~The Saint's Cradle; The Parting of Ways...Again~ Sonic chuckled when Levi referred to him as a knight. "It wouldn't be the first time I'd been called a Knight." Tails looked at Sonic, confused. "Huh?" "Long story." Sonic replied. Stern then told them that she wasn't going to be staying with them. "...Well, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?" He looked down at the burning world and sighed. "Promise me you'll be careful?" At this point, Tails had began to try and comfort Knuckles over the loss of his "Emmrowds". "Sorry about the Master Emerald, Knuckles. There wasn't much you could've done anyway." ~Gotham City; Asura: Protector of the Planet Earth~ Asura had taken notice that people where being evacuated from Gotham via the Joker's "Exodus Zokuhen" vessel. While they may not have even seen Asura at this point, he was going to attempt to distract as many Reapers as he could as they escaped. Images of those he wished to protect and avenge began flowing into Asura's mind. "For my beloved wife, Durga..." His entire body was now glowing with a powerful aura. "You will leave this planet, Reapers! So says the DemiGod of Wrath; Asura!" Asura jumped high into the air, charging straight at one of the Reaper destroyers. "Haaaaaah!" Asura's three powerful fists slammed into a Reaper. Some marks were left on it, but nothing too damaging happened. "Damn you..." The sound of a Reaper horn was heard from behind Asura, signifying that a Reaper was about to fire at him. The Demigod turned around, only to be met with a Reaper laser blasting him into a skyscraper. "You'll pay for that you mechanical bastard!" Asura yelled as he propelled himself off of the building with enough force to knock it over. The Reaper fired another laser round at Asura, who swiftly dodged it before retaliating with a powerful projectile of his own. The glowing projectile slammed into the Reaper, leaving a dent in it's outer shell. Asura landed on the ground, noticing that several of the Reaper Destroyers had their sights lined up on him. Asura grinned at this fact. "Come on! Show me why you're feared across the universe!" He taunted in an attempt to keep their attention. Each of the Reapers distracted on him began to charge their lasers while aiming at Asura. ~Hyrule; The Kingdom Falls~ As the Doctor, the Doctor, Marth and Zelda approached the Castle, a Bullet Bill began charging straight at them. "Look out!" The (ninth) Doctor warned as he pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver and aimed it at the missile. Luckily, the Screwdriver caused the Bullet Bill to explode in midair before it hit them. "Zelda, it's too dangerous here. Get back into the TARDIS immediately. You'll be safe there." The Doctor then led Zelda and the others back to the TARDIS. "Everyone back to the TARDIS!" M followed the Doctor's orders, making sure Link made it back safely. As everyone made it back inside, the Doctor first went back to Gotham City, where he assumed his future incarnation's TARDIS was. "Future Doctor, your TARDIS is here, correct?" ~Border of Gotham City; Heavy Metal and Mercenaries~ During the beginning of the Chaos invasion, Deadpool and Siegfried had been picked up by Eddie Riggs and the Kill Master. They have been driving towards Gotham City ever since they heard of the Joker's escape vessel. Having finally arrived in Gotham, Eddie could see the utter destruction caused by the Reapers. As he drove, he heard a certain Demigod's voice before a Skyscraper began to fall towards them. "Hit the Nitro, bro!" Deadpool yelled from the back seat. Eddie did just that as he slammed on the nitro pedal, causing his car the speed way up. After another turn, they reached the Exodus Zokuhen. Eddie came to a screeching halt before everyone got out of the car. "Hold up!" Eddie called, attempting to get Harley Quinn's attention. "You guys got room for four more?" ~Gouken's Dojo; The Shoto Shinobi~ Several Collectors and Husks had made their way to Ryu, Ken and Naruto's training area. "Alright, Naruto. Are you ready to show us the results of your training?" Naruto nodded, his fighting stance resembling that of Ryu and Ken's. The ninja charged at one of the Husks, kicking it across the face with a Heavy Kick. He followed this up with a Shoryuken that was charged with Chakra. The Husk had been beaten, but there were many more remaining. Naruto, along with his Street Fighting teachers, had a long battle before them. OOC: Lol, no they don't. I just need to think of a way to get them out of there. Also: Long post is long.
