Things were normally thrust upon her, in random situations she wouldn't expect. So why expect anything? She decided that maybe life was better just drifting along through the motions and events. Very rarely did she take initiative. No, that only got her into trouble with herself. She learned at a young age not to trust her emotions. They were unreliable and got her into even more trouble. She sighed, brushing back some hair and gazing around. So many people... She groaned and picked up her pace. It was getting darker.
