I haven't seen an org member with a sword that was.... normal. Though KH has enough swords as it is (even if most of them looks like keys or something). Someone earlier mentioned a puppet master? That would be pretty mystical, and suitable even more for a (bad/evil) female character. Though the power should have something to do with puppets then.
I'd definatly use Xigbar as main party leader. After that it's just random picks. Probably someone from Castle Oblivion since I've never played CoM before.

Err, how to explain.. Sometimes there's loads of different colours on people, in the organisation's case that wouldn't be outfit but the actual body and face - a hair colour with more than one colour could be something. Another thing is that people who's more positive or ... happy .. it's like somethin ginside you gets awaken, like an explotion of colours .. happy ones.. .. You know what, this didn't make any sense at all, I'm sorry. I suppose I was mostly aiming at the fact that we don't know the 14th members personality yet.
