Ander's pov: View attachment 43868 The Island Expedition: Aoki spoke up about going go check out the peninsula. It made sense that she would want to go there being that she picked water as one of her choices. She then went on about finding something washed up from the sea. He did not see how something from the sea could give more information then over looking the land. That was Beucette told him not to got to the mountains. Beucette then said, 'Ander buddy I know we've had our differences, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Just, whatever you do, promise me you'll stay away from the mountains, okay? All of you. There's something horrible in the mountains.' "A dragon slayer is afraid of something on a mountain? That is something new, but what do I know? It must be something big for you to say that." That was when she said something about something to spread to the rest of the Island. "What will spread? You are not making any sense." He then saw Ezekiel talking to Aoki, he was up to something, what he could not say. That was when everyone went to the peninsula and he had no choice, but to follow. He reached the beach and look at what the others found. There were two spears, and a fire pit. Who ever was here did it eat meat, but had weapons. He then looked to Aoki, when she said about magic, and the birds. "The spears maybe were used for protection, There are monsters and wildlife here so the use of them is not surprising, but leaving the on the beach is odd. Something must have been here, but the only foot prints on beach are the peacock footprints." He then looked at the sand to see if the water had did anything to the footprints. That was when Frazer said that 'Maybe the people on the island are CONTROLLING the monsters.' "It would have to be someone with powerful magic to do such a thing." The fire of course. "Fire is sometimes used to scare off things Monsters or animals."
Ander's pov: View attachment 43865 The Island Expedition: The few weeks on the ship were mostly uninteresting. He was by himself for the most part considering there were very few guys on the boat. At some point they reached land. Antonio then said, 'The thrill of something new, Johanna! You must have this feeling all the time as wizards' "Not particularly, I have traveled most of my life and have gotten use to it over the years." That was when Antonio suggested go in groups of three since there's three of us older people. He said nothing as he walked onto the beach. He looked around and did not know what to do for a moment. "How about we go together to a mountain or somewhere, we can see farther then we can now to get a larger look of the land and if there is anything of interest we can split of from there or stick together." He then went on about the animals, saying that there were red pandas, peacocks, elephants and crocodiles, as well as dolphins. Also there were many birds, and he studied them. Johanna then went on about how she could talk to the animals. Antonio then said he was on his way across the sea for An arrangement with another Kingdom That he was some sort of Royal Zoologist. Apparently on our way we past by an island that wasn't on a map before he found it. 'It was in between both of the countries, so it was impossible for anyone to have missed it in the past. Now it's my job to go with the crew.' "So you are apart of a royal family, Which one do you serve?" A Royal Zoologist he had to say that he has never thought of that before. "A Royal Zoologist? Quite a interesting profession. Evanora has some close ties to Royalty, so it does not surprise me someone from a Royal family is here." He looked to Johanna, when they went to Evtheven Cathedral she did not tell them the whole story, what was stopping her from doing it again? This time the others that came with him were stronger then they were back then so it might not matter this time around. He hope that this time she was not hiding anything, or things may happen. He guessed it was time to move on. He decide not to say anything to Johanna for now. He really had no reason to believe she was hiding anything other then what had happened in the past. "You must like traveling a lot Antonio." He then looked at the others not hurting things were his thing. "I take that as there being no fighting, that is good." Maybe he could somehow use water and wind together to freeze the monsters, but did not know if that would work. "We have to be carful so as to not hurt the animals or trap them with the monsters."
