Fighters/Beat-em-ups has always been a fav of mine, ever since I first tried a Tekken 3 demo version I have been hooked. :> Out of all the games I have, it's these types of games that has the most advanced control settings, to truely survive you'll have to know as much as possible about each move each character has. Don't get me started on the combos, heh. Just looking at tournaments on youtube makes me go "holy crap you guys are fighting gods". Platforms/adventure genre always makes me happy. Always. It's the kind of game that brings out the inner child in me, it's so lovely. Though lately what used to be platform developers they've gone more freely along the action and adventure section, one good example being Naughty Dog. As long as it makes me feel younger than I am I forgive them. :> Lately I've gotten a good feel of RPGs too, Kingdom Hearts 2 being my first which eventually lead me to Final Fantasy and Odin Sphere. I'm sure people have already stated the obvious reason as of why it's a fav genre - you have a lot of planning to do, you're in charge of how you want your characters to preform as warrior or mage or whatever. No game has demanded so many hours just to level up as RPGs have. I'd just like to mention that when you see so much 3D out there in the jungle of videogames, it's a relief knowing that some game genres has some games in 2D as well. Dunno why, but it is a great change when you need a break from realism.
Are you asking about what the other's names mean? The trio in Destiny Island have Japanese names, while the keyblade warriors we get to see in Birth By Sleep seem to have Latin names: Sora = Sky Kairi = Ocean/Sea Riku = Land Ven = Air Aqua = Water Terra= Earth or are you asking about the deeper meaning with the choise of names or if there's a type of connection?

First person who appears in my head whenever I hear that question is Axl Low from the Guilty Gear games. He's just........ so happy! ^^ Even with the odds against him ( timetravels unwillingly, trying to find a way back to his own time even if it seems impossible ) he keeps trying. Forever the optimist! And he is British, so that's bonus points. If it's an animal character I say Daxter for obvious reasons. I doubt I even have to explain, who here doens't know of Daxter? O.o

Hmm.. Different continents gives you different tools of equipment, I've notice. I can't recommend a special brand to you, but I can only suggest this: Try out as many types of pen/marker/other that you can find. The best choice would probably be to check out what the proffesionals would use through some sort of interview online or in bonus pages in mangas - or - ask in a store that sells all kinds of art supplies, sometimes students will get a discount. ( I used to get 10% off during my years in art school ) It's not just the pens alone though, you'll want the proper type of paper that works well with ink as well for the best result. Also, have different sizes, from thin to less thin to normal to thick etc. It gives you more options when you draw, trust me. Whenever I buy pens it's either in my loyal art store, book stores or the comic festival we have here once a year - I'm pretty sure that something like a convention would sell equipment to people who want to draw manga. It could be smart to have one type that is waterproof, and one that is not. Basicly what you'll want is to be able to choose, experiment until you find your most prefered tools.

Pika, I know what you are thinking. But CtR is right, trolls know what they are doing when they are being their horrible selves. You can see the difference between a newcomer making a mistake and someone who's purpose is to piss people off. By replying to them it's only making the situation worse if others join in as well, it isn't worth it.

It was gory, but to be honest it's not like the youngsters hasn't seen in on the TV before. Blood and bodies everywhere, and I still don't know why. What's weirder is that the class was like some sort of parallell of my own class in junior high level. Creepy.. I remember that one of the peeps there looked up to the cieling and saw something that looked like that eye from one of the Tomb Raider movies, then there was carnage. lol, something similliar to one of your stories..? ^^;; So annoying yeah, it sounded like a fun yet weird science fiction story with creatures that were like tar parasites and the heroes to save the day was Mickey Mouse on one of those blitz things. "Balloon planes" running on helium or something.
That should be my superpower - my attacks would be multible chibis burrying you alive! ^^ It was like some sort of class reunion, and everyone got shot down by a group of terrorists or whatever. And then this girl who survived it was the one they wanted, but she somehow killed them off too. << It was a pointless dream. Another dream I had was like a 16 PG rated Kingdom Hearts story, and I want to know what happens next in that one. The group reached the tower of something!! o.O
I wish I remembered the results of my test. >> Basicly, anything green don't do well to me. Like grass. Or potatoes, I'm not allergic ot them but I hate them, maybe it has to do with that it grows form the ground or something I dunno. Most important thing is that I'm not allergic to cats.
