*you so crazy sometimes Kingdom Glory.. X3* Looks pretty good composition wise! :3 Hair inside the cat ears too, very good observed of you. Really sweet eyes as well, has the shine and everything! What I'd want to concentrate on is the hair - it has this unfinished feeling to it.. Loosening up when drawing something like hair is very importaint, so try that out. For this picture you should shade more on the skin and hair - I want to see areas that has shadows, and areas that becomes shine. Currently it blends too much together so that there's rarely any difference. Try to be bolder when you shade hair. A background tip from me is to avoid a base colour alone - it's just too dark, even for night.. Try to make a layer that is gradient with blue/purple tones as well. (it's best if you just use a mixture of the airbrush and eraser tool - eraser should be at a very weak opacity) Since this is night, a layer with grey set on multiply will give that night effect to the overall picture, the girl will be effected by the night tone. When you colour the moon try to add the same pattern you will see in a photo, the one that looks like a man (west) or a rabbit (east) - it will make it seem more realistic.
