Ander's pov: View attachment 43540 Tessa had said that she did not find who she was looking for. Hum... She did not appear to be looking for the person now, so perhaps she was simple trying to enjoy her self. That was good for her. She then said that she was going to follow Conrad. That he should follower her. It did not look like he had much of a choice. That was when Silvia said they have not seen each other in some time. He then watched Silvia leave and head to the table. That was when he notice the man behind the counter of the bar (Trevor) He looked at the man. He gave off a odd vibe. Oh well time to move on. This Conrad person was talking to this man. He watched Conrad go over to the table and take a seat. He let out a sigh and walked over to the table with four chairs. He stood there not sure what to do or say. Then he said to Tessa, "are you trying to enjoy yourself? That is good. Get some fun while you can." Tessa wanted help with something from someone she was looking for. "The person you were looking for, you wanted them for something. What was that again?" He was there when she was talking to Alessia, but did not know why Tessa was looking for someone. Thee of the four sets someone was sitting which left the one chair left for Tessa. That was when Tessa took a seat. The table was full of people and he felt like he was interrupting something. He did not know what he was doing. He wanted to help, but if the person did not want it there was not much he could do. He now knew three of the four people sitting there. The only one he did not know was the person that sat by (some person here because mok did not say) With that said and done he turned to leave. He felt like he was not really needed any ways. "Oh Tessa, help is always there you just need to find it and know where to look. Help is always given for those that want it and ask for it. It might be closer then you think," he said with a smile.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43532 She stood at the door way watching Evander. He opened a portal without saying anything. She was clearly invisible today. She could think of why or how, but it must be the case considering the last four people or so flat out ignored her. She watched Evander step though the portal without much thought. The portal closed shortly after. There was no going after him even if she wanted to. It was time for her to go as well. She was not needed here anyways. She took one last look down the hall that the meeting was taking place. She spotted Derrick at the door of the Evening hall. She then turned and headed for the door of the library and headed out the castle. She looked at the sky it was dark and not safe to travel, but what did they care. She continued to walk to the stables were the houses were kept. She noticed that two houses were missing. She thought about going back in and telling the others. She did not though. Why should she when she would just get ignored again. Perhaps it would teach them a lesson to listen to her. She stood at the stables a moment longer deciding if she should go out not. She did not know where she was going. The Witchers probably would not even notice she was gone. She stood at the horse that was hers. She stood there and brushed it. "We will go soon," she told the horse. Will's pov: View attachment 43533 He stood at the water, in the mages council building. He had been searching for hours for mages. There was one he had found, but it disappeared hours ago and was not able to locate it again. He was beginning to wonder if he was going to find any mages. That when he found one. Perfect someone to ask if they knew anything about the magic council. He was not sure after Ana had said there was no mages code. He had to find this portal before they disappeared again. He opened a portal and step though. He found himself in some sort of alleyway spotting a man enter a tavern deciding he did not have anything to lose he followed the man in. The man was old and yet there was something about him. "Excuse me, I a looking for someone." He said to Evander. He could not shake the feeling that he should know this man.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43530 She watched Aaron leave. He want to go angry at the Doppler that hurt his sister. Aaron was acting strange and it worried her. That was when Veceslav said that he wanted to go to Evening hall. That was when Evander expressed that he was going to go. Everyone soon left leaving her with the man. Aaron, the other mage and Derrick. Derrick thanked her for the information, but that was about it. Veceslav left taking Tatiana with him. She looked at the man known as Evander for a moment. "Where will you go? What will you do? You seem so ready to go, but yet you are still here. If you want to help then do it. If you question it you may change your mind. If you go with your heart you can not go wrong," She told the man. She did not know what to do. Lately she felt like she was invisible. Derrick said that he would come back and talk to her, but yet he had not come back. Perhaps it would be a good time to leave and head off. She did not know where she was going to go, but any place was better then staying