I can use either this laptop or my desktop whenever I want, so long as nobody's on it. I don't mind waiting if someone is using either of them....

Due to both of your help, I have figured out the issue. After disabling several non-windows startup services, I restarted the laptop and booted normally. When it finished booting, it ran completely normal, even a bit faster than before the issue started. No blue screens to be found. Now I guess I gotta find out which service it was and get rid of it. Thank you both. This thread can be closed now.
Ken had his hand on his chin, thinking about if Pandora's Box could possibly be one of those "Lost Logia" things. "It may be one. Do these 'ancient civilizations' happen to come from space? Because that's where it came from." Before an answer could be given, Ryu had come to. "Ugh...What...?" "Ryu!" Ken knelt down by his friend, examining him for injuries. "You okay?" "Y-Yeah, I think...So..." Ryu said, attempting to get up. "Take it easy, man. Pandora takes a lot out of you." Ryu eventually sat up. "This is starting to get out of hand...It's almost like an un-controllable Satsui no Hado..." Ken put his hand on Ryu's shoulder. "Don't worry, buddy. We'll figure it out." Ken then helped Ryu stand. "I'm sorry about that...I'm sure Ken explained why that happens?" "I did, Ryu, they know. I'm gonna bring him into the shade, he needs to rest for a sec." Ken gave a thumbs up to the girls before taking Ryu over to a shady spot to rest.