Ander's pov: View attachment 43863 The Island Expedition: He was not convinced by Johanna when she said she was fine, but there was not much he could do about it. If Johanna wanted to go with them then there was not much he could do to stop her. That cough was a odd thing. He guessed he should not think about it to much. Johanna then went on about Dale telling her about Galuna. Johanna then asked why someone would keep an island hidden for so long?. "People do all sorts of things. Whatever the case to hide a island takes lots of magical power, so if someone was to hide a island they would have to be a rather powerful wizard. It is a wizard or some sort of technology, which is unlikely." He began to think of the last mission he was on with Johanna. If that was anything to go by then there was more to this then she let on. Antonio then went on about wanting to go now. "I hate to disagree with you, but the more we know now the better we will be able to help you. So if there is anything you wish to tell us I would suggest you do so now. Better to plain now and it to fall apart down the line then to try to come up with something on the spot. It is far easier that way." He began to think about the island. "How did you find this island if it was hidden?" There was something going on here. He wanted answers so they could plain now. That said he could not force an answer she did not want to give. If she wanted to tell him that was up to her. He stood by what he said and that was that the more knowledge they had the better they would be down the road.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43859 Guild hall: He sat watching the everyone else pick magics. That was when Ezekiel showed up. What was he doing here? It was clear that the punishment did not work. He just would have to find out and let the man explain himself. Evanora and Ezekiel were talking and what happened you guessed it, she just let him go surprise, surprise. The name Mavis Vermilion rang out. It was some sort of relation, what he could not say. That was when there was talk about a limiter. Limiter or not he did not think it would matter if someone wanted to do harm there was nothing he could do about it. Evanora and Ezekiel agreed on the limiter. What use it would have he could not say. He was not afraid of the man if at all. Now trust was something else all together. That was when mission sign up were posted. He saw something about a island and thought what better way to test out water magic then to go there. The Island Expedition: Ander's pov: He walked over to Johanna. She began to welcome them and talk about going to a very dangerous island. That was when Johanna coughed. as long as the person next to her. He raised a eyebrow, but let them continue. Antonio then spoke of the island. That there were monsters there are on it. There were always monsters someplace. 'This island is off far off the coast of Apollonia but apparently it's never been seen before. There's magic surrounding this place, we're sure of it. We need your help.' First was Johanna. He turned to her. "Are you sick? Perhaps you should stay at the guild and let someone else go instead," He told her as a suggestion. He then spoke to both Johanna and Antonio. "It sounds like something like Galuna island. They had some sort of curse on it maybe this island has something that is the same preventing you from finding it." Johanna and Ezekiel were talking apparently he was coming with them.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43847 He looked around the guild hall while he waited for Charlotte to say something. There seemed to be a party of some sort starting. Time seemed to go on forever. The seconds seeming like hours. Everyone seeming to be having a good time. He did not want Charlotte to miss such a big thing. She was apart of something that was bigger, so why was she wasting her time standing here? He was going to tell her that she should go off to the party. Charlotte face turned grim and she seemed distant. Then there was answer of 'it's not something so special that it needs any mentioning'. He could tell there was more to it then she was letting on. A simple I do not want to talk about it would have been fine. Instead he got this somewhat of a lie. She seemed in a hurry to avoid the subject of her childhood. That was when she said 'it appears that the magic selections are beginning. It would be best if we went now'. "You know a simple I do not want to talk about it would have been fine. I know how it is not wanting to talk about your past. Maybe we can go on a mission together if you want," he called after her. That was when he walked over to the magic is your destiny thing. He watched the ceremony there did not seem to be any strategy to the first three people picking. He began to wonder what would happen to him. Then was when Vance picked lighting magic along with two others. That was when Velien came up and picked lighting magic being the second one to choose it. He always thought that lighting would fit him, but as far as he knew only two people could pick a magic. Charlotte had gone with slayer and it was beginning to look like he was running out of options. It then come his turn at first nothing happened and he thought a giant sign that said pacifist would come at him. He stood there for a moment with nothing happening. That was when the item for lighting came to him. He was somewhat surprised by this being that two people could only pick it, but who was he to complain. Next was wind and was not as out there as lighting. At this point he had two magic, but what about the third? That was when the item of water came to him, it was the most odd one but he went with it. He walked off stage to wait and see what would happen next taking a seat by himself.

Karen's pov: View attachment 43821 The king went and told her who was coming with them. Tessa, who was a newer recruit just out of training recently. Then There was Gale, who was with the group that got captured is coming along. Then the king told her that Henry, and Griffin will be coming too. Akari will her with her knowledge of out equipment might save us if anything goes wrong with it while out there. Then the king said that Hunter was coming along. She let out a sigh. "If you think that is the best then I guess that is who is coming." That was when a man covered from head to toe showed up saying something about Titans in the walled of city. "What about Amber?" She remembered that the king had a daughter, but had said nothing about her. "Is she safe?" She hopped so, because with the king coming with them then there needed to be someone to take over if something were to happen to him. "I am ready to go when you are." Griffin's pov: View attachment 43822 He stood there waiting for the king to answer him. The king was telling Karen who was going on this mission. At the mention of Hunter coming, he let out a sigh. He was not sure what the king was thinking. The king then said that the last group met a large group of titans along the way, and the outer wall has been compromised, so there is a chance that there are titans beyond it. How did these people get captured in a city full of titans if indeed titans were in the city. There would be cross fighting between three groups and in that way he guessed that was how they got captured. The king then said that they would be going as soon as everyone got there. "Ok I am ready to head out."