here being invisible. She decide that she would wait for Evander to say something to her then she would go. She then walked over to the door waiting for the man's response. "Everyone needs help, sometimes they are afraid to ask." She really did not know what she was doing. Maybe she was hoping that she would get though the man some how. Ethan's pov: He was at the water edge. He then stood up the night and wind nipping at his skin. He looked at his reflection. His face looked different, but he could not be concerned about. The howls stopped. That could not be good. He took a hold of the coat and put it one, pulling the hood over his head. It seemed to fit which was odd it of its self. View attachment 43531 He then headed for the forest hoping to cut though it to get to the village faster. He stood at the edge before going in. He walked and walked and continued to walk in the direction of the village. That was when he spotted a dead person gripping a black sword. Well that person was not going to be using it anytime soon and this was a forest anything could happen. He picked up the sword and continued in the direction of the village.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43527 She stood by waiting for Evander to answer her. That was when Derrick came back she was getting tired of getting ignored first it was Derrick, now it was Evander. What did she have to do to get noticed? Blow up the Kser Morhen library. Why not at this point? Apparently they could somehow be as loud as they wanted. It was only a library. It was not like they were met to be silence in the library or anything. That was unheard of. Derrick wanted to know what was going on. She was not to happy right now, but she would tell the man. "Veera asked that man, Evander and that man, Kruez to bring that girl, Tatiana, Aarons sister here for some sort of help, because she was assaulted by a monster or doppler, and given in haste to save her life she had to drink Swallow potion. I think that about it." She rubbed her head trying to think if she missed something, but could not think of anything. That was when it hit her. "Oh yea umm, Veera said she wanted to make a plan to eradicate the dopplers. Apparently she had seen the damage just a single one of the creatures can do, and if they all turn to that then humanity would be doomed or something like that. I think she wants everyone's help to do this. Evander said something about it being wrong to kill every doppler. Veceslav said that all dopplers are not like the one Tatiana came across and something about not letting our emotions get to us. So that is why we all here." Ethan's pov: View attachment 43526 He was on his knees when another dog cam onto him. He lunched a rock at the thing and set it flying. He had to get to the village. He was not sure he could make it. He gabbed his backpack and crawled to a near by river. His feet hurt. Everything was killing him. What did that orb do? He took of his shoes. He reached into his bag and pulled out a black coat that was his family, that he was living with. It was far to big for him, but would make a good blanket. He begin to undress, perhaps the cold water would help. That was when he herd a howl...
Griffin's pov: View attachment 43524 He stood by a tree. What had happened was unfortunate. Somehow two people got separated from the group. Veera and Drake were the two that got captured. The king then said, 'We will go in under the cover of dark, for those of you with distinguishable features that identify you as anything but human' That should not be that hard for him. He was already coved from head to toe. Sneak in a get Veera and Drake out. He wondered how simple it would be. Then came the question of food. He was beginning to regret not eating at the café. He did not think that they were going to be gone all day. The walled city? That was a interesting name for a place. Titans were sure to be there and there was no way he was going to miss out on this. That was when Akari had said she would go. That was when there was a loud explosion was heard from a distance away. A rather rude man showed up. Just what they needed a crazy explosion person. That was when Tessa said that she was going to go. It was starting to look like everyone was going to go to the walled off city. It looked like Zack was the only was staying back. With that said and done he moved away from the tree he was standing by and made his way over to the king. Then he said to Tessa, "looks like everyone wants to help." He was ready to go. "Ready to go to the walled city," he said to the king. The king had said something about a person named Karen. Who were they. By the sound of it this girl was a useful healer, but that brought up the question of where was she. Karen's pov: View attachment 43525 She left her house and headed for the kings house. It was as good as place as any to look for the man. She continued to walk until she arrived at the kings house. She stood at the door and nocked. After a few minutes of waiting there was no answer. That was when she nocked again this time louder. "Are you here?" she yelled. There did not seem to be an answer still. That met he was not home. Where could the man be?
