The ones I use I pretty much found on the internet - with the exception of my DA av, which was made to me by a friend. I mean, photobucket had over 60 avs of Ouran alone, and most would just repeat itself through the pages.

I have one that has been knawing in my brain since winter, but I'm planning to draw that so it'll just have to remain a secret a little longer. Though here are some I also thought about drawing but ended up not doing so. Yet. Then the only advice I can give you is to continue the practice, and be sure to study how the pros have drawn their own comics and such - you'll want to especially pay extra attention to how and when they add shadows on a character, and angles. The more different artists' styles you study the more you learn.
