was condemned for it. Yet Satan, who encouraged her to eat it because she was 'innocent' was let to do whatever. Jesus is supposed to be a good thing for us but...he died for our sins..that we still have unless we swear loyalty to the god and his son. mhmm. I could go on and on about the sins of God. He's defied nearly all of his own ten commandments. Why? Because he's a parent figure that says "Do what I say; not what I do". How many of us like hearing that? He can't even discipline his own wayward angel and has let demons come about etc. We live and die because he has a grudge. We are plagued by diseases etc because he's too lazy to undo things and our 'rapture' is a bunch of destruction so we can all live somewhere 'happy' because at that time he will finally be done being pissy with us and get off his high horse and go deal with Lucifer and kill everyone who does not believe because we are losers not going with his giant game. Satan to me, therefore doesn't seem so bad. After all, according to the Bible he made us smarter and God can't get over the fact. Animals according to the Bible don't even have souls yet we people do. According to God we are nothing but corrupted sentient things that he modeled after himself and yet we somehow fell off the path. We're a naughty creation. Having a mega flood to purge the world of evil to include many animals, humans etc was not enough. Nothing will be enough. So before calling people 'effin pagans' perhaps it would be nice Jenkins if you would read the Bible through each page and understand the layers of atrocities within instead of reading the happy parts or going by the lessons taught in church. Some of us here have read it through from page to page and found that this entity truly does represent humans despite his omnipotence and omniscience, and I do refer to our worst side. How can a deity -know- what is going to happen before it does and let people fail so hard when they are his children? How can he punish them so badly for it? It's like a parent saying 'I know my kid is going to steal clothing at a store...I'll wait till he's done and punish the hell out of him'. We'd today call that horrible parenting and the parent would be locked up for it. This is specifically why I cannot believe in God or Satan and I find the whole thing to be absolute rubbish. A good being would never do this to those who are his followers. He'd never make more suffering than good. Pontius Pilot had the right idea when he said he'd wash his hands of the crap and let people do whatever. If there really is a god, I can only hope with all my heart that every single person out there has what it does wrong. Otherwise we are boned. I'll take my chances and go with science and hope that should we find out God exists, that he's simply been on hiatus and just created us and let us do things to our own devices since the moment after he gave us that spark of life with evolution. Otherwise I have no qualms with suffering eternally rather than agreeing to the atrocities this deity has spread to humankind, let alone the world. If the Christian/Judeo/Islam deity does exist, he owes us all a huge apology.

You do go to school to learn and well, that is why people should wear appropriate clothing to learn in. There is way too much focus often on wearing the 'coolest' thing, sexiest most obnoxious thing, or the brand clothes etc that brag to others about how lucky or wealthy your family is etc. Also, some kids use clothing to declare what gangs they are affiliated in and some fights have erupted by someone ignorantly doing something such as putting red laces in their boots. Seriously..it sucks. I do not really care if there are uniforms at school or not. However, school gets confusing when suddenly you find yourself in competition with others because they wear things to stir up the crowd. Spaghetti straps aren't allowed for a reason. Wearing clothes that show your pits, too short of shorts that reveal stuff, etc. It's just not needed. You shouldn't in school to me have to express individuality so much that it basically makes people have competitions with each other and forces the school board to make decisions on what is appropriate or not. It wastes everyone's time and it also makes a lot of kids bother parents, forcing them to dig in their pockets to ensure their kids are competitive with the latest fashions etc in an area where we should be learning. There are quite a few parents who go broke because of trying to help their children to fit in because being cool is so much more important than education. So in a way, I think if kids don't push the issue and realize that what others wear isn't necessarily what they should, if they can understand and not become brats over needing the latest brand fashion, and if they aren't all about showing off their bodies in school, I see nothing wrong with wearing what is comfortable and well, expresses the person. However, if they can't do this, I have no problem with uniforms either. In college we don't wear uniforms and we are fine with the dress codes which are not as extensive as they are in school. Mainly, people don't push things to be lewd or obnoxious while being free to express themselves. In high school, we always had people pushing the lines of the dress code so it always became worse. It sucked. So yes, I feel dress codes in themselves are important but only because there are those few that must force issues and people have to decide what is right or not. If students wouldn't make clothes at school more important than learning, the school board wouldn't either.
Barnes and Nobles has the manga as does Borders. I've seen them in both places recently. If they don't have them you can always ask either place to order the manga for you. As for online, I have no idea since I tend to buy manga rather than go to sites often. I'd just do a google search for KH:CoM manga.

To me, it seems like you heard the death rattle that is common when a hard drive is dead. You will want to call Dell since it is a computer from them and if you have a warranty, they can replace the hard drive. As for getting information off the old one, you can ask and see if they can save anything from that and transfer it to a new hd. If you have no warranty or way of getting it to Dell, my suggestion to you is to buy a new hard drive and then take the old one and put it in the freezer for around 6 hours or more. Take it out and then try using it as a slave drive to take off information from. However, this may not work. If it does not work, you are rather screwed and will have lost all of the old data.
Are you guys done yet? I wanna play next round heh. And yeah, I'll watch the DBZ movie totally to see it epically fail or maybe it will surprise me.
