Hmm...... Might be a little hard helping you when I haven't seen what you've done so far. Because it's under water, things like the hair and clothes will flow in ANY direction. So when you draw them, just go wild with the strokes of the pencil. You can follow the same direction as the ones used in the anime scan, but you don't have to draw it exactly like them - feel free to take some liberty. And perspective. Guidelines will help you loads. Do you know the rules of basic perspective? *I can see if I can find something for you*