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43519 With Veera not saying much to her there was nothing to say back. She watched Veera leave without saying anything. When Aaron said 'I was still days away from reaching her. I would have never gotten there in time. Do not blame yourself for this. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be here to see here. I would probably be in some random little town, doing jobs for money and impossible to reach. So do not for any reason blame yourself.' "I guess that is true, but I want to take my actions into account." With Tiana not saying anything to her she did not know what to do. She had wanted to meet her because of everything that Aaron had said to her, but now she was hurt. That brought up a question that she was sure Evander could answer. She tuned to him and asked, "Where all the other mages at? I get the sense that something happened to them." Perhaps this Evander person did not want the dopplers to face the same fate that had happened to the mages, if something did happen to them. Every person had something to give and killing them off just because did not seem right. If they were ding something wrong then sure. She then looked around. All the years ago when her village was attacked by monsters. Did they have something to give? No she could not think like that. Monster could not be reasoned with like humans. There mind was gone, but yet it seemed so odd for so many monsters to be in one place. Ethan's pov: View attachment 43520 The dog kept on coming. He threw another rock as another dog came sending it flying. He was getting quite tired. The village that was close by maybe he could somehow get there. That was when another dog jumped from the trees. The orb on the ground it was he only chance. He took a hold of it, the moment he did he felt odd. He somehow knew what to do. He sent the dog flying this time with air. That was when he fell to his knees. He felt sick......
Ander's pov: View attachment 43514 With the man introducing himself as Vance. He then watched him go. He then remembered what had happened with Cassandra and the group in her room. Perhaps he could talk to Caliborn about what was going on with Mikasa. From what had happened in Cassandra's room it did not look good. He turned around to look for him only to find that he was gone. Where did he go? One moment he was talking to Jack the next he was not there. He would find him at some point. He let out a sigh. Now what? He did not know what to do. Maybe he could ask Alessia some of his questions. He did really want to know the answers. He turned to look for her. He began to look around the guild hall only to see that she still was talking to Zephyr. He did not want to bother her when she was talking it seemed rude. Well there goes that plan. He did not know what to do. He looked around the guild not sure what to do. He looked around and spotted Tessa he wondered if he had found who she was looking for. She was surrounded by several people he did not know, but someone he did, Silvia. He had not seen her in some time. With so many people around he did not think one more would hurt. He walked over to the group of people. "Did you find who you were looking for Tessa?" He asked her. He did wonder if she did. He did not really know what he was doing, he was just going for it. Who were all these people around her? He then turned to Silvia. "I have not seen you in awhile." He stood by the bar not sure what to do. He still had to talk to Caliborn about Mikasa. There was Alessia too.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43510 'Somehow, I am really not surprised that you have no friends. Believe me, that is saying something considering that I am hardly popular here.' "I have gotten use to it. After eight years with out it become apart of you." He as not saying that this man would. Being popular that was something that he did not think of. People would could think what they want. "You can please some of the people some of time, but you can not please everyone all the time. At some point there will be someone left unhappy and that is just thee way things are." 'I shall even ask if she is willing to consider you an option for training her. But you will give me your name first, and then you will leave me be for now. I am tired of the insolence of people.' "I do not clam to be the best, but I do know a lot about magic, over twenty years will do that." The man wanted his name. "Name is Ander, Ander Windfire. Now would you kindly return the favor noble Dorian?" How was it that a noble ended up at a guild? For the most part he always thought that they liked to be in one spot. Moving around was odd. He guessed that all sorts of people joined a guild of different reasons. He had joined to help people, but he was not sure why he was still here. Cassandra said that he had helped people, but he was not so sure. He felt like had not really did anything. "I want to help people so that somehow they are better off then I am." This was his chance to change something, but in the end he was not sure if it would make a difference. Thea would be able to chose and he was find in whatever she did chose. Can one person make a big difference? Sure for one person, but to make a big impact there needed to be more. He could make a difference on one, but to change everything he did not know. He guessed that all you had to do was move from person to person. Start at one then go onto the next and take it one step at a time.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43508 She stood there for a moment not sure what to do. At first she just continued to play with her hair. The first thing that happened was a portal opened and several people cam out. Was that Veera? She was one of the oldest Witchers around. She then proceeded to yell in the library. That was something that you should never do. She thought some people would be studying, the chance of that now was slim. That was when Veceslav returned. She watched the conversation. Apparently he knew the man that called himself Evander. That was when Veera introduced everyone apart from some stranger. Veera then said that the mages were here to help them. She wanted to kill all of the dopplers for some reason. Aaron then came back. She watched as he went up to his sister. 