Karen's pov: View attachment 43808 The king called her an important member of our society. "I am no more important then anyone else. Everyone has a job to do." It was as simple as that. There was no one person that was more important. There was just people. "I will do what is asked and get them out. I will do what is necessary." She stood by the king. The king said that other were coming to help. "Others? Who else is coming?" Oh no the more people coming the more dangerous it would be. "Please tell me that Hunter is not coming." her voice was of concern more then anything. He was a bit of a lose canon. This job would be hard enough without having to watch there backs. "Hunter can be helpful, but I do not see this job as one for him." Looking around the training ground it was empty. "So what else been going on sense I have been gone?" She was hoping for some good news. With two people being captured she did not know what else could have happened in her time that she was gone. "I did not find anything out on my trip by the way. All there was, was endless forest and trees." Griffin's pov: View attachment 43809 He stood by the tree to the café thinking. Adelina told him that Karen went to go look for the king. Well the most like place she would have gone is the kings house. He should go there and check it out. That was when a strange man came up to him telling him Karen was found. He wanted him to go with him. That there was titans to slaughter. There was something that was not quite right with this whole thing. "The king said nothing about there being any titans." What kind of game was this man playing. What ever it was it was not very well thought out. He was not going with this man. He had trouble on his forehead as clear as day. "I am going to see the king." he told the strange man before heading back to the training ground. It did not take that long to get there. He spotted the king and a women that he could only guess was Karen. "I see Karen is here. So what is this thing about titans being in the walled off city? I thought that the Drake and Veera were captured by people."
Ander's pov: View attachment 43803 Charlotte went on about fighting among guild members and how it could lead to lingering animosity between them. "There should not be any fighting in the first place. It is all a pointless thing. Darkness comes from where hatred begins. Really the guild should be one, but the more I see of the guild the more and more divided it seems to become. Everyone is fighting. Everyone is so unhappy. Everyone is searching for something. The guild is sopost to be one unit, but it does not seem like it will ever be possible. I guess that that is my fault for letting it get this far." That was when Charlotte asked him if he knew everyone in the guild. What each are capable of doing. "There was a time that was a simple answer of a yes." He begin to think of the training guild he was apart of. How he knew of everyone strengths and weakness. What everyone was good at. "Charlotte do you know what yours is? What you are capable of doing." Charlotte then went on about the tournament not being a way to rank each other and breed some form of festering hatred and rivalry, but more so give us a way to recognize the strength of everyone else in the guild, and in doing so, recognize our own weakness. "I knew my weakness before the tournament. Before coming to this guild. You are only strong as you want to be. Strength is relative for the most part." The fighting was over. Charlotte then asked 'Oh? Do I really seem so confident in myself?' "You do. You always seem so sure of yourself. What you want. That your true purpose is with this guild. I cant say the same thing. I want to help, but there is only so much I can do. I really do not know anymore." Charlotte then said, 'All I know is where I wish not to head in life, and work to make sure that I do not go down that path.' "I do not think that will work for me. My path is already set." Then there was something he wanted to ask her. Well a few things. He looked around at the various guild members. How to ask what he wanted to. He wondered if he would ever get the chance. As far as he knew she did not go though what he did. It did not hurt to ask what she was like though. "What was your childhood like? What magic's are you interested in?"
Ander's pov: View attachment 43802 Charlotte thanked him and the look of confusion crossed his face. He was not used to be thanked. "Thanks is not necessary, Charlotte. I am just doing my job and keeping my promise." He walked with Charlotte, because he had nothing else to do. That was when Charlotte asked him if he was felling alright. "Not practically. I should not bother you with my problems." That was when he noticed the rather increase in the amount of people. He was now on edge. He was looking at all the people. The chance of something happening. "It all seems like a dream in a way. That guild is fighting. I think that there could have been another way. That the guild could have worked to together for a solution. Instead there was all this pointless fighting. It like I do not know this guild anymore. It is not the same. We are to protect others, but how can we do that if all that happens is fighting? Instead of all this fighting. If we fight among ourselves how can we help each other? How can we help the people that need us? That need the guild? To help others we need to understand each other, but I do not see that happening." He continued to walk with Charlotte. He wondered what her thoughts on all this was. The fighting, the guild all of it. "You seem like you know where you are needed, where you belong." He was not sure anymore. His thoughts were one way then another. He did not know what he wanted anymore.
