No, of course you won't get sued! X3 If you however sold other's art in your name then you'd get some serious trouble. (that is a problem on deviantart...sadly) Not every picture on photobucket belongs to whoever uploads it.. Just something to keep in the back of the head, yeah? But the same fact goes all over the internet, there is always a risk that someone will host it elsewhere once you put it online the first time, either you like it or not. Soooooo, I guess you know a little more about this now. So everything's cool, right?
I just warned you IF it's fanart.. Some artists mind if their art's used for something like a signature elsewhere, some don't. I've noticed that especially the popular ones feel that way. You could try using it as a sig, if there are no complaints I guess it's OK for you to use it. Most stuff are found on photobucket, yeah... X3 Especially avs. It's like... open for all to use.
Close to impossible perhaps... It would be better to use something that's official though, I don't want you to get in trouble. You know how some people will attack others if there's suspicion of theft of art.

Well, back in MY day, we had people secretly playing Counter Strike and Mujafa on the computer in the classroom (which had no internet btw) - the teachers definatly didn't like that, but they were well hidden. Always some type of rebellion in school, eh? More like that whole sentence - kinda like I would have espected from Sparrow.
For some reason that quote made me think of pirates.. O.o All we had in our school trouble wise were some who tried being cool by interrupting class, secretly destroying equipment or making stupid nicknames. I remember one boy who made the teacher so angry that he slapped him - the teacher quit the day after.

When it's been two years, it's like legend status on said person, and when you see a legend has been online you'll go crazy of joy. :3 You're not alone about that - if you feel to awake during the night when you're supposed to sleep, eventually you can't do either. Can't sleep and can't stay awake because the head hurts.