'I am sorry, I am so sorry that I couldn't be there to help you. To save you.' Aaron had said. She walked up to the two. "That is just silly. The true reason he was not there is because of me Tiana. I kept him from leaving." It was nice to see Aaron's sister. "Aaron has said so much about you. It is nice to put a face to a name." She turned to Evander. The man seemed angry bout dopplers. He seemed to think that all dopplers had a life to live. She could not say what she thought. The only thing she cared about was the monsters that cam out at night. They were the ones that left her without a home all those years ago. Evander went on about the young and fit, the men, the women, the children, the old and sick and dying dopplers. She wondered if the man ever had a run in with the dopplers. The way he talked it was like he knew them. She the turned to Veera. "So you are back." She had met the women some time ago. She had seen her around the city, but not for some time. It was interesting to see her back here. She guessed that a lot of Witchers called this place home still. She could not say she blamed them.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43507 The man sent Thea up to her room. Then the man came up to him. Thea was this man's adopted daughter. Well that was new. "Good for you I thing she needs someone to keep her happy." 'I am protecting her from unscrupulous characters who speak of servitude. My daughter, like me, like the other people here is above that. We do not serve this Guild.' "Perhaps serve was not the right word. We do what is best in the end." 'As for what I want? I want you to stop harassing and causing distress to my daughter.' "That was what I was intending. I want to help her. When the others of guild wanted to take her down I stood in the way. I saw her for more then what the others members did. I saw her as a scared child in the wrong place at the wrong time. In a way I saved her." Dorian family? That name. "You are a noble?" It was question, but more of a statement. 'Do not invoke our wrath or you shall soon find yourself shorter of friends, fortune and welcome than you already are.' "I have no friends and as for fortune there is nothing that would be worst then I already heave." 'If fighting is as needless as you claim, then you will surely see that this is the correct course of action.' "Fighting is not needed. I fight because I have to, not because I want to. I only fight people to stop them and never to hurt them." In the end he wanted to help Thea, but it was up to her not him. "Almost anyone can use magic, but it takes more then that to be a mage."
Ander's pov: View attachment 43506 He watched Thea. Thea need rest and all other things were secondary. That was when she said 'Stop it! Stop it both of you! I don't like it! Stop fighting.' That was interesting. She had attacked the guild yet she did not want or like fighting. Had she changed or was she always like this trapped in the way of the dark guild. "You are free to make your own choice now Thea." He would let her too. He stood there and said to both of them. "I do not like fighting, but people fight for all sorts of reasons. They get hurt and in the end it is not really worth it." He then looked to Thea. "We can talk later Thea get some rest. Oh and Thea do not forget my offer," he said with a smile. He then turned to the man standing there. "How do you know Thea?" That was when he decide that this could happen latter. "She needs rest and other things." The other things that Thea needed he was not sure the man could give her, but there was knowledge everywhere. He then walked away letting Thea get the rest she needed. Whatever happened he could not say. He was so tired of running, from hiding and from everything. He was beginning to think that the guild was going to stay the same. He just continued to walk away, maybe it was time to just let things happen.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43505 He stood by Thea. He had gotten there somewhat late so he had no clue what was going on. She was in the guild. He was being the one that offered the girl a better life by joining the guild and all she did was turn her back on him. Was it just for the dark guild she served or something else? Then he noticed that the girl was tired. He let out a sigh. "Are you ready to serve the guild now? To help it?" His voice was not threating when he said this really all he wanted to know is if she was ready for it. He waited some time. He offered it to her once before. What was stopping her from turning her back on the guild again? "You should get some rest Thea. Should you want it I can help you with your magic." That was when a crazy man came up and said, 'What do you want with my daughter?' Daughter?, Daughter he almost laughed. The man standing before him was far to young to be Thea's father. What was this man trying to pull? There was no way that this man was Thea's father. So what was he getting at? What did he have to gain? Maybe he wanted to hurt her, for being in a dark guild? He wanted something, what he could not say, but the man was a lie. "What are you doing here?" The man was here for something, he could not say if he was apart of the guild or not. Was he was new? What would it be this time? After Damian he was not sure he could handle any more craziness. "I know that you are far to young to be Thea's father. So what is it you are really after?" His voice with curiosity and not much else. Did the man know Thea was apart of a dark guild before? She had enough trauma for a life time. He could not say what the man's goal was, but if the past people was anything to go by it was not good. For now it would be best to limit what he said to the man. The less the man knew about Thea the better. What was with running into every single new guild member? He was not going to let this man hurt Thea. If the man attacked him then he had every right to defend himself. If the man did attack him he would not be for long. It was a huge no, no to attack another member of the guild.
