~The City Under Attack~ The city was burning. Innocent people were dying. There is only one hero for the job. "Alright, you creeps! That's enough! My Saikyo style of fighting will send you back from whence you came!" Those were the words of the "mighty" Dan Hibiki. With him was his student, Sakura Kasugano. "Alright, Sakura! It's time to put your training to-" Just then, the three attackers cut down several innocents without even looking at them. Dan nearly wet himself in fear. "Run Away! Use it to run awa-Oof!" Dan had managed to run straight into one of the city's top soldiers, Sgt. Marcus Fenix. The Sergeant was outfitted with his usual dark grey armor that was lit with blue LED lights. He armed himself with the Lancer; a standard-issue rifle that came equipped with a chainsaw. "S-Save me, soldier guy!"Dan said as he hid behind Marcus. Marcus sighed before pushing Dan off of him. The soldier approached the three attackers, no sign of fear in him whatsoever. "Stop! By the order of the Velos City Supreme Command, you are to drop your weapons and cease this attack immediately." Marcus didn't like talking all official like that, but if it kept the higher-ups from riding his ass about not being "professional", then he had to do it.

Sure, I don't mind. And I know that Marcus would be outclassed. It's just a city's first reaction when they're being attacked.
