Any graphics you use have to be linked from your album. Copy and paste the url to the image where it says "Background image". It is laid out in sections, primary content areas is the main background, secondary content areas is the title bars. Then it goes on to footer, etc. which can all be custom designed by color, font, and image urls.
Mmmm yeah, unless if they upload it to their album. o.O