Karen's pov: View attachment 43504 With Adelina being busy she did not think she should stay much longer. She watched Adelina worked at breaking down the meat, cooking it in different ways. That was when a squirrel showed up occasionally tossing it a nut or something that was laying around the kitchen. She took one last look at Adelina and put a hand on her shoulder. "I am sorry I was not there to save him." What was it like to talk to other animals? She had always wondered what it was like. Maybe it was a bit like Elvish. She could read and translate it. Perhaps that was what Adelina was doing. Perhaps it was not and she did not think she would ever know. It might be like trying to explain Elvish to someone. It always seemed imposable to anyone try and explain to unless they were a elf. With everything that she had used nice a clean it was time to go. She left the kitchen that Adelina was in and headed for the stairs hidden stairs that was the way out. She figured she should stop at her home and stock up on arrows and clean up. Once out of café she headed for her home. She opened the door and filled her quiver. She smiled at the now filled thing. Now she had to get cleaned up. She emptied her bag of everything she used on her trip. She then refilled it with supplies that she could use on her next trip. She took a shower, she was somewhat surprised all that dirt went down the drain. She put one clean clothes and headed for the door taking her things with her. She wondered if the king wondered where she had been all this time. She left her house locked the door behind her and began to look for where the king might be. Griffin's pov: View attachment 43503 He stood a tree. That was when some girl came by and started calling the king dad. Amber was her name. There was an attack from titans. This was interesting. Ander's pov: View attachment 43492 He never said they could or could not be changed. That there is no redemption. To say and kill someone was wrong. It was not Damian's or his place to decide the fate of someone else. That was what the dark guilds have done to him and if he pushed that fate onto them he was no better then them. Then Damian said, 'And people like you, are the very reason these people go on doing what they do! You just lock them up and don't do anything else with them, so they carry on! They need to know that their behavior is not tolerated and that the punishment is death!' He never locked anyone way. He was in a prison himself and did not what that on anyone and again it was not his place to lock them up. Who was he to decide such a fate? He had seen his whole guild destroyed and to have another one following that was just.. He could not put up with it. Damian was right in one sense, most of the leaders were so useless and did nothing. The same fate would come on this guild if nothing changed. He watched Damian leave. There was nothing that he could do for the man. It was his choice what he wanted to do and there was not much he could do to change his mind anyways. He had experience, he had power, and he had knowledge, but in the end what good was it if he did not have anyone to share it with. He picked up the newspaper that Damian dropped on his way out putting it in his bag. He then turned to Cassandra he had forgotten that she was there. He then cast a healing spell on her once more. "Rest well." He the took a hold of the door and locked it from the inside and closed the door behind him. Now what? He guess he should check on the guild hall. He walked down the stars spotting Calborn talking to Jack well there goes that plan of fixing the guild and telling what had happened in the room. The next thing was Alessia. He had wanted to ask her something when they had returned he spotted her and gave her a wave saying come find me when you are ready. Alessia looked busy anyways. Well that was two people down and he did not know what to do. He continued to walk then spotted some one he knew standing by a man. "Thea Strive" he said as he came up to her and the man that stood by. More then anything he wanted to know if she changed at all, she was after all from a dark guild.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43484 She stood by playing with her hair when she watched Derrick return and talk to Veceslav. She wondered if he had found the mage he was sent to look for. Veceslav then said to Derrick, 'Derrick, you ploughing idiot, how many times am I going to have to punish you until you learn not to use that blasted sign on me' Axii if Derrick did indeed use the spell as Veceslav had said he was rather good at using it without being noticed. He then gave Derrick punishment of running the Gauntlet Twenty times. Her owner was kicking himself for being so stupid and felt that this was all his fault and should be punished for it not some role play character named Derrick. Her owner would never forgive himself for being so stupid and could not handle some taking the blame for her owners being stupid. That was when Veceslav came over and apologized for not recognizing