'Sup. Totally turned my most recent post into a Doctor Who episode intro.
~Spaaaaace; The Sky is Falling~ The Doctor and M had noticed the strange items falling into Earth's atmosphere from space. "What do you think those are, Doctor? I've certainly never seen 'em before." "No clue. But whatever they are, they can't be friendly." Just then, the TARDIS began sounding an alarm. "What's going on!?" The Doctor had pulled a screen over to him to see what the issue was. Apparently one of the falling objects was heading right for them*. "Brace yourself!" M grabbed on to the nearest handbar and held on as tight as he could. Just in time, too, as one of the falling object smashed into them right as M braced himself. The TARDIS was sent barreling towards Earth, while the falling object seemed to have not lost it's course. "Doctor! Can you stabilize this thing or something!?" "Nope!" "Why the hell not!? "Controls are dead! All we can do is brace for-" *SMASH* The TARDIS had crashed into Earth, somewhere in a dark city. The box itself was okay, but The Doctor and M had been roughed up on impact. "*Cough* Doctor, you alright? Is the TARDIS okay?" "I'm fine. The TARDIS on the other hand...Not so much. All of her functions were fried on impact. She's gonna need a bit to repair herself." "Well, while the repairs are bein' finished, I'm gonna head outside for some air." M then did just as he said and stepped outside. Or, at least he tried to. He opened the doors, only to find that the TARDIS's door opened straight to the edge of a skyscraper. "Whoa! Okay, not goin' outside then..." M said, looking out at the city through the TARDIS doors. "Doctor...Where are we?" The Doctor stepped up behind M and looked around. He didn't like where they were, that much was apparent from the look on his face. He sighed. "Gotham City." *Camera Zooms out from the TARDIS and overlooks the city* Spoiler: appropriate intro music OOC: That's all for now. Shall add on later. *This was before they were slowed down.
Whaddaya know, I inadvertently made a Mass Effect reference. I lol at this.
Ah, yes 'Defenders of Azeroth'. One of the better tracks from World of Warcraft. I actually own the Cataclysm soundtrack since I bought the...
Yeah, it can be. No problem though, it's a mistake that I made once. I could go with Cairne...Though I'd just have to look up some more of his...
First off: DT's a guy I believe. Secondly: Yeah, if it doesn't work out I'll probably go with a lore character. Maybe Baine Bloodhoof as I like...
Well, if DT allows me to have two more OC's next arc (Which I doubt. Fairness and all that), I could play the Blood Elf Death Knight named...
"Well, then I guess it's time to get moving, huh?" Lars asked sarcastically as he made his way there. "Let's hurry up and finish our business here. The mosquitoes are really gettin' rowdy out here." He added, scratching himself.
On it .
Sonic sat on Angel Island alongside Tails, who was working on trying to pinpoint Shadow's location. "Any luck, Tails?" Sonic asked his two-tailed companion. "Not yet. No matter how wide I set the scanner, it still comes up with nothing. It's as if he's just vanished off of the face of the planet." Sonic sighed. "That's just like him. I'm sure he'll turn up at some point." The two continued to sit in the sun, enjoying the peacefulness. Deadpool had spent the last three months in his apartment watching reruns of M.A.S.H. The strange thing was that he loathed M.A.S.H. But he continued to watch anyway, acting as if the recent events with U-D and Sephiroth never happened. Albert Wesker, along with Dr. Doom, were still nowhere to be found. Naruto, who had since become friends with Ryu and Ken, had gone to an old dojo that belonged to Gouken, Ryu and Ken's master, to train in the art of Ansatsuken. Mega Man X and Zero had joined with SHIELD, acting as the organization's first Maverick Hunters. Siegfried had tried to find a way back to his time, but has had no luck as of late. He currently is residing with Deadpool watching M.A.S.H reruns. But then Deadpool decided he would go the extra mile and watch a different boring television program: THE NEWS! He grabbed the TV remote out from the pile of pizza crust and cheese curls, and changed it to the world news channel. Tony Stark was going about work as usual with the Avengers, all the while making necessary upgrades to Mega Man X and Zero. And finally, The Doctor and M were still in the vastness of space. Over the past three months, the two had visited many worlds across the universe. "So, Doctor. How long's it been?" The Doctor sighed. "Three months exactly." "So that means it'll be startin' soon." "Yep." "Well, we'd better prepare ourselves. Who knows what we're in for up here." "We'll be okay. I've cloaked us, so we're completely unnoticeable." "Perfect. Time to play the waiting game."
I VM'd you before I read it.
So now we go back to posting, with each character doing whatever they happen to be doing?
If it's for plot-based reasons, I'm all for it. Go right ahead.
Nevermind, Graxe just posted. Lol.
Well now I feel like it'll be my fault that he doesn't get to finish his stuff...But go ahead. c:
But Graxe isn't online. D:
Alright then. It's been edited. Good lawd, I'm hyped.
I assume you refer to the Doctor and M's last post? If so, I shall edit.
Alright then. My post is good to go. Nowhere else it could go from there. Now we wait for Graxe.
The Doctor was caught off guard by the Joker's knowledge of the future devastation. Everything he said was completely right and then some. "I'm not going to question how you know all of that, as it will only complicate things. But at least now I know that what I saw wasn't fake." The Doctor sighed. "And to think I've seen the end of this planet once already. It certainly didn't happen like this." It was then that the Joker asked about his scars. "...N-no, thank you. I don't do scar stories." The Doctor said before turning to M. "M! We're off. There's no more reason for us to be here." The Doctor then turned back to the Joker once more. "To you, and to every last human being on this planet: Good luck." The Doctor said before getting M and going back into the TARDIS. They then made their way back to space, where they waited for the inevitable. "So now it's absolutely true. The Earth is doomed..." "That's right. Now we wait." "For three months!? We'll die of boredom!" "With the timeline the way it is, I could try three months and end up going three centuries. Our only bet is to wait for three months. In space." "Well, we might as well make the best of it. Got any video games? I'm quite fond of 2D Side-Scrollers myself." ~The Ninth Doctor and M will return in Crossover Cove Part 2: The Prologue~
