Never seen a squirrel with wings before.... OMG! :D Anywhoo, the drawing looks very flat and stiff - when you draw you should try to loosen up some more, because that is something that adds life to a drawing. Like the hair, it should always be drawn as flows of lines because that's exactly how the hair will behave like. And squirrel tails will have this very puffy effect - go nuts with light lines since furr is also hair. :3 A good tip is to practice knowing the human body and how it will work/is built like. Study every detail, measurements and all, and it will help you advance.