her as the full fledged Witcher that she is. This surprised her at first, but her owner did not think that she deserved it. That was when Veceslav said that Derrick thought it funny to cast Axii on me to make me forget. That was not true it was her owner's stupid fault for not telling such a thing in the first place. She Watched Veceslav left leaving her to just stand there. Veceslav said he had something else to do. She wondered what it could be, but then decided that for now it did not matter that much. She just stood there not knowing what to do. She would just continue to play with her hair for now. Ava's pov: View attachment 43483 Novigrd was now a distant memory. Olivia's pov: View attachment 43450 With Aaron leaving to do some unnecessary task because he agreed to and this old man still being rude there was not much to go for. Aaron, she was hoping to ask him if she could come along and met his sister. The way he talked about her she was sure she would like her What was she like? Aaron said something about her being older by four years or something like that which would but her at the same age as her. That was when the old man told Aaron his room was still there. Then he proceeded to yell at the mage who was saying he was doing something wrong. That when the old man started talking to her. She did not feel like explaining herself to some Witcher so she walked away. It was probably for the best anyways. What was the old Wither's name? 'V' something Veelv, no vesla, no, Veceslav that was it. She man need to learn some respect and some manners. Whoever taught this man manners need some major help as did Veceslav. She remembered that over the years she had seen him walk the halls. She then started playing with her hair not knowing what to do. That was when Derrick said it was indeed him. Apparently he had gone on adventure and was able to get some money from it. That was good for him. That was when Derrick left her standing by herself. She watch him go over to Veceslav to talk to him. She became said, after all these years and still she did not fit in. Was it because she was a girl? Was it because she could beat and boy at anything. When she was training as a Witcher she was the best in her class and no one could come near her scores. She had something that that did not and that was that she was simply that good and lucky. It would have been nice to catch up with the man after all these years of not seeing each other. What has he been doing all these years? She looked over to where Derrick was standing. There was on question that she wanted to ask him. If anyone knew the answer it would be him. She just stood there playing with her hair.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43448 (tldr) :p The Vellister family? He was trying to think about that name to see if it was some name he had seen somewhere before, but got nothing. Damian went on about my training and how his parents trained him. He guess it was rare for someone to go to a training guild. Training guilds were rare in of them self. He did not think that there was any left that still ran. Most now he figured that people just came to full fledge guilds Over the years at the training guild he noticed that less and lest people came to such a place. Banishment? Now that was interesting. It seemed that he did not want to talk about it and in some way he was banished too. He was not going to ask about it. After all it was not his place. 'I was only 13. Can you even imagine how grateful I was to this family?' "Can not say I do I left my parents at the age of three to train in the art of magic." There was some truth in it, but it was not the full story. Damian then went on about a family taking him in and they taking care of him. He then went on about saving a girls life. That she would have died if it was not for him. That was when Damian said he found what he wanted to do, that he wanted to help people. Apparently Damian traveled a lot going from town to town, village to village. 'I never asked for money, just supplies and shelter.' "That is quite noble." He then went on about retuning to his family. 'But those bandits deserve to burn in hell. People like them, who have no respect for human lives, who profit from the misery of others... no punishment on earth is enough to make them pay for what they've done. They all deserve to die. That's why I came here. I want to help the good, and rid the world of the cruel' "Is that what you really want Damian? To kill everyone that has done wrong? To kill someone you are in the wrong and then they kill you, and someone kills them and it continues on forever. There is no end to it. I am not saying they should go unpunished, but there are other ways then to just kill someone. You are no better then the bandits or a dark guild if you kill someone. I have seen countless dark guilds and countless evil people do things, but in the end I do not fight because I want to, but because I have to. I never aim to kill, but to stop those that would do harm. Then they can be locked away or whatever."
