Thanks for the tips. It didn't shock me a lot. See, my dad's side of the family has a bad history of diabetes. So it didn't shock me too much, but it did still shock me. He's actually taking it very well. :)

Man, a few days ago my dad's aunts were messing around and taking his blood sugar, and it turned out that it was over 500. So my mom took him to the doctor and it turns out that he has Diabetes. So now he have had the giant diet change in our house. But it's fine, I'm okay with it. But my dad having diabetes was a little shocking....