Ethan's pov: View attachment 43801 He continued to sit in the chair. The inn did not seem that busy, but what did he know. He looked at the inn keeper walk away after telling him he could get rest whenever he felt like it. He got up from the chair and walked into the nearest bathroom taking his backpack with him. It was empty for now. He wanted to go to a open shop, but the nearest one was a days tip or so. Going now would not be a good idea. He just payed for a night here so it would be like throwing out money that could be used elsewhere. He just keep on thinking. I want to go to a open shop. Get some new clothes. That was when something strange happened. A purple hole opened up in the bathroom. It was strange in a way. One minute it was not there and the next there was a purple swirling thing there. It was inviting in a way. Well nothing ventured nothing gained. He stepped through the portal. He found himself in an alleyway right next to a shop that was open. Ask and you shale receive or something like that. Not far off from where he was, was a sign that said welcome to Novigrad. How he got here was beyond him. The portal was still open so he could probably get back before someone notice he was gone. He walked into the shop and started looking at the various clothing that was there. He soon found something that he liked and bought it. He brought several things. He left the shop and back to the alleyway putting his newly bought clothing in his backpack. If he walked back into the inn with new clothing in might rise some eyes. He stepped back though the portal and found himself back in the bathroom. It was still empty so that was a good thing. He walked back to the chair he was sitting in before and took a seat.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43800 With Zephyr not saying much to him he moved on to watch the tournament. Johanna and Evanora were keeping everyone healed for the most part. Soon this would all be over. That was when Charlotte went down. He walked over to her and used cure on her. He did not know what to say to her. She was alright now hopefully. "Are you alright?" he asked her. He was not sure what else to say. He continued to watch the tournament while he waited for answer.
Olivia's pov: View attachment 43799 Derrick said that he would be happy to go on an adventure with her. That would be nice. What was he like out there? She had no idea. Derrick seemed to be a stay in one place type of person. So it would be interesting to see him out there fighting. Derrick then said that he would meet her in Oxenfurt. She let out a sigh. "You better or I will personally hunt you down." She was not sure if she was joking or not she could not say. 'You came back at a bad time. Don't get too worried about it' "A bad time! A bad time! I came to see the masters, but most of all..." Her voice trialed off. She had come back to see them. All that they did was ignore her. She came back to see everyone, but she could not tell Derrick that it would be show him some sort of weakness or something. After loosing her first family to the monster and everything elce she did not think she could put up with losing the Witchers. Part of the reason she let herself become a witcher was too protect people so that they did not have to go though what she did. To grow up with out a family she could not think about it. "There are other Witchers here." She then turned to leave. "If I do not see you in a few days I am going to come back and kill you." She said jokingly. "I.." She did not know what to say. She worried about the Witchers and Derrick being by himself. Again she would not tell him that. It seem like a bad idea just to leave him. Witchers can die and Derrick was no different. She decide to stay long enough for him to respond then headed out the door to the stables.
Ander's pov: View attachment 43772 He continued to watch the tournament. He watched as several people went down. First was Ra. He made his way over to him and used Cure on him. Where was Caliborn? He was to be watching the tournament, but was no where to be seen. He continued making his way around to the various people that were down and healed them. He reached Conrad and healed him them moved onto Zephyr The final one and used cure on him. "Are you alright?" He asked not really expecting an answer. It did not seem real it was almost like a dream. There should not be fighting. Fighting across the whole guild was so unlikely it had to be a dream. There was not any other explanation. Really he was just glade that no one had died yet. What kind of person does this to there fellow guild members? This should not be like this. It was almost like the people that destroyed his first family were not happy with the first time around and had to come to this guild. They used some sort of magic spell to force everyone to fight each other. Clearly that no only wanted to destroy his first family they wanted his second too. So, far it had not worked. Everyone was alive. So no one died from the grand scheme. Maybe they wanted for everyone to die. Perhaps that just wanted to bring great pain. Well who is to say? If it was death they had wanted it backfired big time and the path of death was not going to happen. He could see that he could not stop this fighting, so he would just have to wait it out. Whatever insanity caused this it would end soon and he would be there to make sure no one died.
I got up this morning and was like it is Calxiyn's birthday today I will tell her Happy Birthday on skype. Then the more I thought about it, I did not like the idea. Then I thought I would make a forum about it and by time I got to it it was already here. Well Happy Birthday.

That the mission was dangerous. That was when the king gave her bad news. Drake and Veera have been captured and are in the walled city. What? The king wanted her help getting them back. The king wanted her healing powers. "What" She was in shock. "I should have been there. I should have been here. I was sopost go with them. I could have saved them. I could have prevented all of this from happening. It is my fault they they got captured. If I would have came back sooner then they would be safe. I will do what ever I have to get them back. What is it that I have to do? I am sorry that I was not here for them or you."