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43447 She watched some mage open a portal. This old man was staring to get on her nerves he needed to be taught some manners. He was by far the rudest person she had come across. 'Stay out of this peasant, an ordinary human breaking in here without the help of a mage is just utter bullocks, so stay quiet, I'll deal with you shortly.' There was no ordinary human here. "Excuse me, how dare you talk to me like that." She folded her arms over her chest. This man did not have a right to treat her like this. This man needed a check he did not know who he was talking to clearly. Perhaps it was simply that the man did not recognize her after all it been years sense she had been back to Kaer Morhen. The old man then give Aaron some sort of punishment. That was when the medallion on the old man moved. That did not make any sense. It only could find monsters. This old man was a Witcher or a old man that stole a Medallion off a Witcher. A Witcher would never let that happen so he was a Witcher. He was not a very good one, but a Witcher never less. Aaron was becoming nervous. She could tell just by looking at him. Aaron then accepted that punishment. What was he doing? Once a Witcher accepted any punishment it was law. She then turned to Aaron. "That will not be necessary." She knew how much seeing his sister had met to him. What was with the old man? He was a Witcher, but from where? She had not be to the training hall in years. People change over the years and she felt like she should know the man. Who was he? vverlk no something with a 'V' she was sure of it. The man looked like he was a 'V' person. She was sure that she had seen him around before. Where was her teacher? Her teacher should be around here somewhere. A man then came into the room. She then thought about the man. He looked like she had met the man before, trying to place the mans name. "Derrick is that you?" It must have been years sense she had seen the man.
Will's pov: View attachment 43444 He stepped though the portal. The portal closing behind him. He looked around. What happened? The building was gone. There in front of him was trees that grew ever which way. The grass looked like it has not been cut in years. The stone path was gone. What was left of the building way small and various vine and moss grew over the destroyed building. If he did not know better he would say that a war had happened. That was impossible. The mages were to powerful to be taken down so easily. So something big must have happened. Before he was sent of to look in the cave there had been talks about the rise of dark mages. The mages were worried, but it was nothing they could not handle. Right before he left they were going to set up a way to tack any mage so that if mage went down the wrong path they could easily find them. He was not sure it they started that up, but there was one way to find out. He walked around the destroyed building to find any clues. There what look be fire here at some point. The fire could have come from a mage or anybody else. He was not able to find anything right away. He continued to walk around. Something had happened to the magic council, but what. He continued to walk finding a cave near by. He must have found was use to be the basement of the magic council building. It looked like a bomb had gone off. Anyone that knew about this place would have a hard time finding it, if they wee walking to it. He was sure that only mages knew where the magic council was located. He continued to walk. If there was more mages like Yana then he would have to find more mages. It looked like people have not been here a look time. Teriana, while nice did not seem to be interested in the code of mages. He then came up to a large metal thing in the center. It was filled with some sort of liquid. There was various stones around it. The thing its self glowed from the sky above. He walked over to it. It was time to find some mages.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43440 Aaron said he was 19. So he was not that much younger then him. She could not see what was interesting about a library. Aaron enjoyed it and there was not anything she could say about it. Sure books were good and fun, but as a Witcher you had to read enough as it was. There must be something good if Aaron like this area so much. She followed Aaron through rows of book cases and around various corners, heading into deeper and darker area's of the library. Finally coming out at a back wall after going through a labyrinth of books. The back wall was covered in tapestry. Above it was a stain glass window casting a colourful glow on old intricately designed books. "You love art?" Then Aaron went on about going here to get away from things. "Sometimes you can not find peace and get away you just have to find somewhere no one goes." That was when they were rudely interrupted by some random old man. The man asked what they were doing there and something about rules. She almost laughed out loud. This man clearly needed his eyes checked. All they were doing was walking and talking and there was not rule about that. They were not being loud enough to be bothering anyone. She turned to Aaron and watched him fumble his words. Why was he just letting this old man get to him? She walked over to Aaron sanding by his side. Aaron answered this old man so there was no reason to be say anything. The rules were posted and the only one was about talking to loud. She was not going to answer some old rude guy questions she did not care who he was. He did not have a right to do what he did. This could have been handled a different way. Talk about rude he was loud enough to bother people working. This was a library not a football game. There was place for that sort of thing and this old man should know better. There was something she could do, being a higher rank Witcher the Aaron was she could get away with more. "Aaron is still learning like all new Witchers do. I told him to take me here and he had nothing to do with it. I forced my way in and Aaron had nothing to do with it." Maybe the old man would learn from this experience and be better for it she did not thing this would happen. "Lets go Aaron." She stood by his side ready to go.
