Spoiler: holy baulz 15 banners ~Savannah~ -MODERN SONIC AND TAILS- Modern Sonic and Tails continued to fend off the Gunmen on foot. "Yo, Tails! You think you should take on 'o these things?" "Nah, I think I'll be fine for now. Besides, I've got something that'll work just as well." Tails had a small mechanical device on his wrist, on which was a button. Tails pressed said button, and the device expanded around his hand, resembling something similar to Mega Man X's Mega Buster. "What's that supposed to be?" Sonic asked, keeping an eye on his surroundings. "Take a look and find out!" Tails aimed his "arm cannon" at an approaching Gunman, and fired it. At first glance, it looked like nothing more than a small lightning orb. When it hit the Gunman, nothing happened...At first. "Hah! Is that all you've got you little-" Just then, the Gunman glowed a bright white before exploding. "Dude! That was awesome!" Tails blow into the barrel of his arm cannon, as if blowing away smoke. "Yep. It overloads the electrical systems inside anything mechanical so much that it causes an explosion. The only downside is that it takes a few minutes to charge..." "Don't worry, buddy! I've got your back until your device recharges." -CLASSIC SONIC AND TAILS, GENOME- Classic Tails was going on a rampage with his new Gunman, fighting as if he had been piloting Gunmen for years. In the distance, Genome was contemplating how to go about fighting Viral and Char. He then noticed Classic Tails's Gunman, and how well it was fighting. Unsure of whether or not it was friendly, Genome charged towards it and knocked it over. "Open your hatch, or I'll drill it open!" The hatch opened, revealing the blood-lusting Classic Tails, along with a motion-sick Classic Sonic. "You don't look like the Beastmen...Who and what are you?" "My name is Tails. This is Sonic. We're fighting against all of these robots, I only stole this one so I would have a better chance." Genome thought for a moment...This 'Tails' person obviously wasn't a human, but he obviously wasn't on the Spiral King's side...He had been beating down those other Gunmen like it was his job. "Alright, Tails. I've got an idea. You just stand back up, close your hatch, and let me do the rest." Genome hopped off of C.Tails's Gunman. Tails stood it up and closed the hatch, as he was asked. Genome leapt into the air, where Zen's arms and legs retracted into it's body. They were replaced with a Drill coming from the bottom of Zen. The drill began to spin as Zen charged toward the top of C.Tails's Gunman. "W-What're you doing!?" "We're gonna combine!" Spoiler: Music [video=youtube;aJo_3B5-1uk]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJo_3B5-1uk[/video] Zen's drill slammed through Fennec's* top, the Drill just barely missing Sonic and Tails on the inside. The inside of Fennec began to glow green, C. Tails and C. Sonic marveled at the sight of it. The "spikes" on it's top moved back, repairing themselves from Zen's penetration as they moved. When they stopped moving, they extended and grew out, forming Sonic-like spikes. An opening line was also made, as if something was stored inside them. Next, the arms and legs on Fennec grew out, just like Gurren's did when it combined with Lagann. "The ultimate combination of fighting spirit!" Viral heard Genome's echoing call, and turned back, whilst still dodging Kamina's rock-throwing. "What the- He combined with that Gunman!?" The front of Zen grew a large horn**, just as if it were the complete Lazengann Gunman. "The unbeatable mixture of Man and Animal's will to survive: Fenneczen!!!" An enormous bolt of lightning struck behind Fenneczen, causing the ground behind them to shatter. Genome crossed his arms inside of Fenneczen's head. "Looks like Gurren and Lagann aren't the only Gunmen that can combine, huh?" Classic Sonic and Classic Tails were still awe-struck over their Gunman's combination. "Now that we're on an equal playing field, why don't I lend you two a hand?" Fenneczen began to walk toward Viral's Enkidu. As it did so, the "spikes" on Fenneczen's back opened, revealing two yellow and white swords. The mecha grabbed hold of them and pulled them out. "It's payback time for what you did to Lazengann, you Beastman bastard! I'm ready when you are, Kamina, Simon." "I hope your co-pilot doesn't mind being cut in half just like your other Gunman was!" -Yugi and Yusei- Their monsters had been destroyed, and their cards were running out. "Yugi...We have to leave. Now..." "I think you're right, Soufflé..." Yusei sighed. "Let's just go...It looks like they're getting distracted on what's going on over there." Yusei pointed toward Fenneczen's transformation. Yugi nodded in agreement as they turned around and began to run off. Minutes Later... After they had gotten a good distance away from the battle, Yusei noticed something in the air. It looked like a dragon...A dragon that belonged to a friend of his. "There. That's where we're gonna go. Let's go, Yugi." "Whatever you say, Puntei." "Oh, come on, that's not even a real word!" Yusei continued forward, annoyed at Yugi. Yugi followed behind. *Fennec is the kind of Fox that Tails is. **In the linked picture, only look at the head-shots. Ignore the full-body ones.

I'm gonna have them retreat due to Char's entrance. They'll figure out that they're cards won't be enough to take on something that big, and they'll run off. After some running, they'll notice Akiza's dragon, depending on where she is relative to where they are.
